This place is so convenient! The warehouse is attached to the back. Price is very fair as well. I called about shocks and struts they had them there by the time I drove there. I decided to get ball joints and they had them delivered to the counter within 10 minutes! Definitely will be returning there.

It’s a bit small lot for big rig. They use only 2 docks for receiving. Fast unloading. Guys are very friendly and helpful.

This store is well stocked, its the cleanest, well stocked, most attention to detail store Ive ever been in. Every time Ive been in this store the product is lined up perfectly on the shelves, labels facing the same, everything is very well lit & not one item out of place. The staff is courteous, always very helpful, knowledgeable about what Im looking for & able to answer any questions I have. This is probably the flagship/training store for the city, if its not it should be... either way nice job guys.

We just left the store and witnessed the manager verbally berate a customer when in fact it was the manager who was confrontational and rude . A very poor example of professionalism

I appreciated the tall guy that assisted me. I didnt catch his name but he could certainly pass for Triple H. Height, helpful and hospitable. I couldnt have poured my oil with out climbing and scuffing my boots. Appreciate ya, Triple H.

Was looking for a hard to find tire shine that I was unable to find anywhere else until I stepped into the store.I was asked if I needed any help and I gave them a brief description of what it was I was looking for that they did not have on the shelf and the man behind the counter was able to look it up and find it first try. These guys are the best. They know their business inside & out. I come in with older agriculture & construction applications, they pull out their paper catalogs & I always leave with what I need. There really isnt any reason to shop anywhere else !!!

Its actually advanced auto parts and it got me what I needed with a friendly staff.

Their computer systems and purchases do no collaborate with other advance stores so you have to drive back and forth from THIS STORE ONLY, and had to drive back and forth because the staff thought they knew what they were talking about. They dont even stay open past 6 p.m. Talk about customer service. Will avoid this store as much as possible.

This Quest is connected to the distribution facility so if you need a part the chance they have it is pretty dang high. And if for some reason the warehouse doesnt have it they can easily find it

Zach, Ryan, Carrie, Mike and Amy always come though for me and have the ability to track down obscure parts.

Mike is professional and always eager and willing to help me. I not only like that I need that. Good people. I had a problem when I first started my Silverado 4.8 v8. It had a noise that sounded like a lifter once and awhile. He said he heard of problems with the oil filter ( a brand they dont use & exactly what I was using) he recommended a filter & oil so I bought. Nnnnnnoooo more ticking when I start it. I have been so sick until then. Thank you Carquest for having competent employees such as Mike. This is a very true experience. Sincerely Jim. PS. I have 219,000 miles on my Silverado plan on another 200,000. With Mikes help. He deserves a raise in my opinion.

I went there for a new battery never imagining that they would not install it.they are cash and carry, no installs... and not even on a retail street! Very hard to even find. But they kindly did the test on my existing battery ...for free in parking lot. So appreciated that. But then they did not agree to put water in the two places that needed it.They dont sell distilled water. Guess i should have been born a man to know such things! Finally, they do not honor the companys online discounts! Whats the point???
