I had a ding in my truck that I was hoping could possibly be repaired because ya never know when it comes to sheet metal and vehicles. I wasnt necessarily expecting anything to pan out. I was able to drop by their shop without even calling first of which I like to do rather than calling. As soon as I pulled into their lot, someone was already outside to take a look at what I had. Super friendly. Super helpful. Gave me an honest assessment. They were able get to it right away and had my truck right back out to me looking brand new again. I was absolutely delighted, and the cost was very reasonable. I can tell they do great work, but what I liked most is the friendliness and how helpful all the people working there seemed. Thats what I like. Its an A+ solid established business.

I bought a new car June 1st of this year and sustained hail damage the same day. I had the damage appraised at three different locations and the gentleman indicating he was the owner offered his services for the same price. I decided to not get a few chrome trim pieces replaced and was suppose to have gotten a refund from him for the excess paid. Ive contacted him three times since picking the car up in June, twice on the phone and once in person. Ive never received the promised check from him. The exterior work was quite satisfactory although I had dirty patches on the headliner on both sides of the car just above the seats. I figure thats where the gentlemen pressing the headliner back into place were putting upward pressure on the headliner. I cleaned that off myself with interior cleaner. My advice would be to not give any money to him above whats needed to pay your bill. Otherwise you might be giving him a $300 tip like I ended up doing. (I still have the original bill and estimate)

Great experience with Dent Physicians who repaired my 2008 Acura TL Type S with hail damage. Did a fine job removing all the dents (they even had to replace my windshield), working with my insurance company and working with me. Ruben worked hard to make sure I was satisfied (I love my car and plan to keep it a long time...so it had to be done right).I would definitely use them again (though hope I dont have to), and highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for dent repair.

These guys know how to do it. Was going to go to a chain. But after needing to make a appointment to get it looked and them needing my ride for a hour. I got frustrated enough and got lucky and found these guys. Easy to work with. Pros at what they do. Great prices. Fast turn around on both the estimate and the work. Work was done like they said they would at the price quoted what more do you need. If you are in need of either a minor dent repair or major work you should at least get a quote from them before you get work done anywhere else.

Took my truck here to get a dent on a body line fixed that happened from someone opening their car door into it. Body shops were quoting me over $600 to fix it, Dent Physicians was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost and you cant even tell anything happened now. AMAZING work, theyve gained a lifelong customer in me!

I dont write many reviews, but Ruben Abell at Dent Physicians was great. I found this place via a google search and stopped by at about 10:30 today (on a Friday morning). They had me out the door, with a dent on my Challengers rear quarter panel fixed like new, in about an hour and a half. Ruben even buffed out a scuff on my bumper for free. Car looks like new, price was reasonable. Use this place if you need a ding removed (they also do more elaborate work, btw).

Gave me an honest and fair quote, fixed everything promptly, and trusted me to take my car and pay him a few days after when I could put it on my credit card. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be heading back there if anything else needs to be fixed.

This is a follow-up to a post I made a year ago when they repaired hail damage on my car. I have noticed since the repairs were made about a year ago that there a squeeks and rattles that my car never had before....and I try looking for the causes, I am finding that there were a number of places that the clips/fasteners that were removed when my car was being repaired were not replaced....as in they are missing. Not to mention that my trunk release button in the glove box area stopped working after the repairs were made as well. Very frustrating as I had to take my car back a couple times soon after the work was done initially to correct problems....yet I still am finding problems a year later.

Im not sure if its a bargain but the work is superb.

I took my car in to have the rear quarter panel fixed after a rear-end collision. I also had a few hail dents that needed to be removed.The issue I had with this shop was that they over-sprayed my entire car. Right after I picked my car up, I noticed that the glass was very sticky and my wiper blades were getting stuck. About a week after I had the work done, I took my car to have it detailed. Before starting to clean my car, the detailers asked me if I had any paint work done on it recently. I told them I did and they said that I should take it back to the shop and have them remove the overspray. They said this kind of thing is common and it should be no problem to have it removed. If you havent seen this stuff before it feels like sandpaper on-top of the paint and glass.So I take my car back to the shop, and the guy in charge (I think his name was Mike. Hes the bald, older gentleman) says he needs to drive it back to their paint shop to have it inspected. He comes back and says that there is no overspray on my car---even though I can clearly feel the stuff since it feels like sandpaper on top of the paint job. I told him what the detailers said and he said they were probably trying to take advantage of me (Something I find a little bit odd since the stuff was on my car when I left the lot and Ive had my car cleaned at the same place for years).So at this point, I figure even though my entire car feels like sandpaper and I can see smudges all over the trim, maybe Im wrong and I should get a second opinion. I take my car to another bodyshop and after looking at the car for a total of 5 seconds he tells me that there is overspray all over my car and it would cost me about $300 to have it all removed. The detailers offered to remove it for $200 (took about 3 hours) and instead of continuing to argue with this body shop I just paid them to have it removed. This is after I had already maxed my deductible at Dent Physicians paying $1000 to have the panel fixed.Two other relatively minor issues I had with these guys:1. Instead of taking the initial week they estimated, I had to wait 2 weeks to get my car back.2. Im guessing that in order to access the rear quarter panel they had to take the spare tire out of the back. They didnt replace it correctly. The plastic supports that are supposed to keep the bed of my car flat were not reinstalled. I redid this myself but I feel like thats something a body shop should be able to handle.If I had gone somewhere else, the damage would have been fixed faster and I would have another $200 in my pocket. Geico actually recommended I go to another shop but since these guys had good Google reviews I figured Id go here. That was a mistake. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
