Well, today I went to this store to buy a parts for my car and I knew advance auto they match price with any auto parts store near by, so I went in to the cash register and asked, hi sir do you match price, he answered nooo!! I was oh maybe this new rules! I went back to my car went online checked advance auto website they still do the matching price I went back in talked to the same man and I told him sir I just read on advance website you guys still matching price he told my manger told not to!!! And he ask tell me what you wanna match, I told him what I needed and I have the Napa price on my phone, he asked me what their price I told him the price he said I’m not gonna do it go Napa and buy what you needed!! I told him if they open now I won’t wasted my time and come here but they closed! He said go tomorrow!! He didn’t even look on the price, he just asked!!I didn’t wanna make it a big deal and call the corporate and complained.. that was very unprofessional!!

Was able to get the part I was looking for and got it quickly.

I went with my daughter. I was teaching her how to read her owners manual for her. I was distracted by how clean the store was. It was well stocked also. The ladies at the counter were very helpful. Spend some money with them. They want your business.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Advanced Auto Parts website makes it easy to order online and get the best deal. This store has every part in stock that I have ordered and it is always ready within 30 minutes.

Worst customer service of my life. I know COVID-19 has changed a lot of things. But this place could have at least greeted me and asked if I needed help and pointed or told me where the item I was looking my for was located. Then had to holler towards the back to get someone to ring me up when I finally found my items. I could have walked out without paying for my items. Will NOT be returning to this location.

Did my first buy online pick up in store order here, and it was very good. I went in to pick up my order the day after, and it was all ready and waiting for me. The clerk helped me load the parts and changed out my windshield wiper blades for me. Process was very easy. I would order online again.

Good stock of parts, get parts they dont have very fast. Not afraid to send you elsewhere if they cant help you. Great store.

I went here because my battery was clearly defective. They said that my car was the problem, and the battery is fine, so no warranty for me. I had the battery tested elsewhere and it came up as defective. I replaced it, and now my car starts fine. Im not buying from these cheaters again.

Theyll likely have what youre looking for. During my last visit they helped me install a headlight at no cost. Great employees.

Great place for all your needs..ITS the warehouse everything is at or shipped to so just go there.Remember to ask for (cant miss her cute lil self) Beth... Owned her own 72 Chevelle with 600 hp. I went to review the check engine ligth. And 3 employees in the front desk. 1 attended me and he went inside and left me waiting more tan 10 minutes whihout asistir me.
