Tim at Rains is awesome. My daughter is traveling cross country for a new job. She had HVAC issues in OKC. We chose Rains because of good reviews and lucky we did. He was nice and professional. Fixed her car in a flash for a fair price and had her back on the road. Im grateful there are still people like Tim out there doing good work.

Very very great. They were nice and easy to talk to, honest, and effective. One mechanic told me what was wrong with my car, these guys showed me why that literally isnt possible for my car, told me what needed to be done, did it the same day I called, and my car felt much better withing the first five feet driving it out of the parking lot.

Had AC tuned up here. Great honest people! I won’t take my car anywhere else!

The mechanic there knows his stuff. Would recommend him.Downside to this place is management. They will try and squeeze as much 💰💰 as they can, with no shame.

2 years ago they fixed my A/C and it’s still working great. They were the 3rd shop to have worked on it and finally repaired it. A few days ago the repaired my thermostat and I traveled over 800 miles the next day. Car is doing great.

These guys are the best in town and the only shop Ill use. They are honest and their labor is fair. And if they cant fix it, they will recommend someone they trust.

I took my car in for over heading. He fixed several parts and said it was fixed. Had to take it in the next day bc the hose wasnt on right. The next day or was over heading again so i took it in for the 3rd time. He then said it was the water pump. Then said he wouldnt fix it. Even though its still over heating like it originally was. These people dont know what their doing.

Traveling home to Mississippi last night and my starter went out. I was at a loss not really knowing what was wrong. I googled auto repair near me and even though the ratings were not the best nor were they at the top of the list for shops. Not sure why I chose this one but it was truly a blessing. Not only did they meet the expectations I had they surpassed them greatly. It might not happen for everyone but they had me back on the road at a more than reasonable price.... These guys were truly lifesavers!!!!

I dont trust this place. Brought my 2012 Subaru Outback in because of overheating issues and they replaced a thermostat but first wanted to use one that wasnt standard. Then filled with wrong violent and 3 days later started overheating again. At this point Im ready to take it back, you would think warranty work would come first but not the case. Shawnee needs a good mechanic but I dont think this is the place.

Always friendly. Fixed my car every time even when they said they couldnt. Went in frustrated and didnt come out broke. Only repair shop me and my parents used for over 20 years. Thank you, Judy Anderson

This place is amazing! Bought a used van, first vehicle I have ever purchased. It had bad lower control arms and a badly leaking rear valve cover. I bought the parts, and after being lied to and jerked around at Kwik Kar It was later in the afternoon and I was desperate with a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. No other shop would give me the time of day, but this one was willing to stay late to fix my van. If it wasnt for the awesome guys at Rains I dont know what I would have done. They are honest and upfront, and willing to go the extra mile. I will be coming here only from now on and encourage anybody who needs car repair to try them. Bless you guys, and may God repay your kindness that you showed to this scared woman in need!

Bought a car from them last month and it has been one issue after a nother. Now it needs a new head in the motor and we’ve already fixed numerous problems. Trust it to drive anywhere. Sure !!!

So the mechanic I talked to on the phone seemed very helpful and said bring car in next Thursday and I’ll take a look at it. When I dropped it off the lady said it may be 3 weeks because they are backed up. After 2 weeks I called and they hadn’t looked at it. After 3 weeks I talked to mechanic again and he apologized and said it would be the next in. After 4 weeks I called to see if he had gotten it in and the lady I spoke with said no and you can come pick your car up! This business lied to me and kept my car for a month and did nothing to it. I picked it up and took it to a more reputable shop in Tecumseh. I do not recommend that anyone waste their time like it did with this business.
