They didn’t let us customize a sandwich at all and got rude when me and my friends asked to. Terrible customer service would give 0/5 if I could. Didn’t even cook the bacon literally idk how this place is open.

Staff are consistent and nice, can’t say enough good things about that location.

Normally this would’ve been a 4 or 5 star review, but I’m extremely disappointed that they stopped making their sandwiches fresh. Definitely not a smart move by Caribou. I was told they get their breakfast sandwiches frozen now and just heat them up. The main reason I have been going to this location is because they were still making them fresh and they were customizable. The staff is really great here, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1!

Since when did Coffee and Bagels stop making fresh sandwiches and wont let you customize??? Sat in line for a frozen sandwich that wasnt very good... disappointed to say the least. Are the bagels even baked fresh in store anymore or are they pre baked and frozen?

This location has been here for a bit, and we hadnt heard any raves about it yet. So, we decided to check it out. Unfortunately, we found out why we have yet to hear any raves.Personnel is NOT trained on their menu, or their system.We could not alter or personalize menu items.And, we were not requesting to rewrite the menu or anything, just wanted a bagel on the sandwich instead of a biscuit. However, I guess it doesnt matter if Einstein Bros is on the building or not.Then after having concerns with the quality of our Caribou drinks, the Manager Chris simply just said, thats how we do it here,Have a good day. Blowing us off and dismissing us. Disjustice to both Caribou & Einstein Bros name.

Nice seating options, especially for groups with large tables. Friendly staff and drive through. Brad, I believe that was his name, is a super nice guy. Drive through is available as well.If you are coming from 169 to this location, there isnt a left turn at the Caribou. Instead go straight past the Caribou and make a left at the first signal. Then make another left to go into road for Home Depot and the town homes, on this road go straight and make another left past the movie theater and turn left again into the parking lot the movie theater and Caribou share. From here its easy to go back to 169 or 13 but youll have to go back the way you came for other routes.The only con with this place is the time consuming looping needed to get to its parking lot. I dont expect a left turn will be made for the Caribou or movie theater anytime soon.

Hands down the slowest service of any Caribou Ive ever been to. Consistently.

The last time i had went the sandwiches were fresh and toasted and seemed to actually had been made from scratch. went today and it was the complete opposite. something obviously happened because now you cant add butter to a sandwich or even an extra egg like you could before. doesnt seem like they are really connected with einstein anymore. the bousted cherry limeade tasted like chemicals as well :)

I was excited to start working near this location but It is not what it used to be. We used to eat breakfast drive through often. One day my wife brings our salmon nova lox. They were burnt like lets cover it up with cream cheese was their thought, I went to bring it back. They were nice enough to give me 2 more but they KNEW about it like oh yea there was 2. (I only Brought one since wife threw hers out). This time my wife was excited she got 2 drink vouchers. We taste our drinks and now we know why. They got our drinks wrong and just gave them to us. So Im guessing that coupon was a oops here come back and well remake them for you.

Bagels and coffee are always delicious, very generous with the shmear and butter. One of our favorite places to grab breakfast. However the last few times I got a farmhouse bagel there was cinnamon sugar on the bottom, so could probably do a bit better on cleaning between orders. Otherwise always a good experience

Long lines in the drive thru and inside. Busy Sunday at Caribou. Service was a little slow but the coffee and bagels are excellent.

I fill out an application in person at the workforce then drove my bike over there while they were still under construction I waited for two months and they never called back I even had an interview with the boss is this is how they treat people or my kind of skin I will never work for them although the Tea is amazing its sadly not the same when come to hiring I even met with the recruiter at the workforce he seems very nice at both places he was very understanding and I even talked to his boss I just wished it would taking me seriously dont work for them the break you hopes for a job

There have been DRASTIC improvements to this location. It seems that management has changed for the better. Orders have been more consistent, staff is quick and it is service with a smile. Wait times are noticeablely shorter and quality has gone up significantly. Very pleased with the changes that have been made.

Ordered and paid for a coffee online, very long drive thru line upon arrival. Called to see if I could go inside to pick up my coffee, as the inside of the store was open and was told no. Waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru. Completely mismanaged.

Im so mad I came back to my favorite place to have breakfast (aka here) I use to order made to order bagel, Asiago with bacon egg and cheese. They are now only pre-made food thats rock hard. Not happy. Also it tastes like they just clean the chi tea with vinegar. So all and all Im no longer happy with this place I once viewed to be a 6 star place! The lady was nice ish but was a little stuck up.

I stopped in mon morning hankering and everything bagel is sausage egg and cheese and they had it! I also ordered a cup of coffee. Everything was good but I have had much better. More of a fast food type quality

We ordered 3 drinks, 2 were correct. We ordered 2 uncooked food items. It took 16 minutes at the window to get all of that making our wait time 25 minutes. We saw 3 teen girls standing around chatting. 4 of the teens were wearing their masks on their chins or off completely. Ive never had such bad service at a Caribou before. Im done going there.

Hmm nothing like a Carmel high rise and a farm house breakfast bagel to start your day.

We ordered drinks and a few sandwiches, two being turkey bacon avocado sandwiches with sides of chips. When we opened the bag, one of the sandwiches was not wrapped and thrown into the bag causing everything inside to be covered in avocado and sauce. No chips were included.There could have been much better care in service here- disappointing.

Sadly they were severely understaffed which caused long wait times and an overall feeling of chaos. Employees working looked stressed.

Drive through was fast.

This place is horrible! The service is extremely slow as evidenced by the drive thru line that backs up into the parking lot. So, I went inside to order a medium black coffee and a bagel. My wait was over 20 minutes. Seriously 20 minutes. From now on, I’m going to Starbucks across the street!

Ordered ahead on the app. Got there, door was locked. Sign on door said drive thru only due to staffing issues. Took an additional 20 minutes to get my beverage from when I initially arrived.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I was working in an ambulance which does not fit through the drive thru and the staff refused to serve me. I have never ordered online and while I was trying to figure it out we ended up with a 911 call which is the problem with ordering online in the emergency care field as you may end up with a call for help causing you to no longer be able to go get the item you ordered online in advance. The amount of time I spent trying to figure out how to order online I couldve simply placed my order in the store and had my items. I have always been a diehard Caribou consumer. This has severely damaged my view on Caribou and they will no longer be my first choice in the future. I also found it very rude how the gentleman in the store working...not wearing a mask whom was making the food yelled at me that in store orders werent allowed...and than moved on with his day as if I werent present.

I adore the team that works here, they have always been friendly and nice in the morning when I get my bagel and iced tea. I have been BLESSED these last two years

Hardly ever open and always makes orders wrong. Drive the 2 miles over to 13 & 42!!!!! They will get your order right and not be closed for no reason during the day. Tried once more and still horrible service and product made wrong if you even can get it. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!! Wish I could give a zero stars

Every single time I come here I am extremely disappointed. The only reason I go here is if I’m on a time crunch because it is near my home. Absolutely horrible staff. They goof around instead of doing their work and ALWAYS get the food/drinks wrong. If you go back to try to get it redone they’ll give you attitude and tell you that you ordered it wrong. If I ordered it wrong then how come every other caribou gets it right? Don’t waste your time here. You’ll be waiting 10 min just to order. That’s not even counting the time you have to wait to get your items.

Food and drink pretty good. But for the price they could come clean up their patio.

Clean place with very nice workers. Great parking lot if your pulling a trailer. The guys toilet is weirdly close to the wall if you have a requirement for room it may be an issue.

I live right by this caribou and go there at least twice a week. My experiences the last couple times have left me super frustrated because of how long it takes and then this morning I got the wrong coffee!! I waited in line for over a half hour only to receive the incorrect drink. Makes me rethink going to this Caribou and finding another one that is out of my way instead.

The service we received was ok. But the drinks served were half effort at best. Ive been to other coffee places that try harder to make the drinks taste like they should. Kinda rushed us in an out made for a less than fantastic experience.

Great service and great food- in store pickup

After many previous bad experiences, nothing has changed.Got two Americanos and specifically asked for a full shot of white chocolate in each. The employee repeated back my order correctly, yet I still got two normal Americanos and was charged for the extra shots nonetheless.I am very disappointed with the management because they were talked to by higher ups about a recent review I left and nothing has changed.

I LOVE THIS CARIBOU! By far the fricken best caribou I have ever been to. A couple of the workers, I think their names are Hunter and Maddie, are just so nice and awesome! They make the best bagels and lattes and know just how I like them. I drive all of the way from Lino Lakes every weekend just to come to this caribou because it is so great. Love it. I would give it 10 stars if only I could. Everybody there is just so awesome.

Very clean. Kind of awkward driving to this Location and into the drive-through. And service was fine except I ordered food a few times here and whenever I say for here they constantly make it to go. So not sure if they start working on the food too early without seeing how to pack it. Coffee is fine.

Very nice building and staff, good food at Einstein and coffee at Caribou. The atmosphere is trendy, but for a new facility offering so much, it seems to lack seating space, although there is one large table to accommodate a group. Cleanliness of the restrooms could improve, but the design is nice and up to date. Good place to stop for a bagel and coffee.

I stop here most days. Its very convenient with a drive-thru and right across the street from my home. Theyve been very short staffed and that comes with some extra wait times but overall a great place for coffee and breakfast bagels.

Einstein Bagels are amazing. I moved from FL where we have more of them, so seeing them up here makes me happy! Great Bagels and very nice place to get a coffee.

Clean and modern location, excellent quality every time. The wait time does vary, depending on business flow and staffedness, so do not go there for a quick bite during mid-mornings on the weekend or anything. The employees can be very sweet and friendly, but other times they kind of rush you. However, I understand trying to keep times low when youre understaffed and stressed, Ive worked fast food before. In the end, though, this really is a nice spot to meet friends for coffee or to grab a wholesome breakfast that will really fill you up.

Decided to come here since its close to home before going to work. Coffee is okay decided to come back for a second time just to see if it changes. and my donuts was stale and coffee just wasnt on point. I think ill stick to the eden prarie location on shady oak never disappoint.

Love this place! Its conveniently located nearby my house and in addition to awesome coffee, that Caribou had been known for, they have bagels that are one of the best Ive tried.Add to it extremely friendly and always positive staff and youll understand why very well deserves 5 out off 5 rating!

Took 28 minutes in the drive through! 13 of it was at the window after they took my credit card! Oh, and my order was just a hot caramel latte and an iced caramel high rise... no food... and they dont take that long. The workers are just that slow or just dont care. Ugh.

I just payed $5.50 for a hot water it was great!

The combination of good Caribou coffee with delicious breakfast Einstein bagel sandwiches, make for a great morning. The drive up service is getting faster but a couple food orders can slow down the drive up quickly. One tip I have is to quickly review what is in the bag because last time I ended up getting someone elses order and didnt realize it until I was at home.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Avoid going to this location if you are in a rush. This location is always takes forever take your order and give you your order. I wanted 5 mins for the cars in front of me to order. When it was my turn to order, the lady said she would be right with me. 15 minutes later no one had taken my order. I was not going to wait for another 15 min to get my order so I left and went elsewhere for my coffee.

This location is terrible. Its worth it to drive 10-15 minutes out of your way and go to another location as youll spend that waiting just to order. Following your order, expect to wait another 10-15 minutes. In addition, this morning, I stopped by at 5:45am, they are supposed to open at 5am. Well, as you might guess, no one was there and doors were locked. As far as everything else goes, coffee is your typical Caribou, same quality as expected. The bagel sandwiches are decent, however, they often mess up my wifes order. For such a simple place, it does seem that theyre doing everything they can to fail.

Only come here if you have a lot of free time. Such slow service. I keep thinking it has to get better but today for example, had to wait over 25 minutes to get a dozen sliced bagels. Why? They are always short staffed. Today there were 4 people that I could see and 2 of them had to team up to clean a customer’s spilled drink. The bagels are delicious but it’s too frustrating for me to come here on any kind of regular basis.

Went to get coffee this morning for me and my wife. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 large turtle mochas not so hot paid 12 buck got room temperature milk didnt even taste like they put anything else in it.

This place is always a disappointment.I never walk out happy.You are never welcomed with a warm greeting or a smile for that matter. I am rarely thanked for my business. You need about 15-20minutes to hang out to get an order.Today, I even made a little joke and the repsonse from the cashier “that’s not what I meant” she asked if I was eating there and I giggled and said “ I’d have to be pretty hungry to eat 13 bagels on my own”Everyone is so serious and none of the staff interact and it’s not a cozy place.I am from NY so I do love their bagels which keeps me coming back.A couple of weeks ago, I was emailed some deals. When I arrived the manger was at the register and he looked at me like I had 3 heads when I mentioned the offers I would like to use. No one knows what is going on over there. I have been complaining to the company since they opened. Nothing changes.I worked at the Caribou that was replaced by the particular Caribou and man we had fun with one another and with the customers. This place is just night and day.Again, great bagels when they have them. I had 6 types to choose from today at 10am. They had nothing.

Not sure why that Black girl doesnt give change back, I thought it was a fluke the first time, but she did that to me again and to a couple of my friends. Also, cappuccino tasted awful, It had a funny taste, way too much milk and burned. Last time latte wasnt good either, coffee was bitter and a lot of milk was used to mask the bad taste. Not sure what to order anymore.

Last month I stood behind the guy at the front of the line for 5 mins. Asked him if they have even acknowledged him, he said no. So I left and so did he.Today I tried again.... I don’t know why I do. It’s like being a Mn sports fan. Every time you get hope.... you get let down...Update:They have new faces that have changed the place for the better. Service is a lot better.

This location is quite odd. Carbiou was pretty good at the location next to Panera in the strip mall across the highway before it moved.

I asked for a decaf (as I have a baby and cannot have caffeine) iced americano with Carmel drizzle in the cup and half and half with whip and Carmel drizzle on top. Repeated the decaf part. Got to the window and asked if was decaf, she replied no and said she’d half to remake it. She came back on there was Carmel drizzle in the cup but not whip etc on top. I reminded her and she walked away while I was repeating what the order was supposed to be. She dropped it in a new cup and put whip cream in top, but then there wasn’t any Carmel drizzle in the cup. I get that this is high maintenance, but they don’t make iced coffee in decaf and when you can’t have caffeinated drinks on a hot day it’s a option.

This place always disappoints. They just can never get my order correct. I was i the area and thought Id give them another chance but yet again. Will only go to our regular Caribou by Target. And drive all the way to EP for my bagel sandwich, sad.

Oftentimes my order is not correct here. Ive gone inside being the first in line and waited for over 10 minutes before someone asked for my order. Although the drive thru had a few cars in it, therefore I waited patiently. It wasnt until another customer came into the store and immediately was acknowledged and finally I was asked my order.I noticed he received his drink while I sat waiting for my drink still. A total of 15 minutes of sitting there did I finally get my drink. I left and noticed the drive through was now completely empty and nobody was inside trying to order anything now either. Id go here everyday and have tipped plenty while putting up with several mistakes made with my orders. But this story Ive posted is why Ive rated so low and why I no longer come to this establishment.

40 minute wait today and we were too tightly packed to leave the drive through. Our baby lost patience and was crying so financially I went inside. There were 4 employees so reasonably well staffed and the manager wasnt even slightly apologetic just said what do you want me to do about it? They still charged us for our food after 40 minutes! Came home and found 2 sandwiches were made wrong anyways. I know for a fact they were super busy and backed up last Saturday morning too so surely this wasnt a surprise. I dang well better get a refund when I call back later.

I stopped by the drive through on 11/04/2018 around 1:30 PM. To begin the voice comm was very low and hard to understand so I had to pull up to the window. Then once I got my drinks one of them was the wrong drink but I had already driven off. So I tried calling several times and no one answered. This isn’t the first time I get my order messed up at this location. Very irritating. Not what good service should be like.

The Caribou coffee at this place is great as usual but the bagel shop, not so much. We were grabbing breakfast sandwiches & coffee for a long road trip. We took 2 bites and couldnt eat them, not good, no flavor. Getting stars only for the coffee & service.

This place has the best bagels and drinks! But I will say they are lacking on their customer service. Not one of the employees smiled when taking my order. The old man who always takes orders at the front is very rude and is short with customers. They look extremely understaffed. Most of the time, they are extremely slow in the drive thru and cafe. I wish they knew how to handle the rushes because otherwise, this would be the best place to go.

The store is nice and clean but I wish the service was faster at this place, ordering thru the drive thru is faster that going inside to order. The location is great and close to the highway.

Its a pretty nice place to cup of coffee and a bagel. It is definitely nicer than the old location that used to be across the street.

It’s hit or miss for efficiency and speed at the new location. The workers are nice, but they know they are understaffed. I’ve been in there probably about 10 to 15 times, in the mornings and once on a sunday. It’s hard to get anything fast...don’t be in a hurry. LOL! Don’t care for the new location either. Some things shouldn’t change.

Great service

The drive thru may take long because a lot of people use it. Also, I made the mistake of ordering a bagel that takes an egg in the drive thru. Because they use fresh ingredients, I caused a backup of cars. This is a new establishment, with new employees. Its fair to say everything wont be quick right away, especially with all the traffic. I really love all the new food and every employee Ive interacted with. I love this place!!
