Getting the vehicle was no problem, but then a week later the vehicle started having problems starting. Service lady was so rude and was getting smart with me and my husband because she didnt believe we got the van from the dealership. I have 5 kids, 1 a newborn i traded my old van in for what was supposed to be a better newer van. Turns out i got ripped off. Not only that i sent my friend there before all this happened and her new car ended up needing all four new rotors. If you got money to spend go there if not go somewhere else.

After Calling hr before heading there for vehicle i seen online, which is still online for sale. Drove there hr from where I stay. i had appointment to test drive. vehicle was sold when i got there. I was paying cash for vehicle they tried to persuade me into financing. Seems like they just want people to come to them knowing the vehicle is not there just to try and sale them anything. I waisted my time driving there after they confirmed the vehicle was there!

Went in here with cash in hand to buy a new car but we were ignored, twice! A lady we just saw at Car-Mart came in after us, chatted with us and a man immediately cheerfully asked her if she needed assistance and took her to booth where she sat alone for a while. So we left and came back, stood there for 15 minutes while employees played with a dog, ate food, a young guy had his feet up on his desk yakking about nonsense. We went back to Car-Mart and once again the employees wanted to help us. Avoid this place.

The salesmen here are kind but their office staff and finance are some of the rudest and most hateful people I have ever had to do business with. I have never gone anywhere to buy something and been so disregarded and ignored. God forbid they actually do their job and try to help their customers. If you are looking for a nice and affordable vehicle dont shop here.

I read the reviews saying people have had issues getting the titles in time. I specifically asked my dealer where the title was. He said it is in office and he has seen it personally. Well here we are 30 days later and still no title. They offered to give me another paper tag but I’d rather have a regular tag. If they could figure out the title issues it wouldn’t have been so bad. Trust the other reviews when they complain about title issues.

Purchased a vehicle from them today. We test drove it and it seemed really good! Well we drove all the way from Lawton to Shawnee to see this vehicle that we seen on fb. We got about 20 or so miles from the dealership and the car started to overheat... wish they would have let us test drive it for more then 5 blocks and maybe we would have seen the problem before we spent 3500$ on a car from them. We called them and they won’t do anything to help us. They hung up on us.... very upset about the whole situation. Will never buy from them ever again.

Took 4 and a half hours to get a car. They gave the lender the wrong SS somehow and then I find out the phone number they wrote down to contact me was also wrong. They seem nice enough they just need to verify information before you leave so problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently if any present themselves.Update: apparently they tried to sneak in a warranty for 3k on a 6k car and never told me. Ya no. Thats scummy.

This place is a SCAM! I bought a 11k vehicle from them, was told it had a new motor, was a great reliable vehicle by everyone that worked with me, including the boss. Broke down 2 weeks after i had it. Been calling everyday to talk to randy been promised Id be called back for 2 weeks now to get it taken care of and every day i call and NO call back! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! THEIR MECHANIC SAID THERE SALES PEOPLE. WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL YOU A CAR!

I purchased a vehicle over 30 days ago, they have yet to provide my title. They simply changed the sale date and gave me a new paper tag. I have to make payments on this car even though Im not able to tag it. This company has a reputation for this, I wish I had read the reviews earlier. Save yourself some stress and buy elsewhere.

Friendly people,good customer service. They want you to jump throw hoops not them doing it for you. They have nothing in place, they have to get from other car lots. We set there for 2 hours and walked away with nothing.

Ryan has been by far the most helpful in the situation I have been in while looking for a new car. Ryan is the only dealer from several different lots that worked to get us approved on a car.I take back my stars. As to yes Ryan did a good job the dealership itself did nasty business. They had the car checked out by its service station and was told that everything was fine and the vehicle was working properly. Three weeks later the transmission quit working and now 4 days after the car broke down Im still trying to have it replaced or get the money back.

Told me to come in for their “big sale” then tried selling a truck to me above blue book and when caught in a lie said they didn’t want to waste their time. Good way to keep business guy!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made an appt. to see someone about a specific vehicle in their inventory. I had 2 phone conversations, 5 text messages, and 2 emails prior to my appt. regarding this specific vehicle. When I arrived, they told me that the motor had blown in the vehicle I was interested in. They couldnt have told me that prior to my appt.?? Its not like there wasnt ample opportunity to do so. They chose to keep that information from me in an attempt to sell me a more expensive vehicle, I am sure. I will never do business here, as I do not appreciate my time being wasted. I do not recommend using this dealer, as they have proven to be untrustworthy in my opinion.

I “bought” a car here recently, traded my truck in for it. Came in 30 days later to get the title and they tell me “there was an issue with your credit and the lender backed out “ after I had signed all the papers, signed my truck over to them and had been driving the car for 30 days. Nobody called prior to tell me there was an issue. The best part, when I cam back in to return their car and get my truck back from them, they managed to lose BOTH sets of keys to my truck. This place did nothing but run me around, I would not recommend anyone I care about to go here for any kind of business. My salesman’s name was Alan, particularly avoid him.

05 Nissan for sale $2,225 on Marketplace.. told by Automax in Del City that it was on Shawnee lot.. the salesman told me to call Tammy.. left message on cellphone. Tammy adv her assistant Ricki to call me. I spoke to Ricki, she told me yes they still had that car (trade-in car) plus another one. She gave me the addr, I told her I wld be there today. When I arrived (coming from OKC) it took awhile for Ricki to come out. I told her who I was.. remember we spoke. She went to the back, never came back out..!! Look, she and another guy was lost.. on what we spoke about, on what they actually had. 1 hand doesnt know what the other is doing there. Drove to Shawnee for nothing.. Everone sitting around doing absolutely NOTHING.

I live in OKC and called about a vehicle to be told they still had it and was available. My appointment was at 1:00. I drove the 50 minute drive to get there for them to not have that vehicle nor do they know what happened to the vehicle. Then was told to go to chepo depo they are affiliated with you and have two trucks in our price range. We go there to find out they are no where near our price range. You wasted my time, oxygen (Im on oxygen 24/7), and gas to go back to OKC with nothing!

Horrible, HORRIBLE experience!!!!!! Purchased a vehicle at the SHAWNEE store on October 30, 2020. After calling multiple times and traveling to the dealership about not receiving our title, I received a call today, 01/19/2021, that our title was in. I arrive at the dealership and was told by the bald headed finance guy that they will have to redo all our paperwork. I still never got my title. Unfortunately, the bank who originally took our loan, refused this time due to our credit score dropping. Found out the dealership ran our credit THREE times which significantly lowered our once decent scores. Their excuse was that their office had a problem with the title. I call BS.I’ve requested a complaint form from the Oklahoma used dealer motor vehicles division as well as reporting this incident to the BBB. To avoid getting screwed without any lube, AVOID AUTOMAX Repo Depot in Shawnee. I will NEVER consider purchasing a vehicle from any AUTOMAX dealership ever. Be wise and keep on driving past these crooks.

Drove up from Texas after confirming with Ricky? (woman) that a truck was still available, and let her know we were on the way. After driving all the way there, we arrive and the confusion starts... shes nowhere to be found, no one has any details on it, finally another salesperson checks, and informs us that a GM already sold it earlier that day. Will NEVER come back.

My 18 year old daughter who is pregnant and recently married went here and purchased a used Land Rover. The salesman assured her that every vehicle has been gone through by a certified mechanic and are all mechanically sound. When she got the vehicle home she had me look at it and I noticed a ton of blow by in the engine. We took the vehicle back and the manager promised he would make it right but they didnt. Now shes stuck with a vehicle that wont last long. Im he mechanic lied and said the blow by was normal. I wouldnt recommend buying at this place.

Applied online and got approved. Told them what car I was wanting and set up an appointment. When I got there they had already sold the car. Then tried getting us to get this vehicle that wasn’t anything we were looking for. Wasted an hour in time and gas To drive there plus the Hour or so we were there. Definitely won’t be going back.

Go to Regal and ask for Jennifer. ..they will treat u right unlike Automax who guaranteed me approval and buyback on my upside down car...3 different people including the head manager in the glass office guaranteed approval and buyback on my car....went in did the work and was told to come back the next morning as they couldnt reach my lender to see payment history...we did......just to be told they couldnt absorb the negative equity...I understand that but i told them from the beginning what the payoff was...too bad i cant give negative cause this dealership dont even deserve 1 star.....

This place doesnt csre about its customers at all. They do so little business they have to charge you for basically walking through the door. After purchasing a vehicle from them and having nothing but problems for the past several months since ive gotten it they have charged me more and more. They screwed me over on my warranty and then charged me $120 for a diagnostic fee when I told them what was wrong and what I needed. Heres the kicker. They never moved my car into the shop to look at it. All in all you are better off not wasting your money at this overpriced lot or time trying to fight with them.

Tried telling me I was at 550 when I know im at 650 Mike Trevino is a liar will tell you that he will work a deal with you and then cancel it even sent me a letter in the mail and then denied it even tho he had his name on it the if you confront him on ithell try to walk you out of the store the place is a complete con all their vehicles either have bad transmission or other major components wrong on them wouldnt recommend them at all
