Working with Jeff Massey to purchase this 2019 acura tlx a-spec v-6 was a smooth process. I live several states away and they set up delivery for me right to my house. It was a 1/4 of the price other dealers quoted for delivery. It was an easy process and I am very pleased with the condition of the car. I had been shopping for almost a year and the condition and price was what got my interest. It was a year newer and less expensive than what I had been finding anywhere close to me. I was able to see the carfax and plenty of pictures. I was still nervous of buying a car sight unseen and not being able to drive it. After talking to him we decided this was the car for us. I took a huge risk. It was worth it. I love the car and the condition of it is excellent. I would recommend the company and Jeff as a sales person.

I am very happy with the service I received from Car City Wholesale! I saw a Buick Enclave on their website and left my number to call, I got a call within an hour. From there we text for about a month before I made it there to test drive the Enclave. When I got there it was ready, parked upfront, and very detailed. Steven Johnson not only found the exact truck with mileage and cost, but went above and beyond at 6am to make sure I was able to come look at the truck. Everyone knows buying a used truck comes with a couple love scratches from the previous owner. Let me tell you the gentlemen they have in that detail bay is stand alone. I purchased an SUV here in February of 2020 and did not have a good experience. I was pressured by a newer salesmen into buying the car with body damage that had occurred in this dealership car lot because they park the cars so tightly together that opening the doors of nearby cars put major dents in the rear doors of my vehicle. I admit I purchased the vehicle anyway because I felt extremely pressured but I did say that I would like something off of the sale price because of the damage. They wouldn’t consider this at all. I completed the paperwork for the vehicle and upon leaving realized that everyone had left and locked the gate so I couldn’t exit the parking lot. I finally was able to get someone to come back and open the gate. So I would say that this business has some improvements to make maybe by hiring honest salesmen who actually care about there customers. I know this isn’t your typical experience but this was certainly mine.

Car City is like a candy store for a car lover. There are always interesting cars there. Ive really enjoyed going there not only to shop for my own car that I picked up there, but also looking at cars with friends. They clearly like cars, and it shows through their enthusiasm. My sales guy Matt was also very helpful in doing some homework for me to get the vehicle history information I needed to feel secure in my purchase. I definitely will consider checking out their inventory in the future! (I ended up getting a very nice 2016 GTI for a good price, by the way)

Purchased my vehicle with Devin who was fun and stress-free to work with and made our purchase very convenient. With our crazy lives he drove the vehicle to our house so we could test drive it and then drove it back to his business.A year later I noticed something odd while doing my oil change and knowing they were the last to touch it I gave them a call. Even though it been some time and over 10,000 mi Dan(the service manager) took my word on it (even though he wasnt the manager during the time of the last oil change they did a year ago) and changed my oil free of charge. He also refassened my backup sensor that was unrelated to the issue again free of charge. Wow. My next vehicle will hopefully be a cybertruck, God-willing, if I have the funds and credit available but if not I will purchase my next vehicle through them again.

I bought a car from here two months ago after looking and talking to about 10 other dealerships for months prior. The process and service here was by far the best. I mostly dealt with Erin - She is the definition of the ideal sales person you want to buy your car from. I had a great experience buying a new to me 2011 Mustang GT from Jeremy Clark at Car City Wholesale. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its mechanical condition and he helped me get a few concerns addressed before I bought the car. I spent very little time at the dealership as much of the purchase was able to be handled while I was at work. I just needed to come in sign and drive away when I was ready. Best dealership I have been too! I was trying to get a car for my birthday, and I first went to a dealership in Merriam (CHM if you get the abbreviation), and I was there Friday and Saturday but they couldnt help me until Monday lol. I went to Car City Wholesale not sure about which model of vehicle I would choose. To help me decide, Jeremy handed me the keys, no questions asked, and just said take it for a drive. Erin knew what I was looking for and as soon as she saw my new truck on her lot she contacted me. Because of Covid I’ve been a little worried about going to public places. But Erin assured me that Car City Wholesale was cleaned regularly and everyone wore a mask. Additionally she set a time for me to look at the truck when no one else was around. Erin went above and beyond with her professionalism and customer service. And Car City Wholesale was one of the easiest car dealers to buy a vehicle from.

Erin was easy to work with, no high pressure sales tactics. We were able to test drive the vehicle by ourselves, without a sales person, which we really appreciated. They got us the best possible interest rate on the loan. The vehicle is in very good, clean retail condition. Yet priced thousands of dollars below the NADA retail value. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family, and will be a repeat customer.

I worked with Erin on the purchase of a vehicle. The vehicle was as represented on the website (clean) and the customer service was very good. Low pressure sales; I was able to spend a lot time with the vehicle without the salesperson hovering over me and riding in the vehicle. The finance person didnt attempt high pressure upselling tactics on extended warranties, etc.
