My friends and I were here on a Friday night and there was only one guy working. He absolutely crushed it! It got very busy but he was able to serve everyones ice cream, make 4 coffees, 2 cold wraps and one of the tastiest burgers I have had in a long time. The wraps were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back10/10

Great selection of ice cream flavors. Nicollet Ave Pothole and the raspberry chocolate chip were both great. Also got a mocha that was really good.The outside looks like a derelict strip mall, bit the inside is cute and cozy.

We stopped in for ice cream on 6/21. Absolutely horrible service. We were totally ignored by the person behind the counter. Waiting is no problem but the attendant could have simply greeted us and said he would be with us shortly. We waited 5-10 minutes with no interaction at all and finally left.

5 star to CTC..delicious coffee and banana bread, oh yeah ice cream was tasty too..And they do have some nice gift items.. 😊🌼The staffs at CTC were very kind and humble.👍

Came here for the first time with 2 others a few days ago. There was one younger guy working and we waited for our turn to order. He gets done finishing up and walks to the register, my girlfriend says hi! In a nice voice to greet him, he ignored her and continued to the register/tablet and then looked at me. I also said hello and the boy just stood there staring at me.. no words were spoken for the next 5 seconds and I looked over to my friends in confusion. We then walked out after saying thanks.. so weird.. he didnt even ask us what we wanted or if we were ready to order, he just stared at us... I will try again since Ive heard good things but such a weird/bad experience.

Incredibly friendly staff. Sandwiches are large and yummy. The banana bread was great. The smoothies are ice based and sweet! And the new favorite is the large, warm prezel. Please try this place, it is a nice little secret!

Date of Visit: 08/22/2020 - A note on masking...When we visited, there was one worker who took our order and made our drinks that was wearing a mask, and another worker who took a different customers order, scooped ice cream, and was making food that wasnt wearing a mask. A note on the other aspects of the business...we will likely visit this establishment again as the ice cream and coffee we ordered were pretty good, despite terribly slow service.

Great coffee! Supporting local business. There was a lot of choices of ice cream that was locally made. The pesto sandwich and red pepper tomato soup was on point. Staff was very attentive and super friendly.

Lovely atmosphere for our little trip out for ice cream. the staff was wonderful and helping us decide what kind we wanted and very courteous with my daughter. We will definitely be back this is a great place to come.

Amazing burgers

Great food and drinks, and reasonable prices for the most part! Nice environment, too! No diaper changing station in the bathroom, fyi for moms of little ones. I shared a Kicken Chicken Bacon wrap with my mom, plus we each ordered a latte, and we were both totally satisfied, (both by the flavor and being comfortably full). I would definitely recommend the wrap and latte, (though next time I may ask for one less pump if the sweetening syrup in my latte, because they are quite sweet)! My son ordered a two scoop of ice cream and that could have fed three or four kids, so I recommend asking them how big the scoops are before you order so you know what you are getting yourself into! Well absolutely be back!Tip: If you have an Entertainment Book, there are two coupons for CTC in it, so use them!! Worth it!!

Two dumbos in here must have been on something today. Literally could not make any of the advertised coffee drinks. Service was very slow and the woman in front of me had to be refunded because her drink was so bad. Ice cream was good but that’s about it. Can’t believe this place is open for business.

I LOVE this place! The staff are just the sweetest group people. They pay SO much attention to detail about how you want your food made and the order in which youd like to receive it if you have multiple food or drink items on your order. They have a wide variety of both food and beverage items including wraps, subs, sandwiches, coffee, frappes, fountain and Italian soda, etc. PLUS the ice cream they serve is amazing - they always switch up their variety of flavors from both Kemps and Sebastian Joes. Their one scoop serving is actually TWO scoops, yet served at a price youd expect for a one scoop. They give free samples of their ice cream, and recently, one of the staff gave me a complimentary dish of my favorite flavor!!! The atmosphere here is very quaint and humble and the food and overall experience is outstanding. HIGHLY recommended - TEN thumbs UP! My new favorite place to dine.

Ryan and his staff are very friendly. The food is very good and the portions are large. I ordered a side salad once, but I think Ryan served me the entire garden. Considering how large the portions are the prices are quite reasonable. If you ask, Ryan and his team are willing to customize things on the menu, which is something I believe current restaurants lack these days. The Ice Cream is some of the best Ive ever had. Kemps and Sebastian Joe’s Premium ice cream is very good. Some seasonal flavors are typically stocked as well.I highly recommend CTC!

These good reviews are really over hyping the place. Its a very run down shop. Coffee is ok. Food is ok. Nothing is really that great. This shop is super disappointing. It seems like the owners have forgotten about it. The place is very small and nothing looks updated. Old furniture, old chairs, just kind of a sad place. If youre looking for a better coffee shop. Id recommend Dunn Bros in chaska. Its more updated and theres a lot more heart put into it.
