Everywhere is short staffed right now. So to everyone who’s complaining about the store hours and wait times, it is NOT the employees fault! Say thank you to the ones who do show up to serve us! I’ve never had a bad experience here, and my drinks are always spot on!

I HATE people who go somewhere 5min before closing but I needed a coffee for my overnight shift and the staff didn’t make me feel like a horrible person for showing up 5min before closing. They were very nice and I want them to know that I appreciate it!!

I normally love this place,, however this last time I went my vanilla latter tasted bad or bitter. Was remade and still tasted off . Big bummer

Baristas in the drive through are always so friendly, kind, and respectful, which I feel is uncommon in a large coffee chain drive thru. But I always a very welcoming experience at this one!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to the manager was very confused on my order didnt know how to take an order. She kept making me feel like I didnt know what I wanted.

Baristas are nice. Stop acting like the drink mix comes out your check giving mfs 90% ice.

My drinks are made really well here but they’ve closed down their store at 12:00pm multiple times and it’s kind of frustrating when all teenagers run the store and all call in causing the store to close. They need better management

This location SUCKS !!! Drive up is long because today in April 2021 they still have the lobby closed.New employees are very minimally trained and are sometimes with attitude

I used to go to this Starbucks until yesterday when I realized the barista wasnt wearing her mask over her nose. I like lattes, but they arent worth catching COVID-19.

Nice and quite place. the place is always busy but kept clean. Very convenient location next to bunch of other food establishments.

Soooooooo slow. They always have a huge line and take 5-10 mins per car. A bit ridiculous

Friendly and helpful team members, good drinks -standard at any Starbucks, of course- and nice atmosphere! The seating is fantastic at this location - one of the best Ive seen!! Drive thru is available at this location. Quick service too!The only bad thing I can say about the location is that the parking lot around it is terrible, (you basically need GPS to navigate your way out of the lot), so be prepared to do a little maneuvering on your way out!

Ok so it’s great but I have a question. Can I walk through the drive thru since we aren’t allowed to go inside the store?

Often come here to work on homework. Service is always very friendly and they never bother me after I start my work. I like both caribou and Starbucks, but I have always found the enviornment at this Starbucks better than the caribou right across from it

Date of Visit: 1/25/2019 - I cant rate it any higher than a three because I dont like Starbucks, never have. But I do have to appreciate that they were available and ready to serve me for my late-night coffee cravings unlike the Caribou Coffee & Bagels across the street (which is what I originally wanted) but their online hours lied to me. Thank you, Starbucks, for having accurate hours online. Wish I could have gotten a Caribou Hot Cocoa (because its way more delicious) but your attempt at a Hot Cocoa satisfied my cravings. My husband really liked the Matcha Green Tea.

Good shop. I am not a fan of their syrups. They dont seem to have butterscotch anymore. The service is always great.

Ive been through the drive-through a few times now for hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich. The hot chocolate is always hot but not scalding hot unlike what I get at Caribou. I still prefer the taste of the hot chocolate at Caribou but its still quite good here.The breakfast sandwiches are much better than what is offered at Caribou. Good stuff.

Three stars because the drive through was hard to find. I drove all the way around the entire little stripmall looking for it. The cover for when its raining in the drive through was small so when I placed my order my car/I got wet.

This is my wifes and my Saturday morning date place. We are here every Saturday and love its cozy feel. The staff is friendly and the drinks are quickly made. The rewards program is also a good reason for our continued patronage.

Starbucks Coffee is gross! Caribou Coffee is way better - and definitely worth the extra effort/Drive! Enjoy your Caribou Campfire Mocha (Milk Chocolate, 2%, extra Moose). :)

I come here almost every morning to get my coffee. Its usually busy in the morning but you cannot expect much from that because everyone wants there coffee in the morning. The lines move fast, that also goes for the drive through.

There was one day I went in here- and keep in mind the staff are usually really nice and make drinks correctly- and the tea I ordered was really watered down and bland... so I was a little disappointed. But I just went in and asked them to make it a little stronger and the staff were super accommodating and sweet about it!! They definitely have earned more of my business!

They were not very friendly, messed my drink up and all I ordered was a grand triple shot Americano with heavy whipping cream. They just acted like it was a weird order. I really wanted the cream and the espresso wasnt even very good. :( Do not feel like taking time to go back as I am passing through on a road trip and need to get home to sleep) I am not pleased. 😩Its probably the only time Ill end up in this area again at this particular starbucks and it was only one experience. Just annoyed.

Very hard to figure out where it is and where to park, even once you are in the plaza. I parked near the Panera and there is no way to get in without walking in/through the drive-through if you approach from that direction. Otherwise, service and beverages were fine

If you encounter a barista named Kinsley, be prepared. After many encounters with this barista, I do not want to come back to this location ever again just so I do not have to interact with her. Most rude barista at this location, and there is a few. She has no care for customers at all. Giving 2 stars for the other baristas that have been friendly.

I waited for a long time to get the two coffees I ordered. The one Barista was alternating filling orders for in-store and drive-through customers, regardless of who was there first. She even made one of my two coffees, then proceeded to make a coffee for a drive-through customer that showed up at least five minutes after my order went in, and then made my second coffee. My first coffee was getting cold by then. This is no way to serve customers. I will not likely return to this franchise. It was probably ten minutes before my order was filled, if not more, and there was only one customer ahead of me in the store...

Cute Starbucks with adequate seating and a great eastern glass wall for what I would imagine could be some great rays in the AMs. Also has a drive through.

Every time I come here to order a cold brew( seriously the easiest drink) and every time they are out. Can we ramp up production on this please. And most of the staff are just crabby people in general.

Brought in my own Starbucks cup didnt get my discount. Ordered a trenta for my cup and they filled my cup and dumped the rest out instead of putting it in a small glass like other Starbucks do. My friend order a tents pink drink no fruit no ice they put ice I told them that it is suppose to be no ice they scoop out the ice so she basically got a grande when paid for a trenta. We will stick with Hutchinson target location and never go to corporate again

Horrible experience. Bad Customer service from the get go. Employee older with glasses and a little to much caffeine in her told us how to properly order our drinks... one or the drinks was completely wrong, no soy no vanilla paid for both. Staff is unaware on how to make proper drinks.

Getting so frustrated with this store. I often leave the drive thru with something I order wrong. It is Saturday late morning and I ordered a blonde roast with cream and a bagel and cream cheese. I was told that they only have medium roast so thats how theyll fill my drink. No? Youre a coffee shop on a Saturday morning and you will only brew medium roast? Sweet. We drive away and they forgot my cream again. Drive back to put it in myself. Drive away and go to eat my bagel and they didnt include a knife. Im done. Ill drive further to get better service from now on.

First of all I think its the only REAL Starbucks in the Shakopee, all others are owned by Target,Hyvee so they dont have a full menu that starbucks offers. Its very disappointing experience that you cannot get what you want. Not to mention that Hyvee Starbucks dosent let you redeem points. So Im very thankful for this wonderful real Starbucks location!

Ordered 4 drinks for the office, only received two correct drinks the other two were poorly made. One had whip cream when asked for none, along with only tasting like espresso. While the other was mostly Ice and didnt have much of a flavor for being a caramel frappuccino. Very disappointing.

Today was my first time at this one and i ordered an iced chai tea latte i didn’t realize it until i was home that they gave me an iced latte and i didn’t want to drive all the way back to shakopee. i don’t drink coffee so i am very angry. needless to say i will never go to this location again.

Ridiculously slow. 4 employees: 1 hanging out in back, 2 on drinks, and 1 on drive thru. Drink made wrong after waiting at least 10 minutes with no apology.

They couldnt follow instructions, I ordered a cup of coffee and wanted to pay with a gift card but then wanted to buy someone else a gift card also employee could not figure out how to use the goody card I already had to pay for coffee then ring up a gift card instead I had to pay for the coffee and gift card and not use my gift card for my coffee it was ridiculous and took forever

Twice now at this location, I get a drink where the cup feels almost half empty. Im paying almost $5 for a grande drink and get 10 ounces, with a ton of foam on top. Super disappointed and not going to that location again

The door is actually on thebackside of the building. I think a lot of people believe its just a drive through.
