Another great experience! I received the birthday coupon for a free beverage and was able to use it a week later when the seasonal flavors hit. That alone makes Caribou stand out from the next running up competition. I also had three different employees wish me a happy birthday, the one taking my order offered a free size upgrade, an extra espresso shot, and even suggested a birthday cake pop. None of that was offered by the competitor who only gave me one day to use my coupon. The flavor was also spot on and made me enjoy my beverage to the very last drop, not the type that you take home and pour out the remainder because it wasnt mixed. Thank you Caribou for taking care of your employees who in turn take care of the customers, seems like a win-win for all!

We called to get a coffee for a customer of ours who has a medical condition and needed a pick me up. I work in the same strip mall and this isn’tn the first time workers have been rude. Lady who answered the phone was rude. When walking into the store they were complaining about our order in front of me. Sorry I am not about to get in the car to drive around the building to go through the drive through when it’s two doors down from us. Y’all should really watch what your talking about in front of customers and put on a brave face on and be nice to paying customers. I work in customer service and I’m appalled!!

Nice people of Unfortunately​ get hired by them is impossible especially with with my work history and I think they may be racist to my skin I dont know why I done everything that they told me and they still wont hire me but I do like their drinks especially the Tea and its reasonably fair price unfortunately they added too much ice to my drink

They have items on the menu that they say they dont sell anymore(then why are you advertising them?!), never give a receipt. I ordered a large drink for myself, a small for my child, received a small and a medium-pretty sure I paid for the large, but I wouldnt know as I didnt get a receipt. After years of being exclusively caribou, think Ill start going to Starbucks instead considering I pass about 3 or 4 of them any time I drive out of my way to go to caribou

Good coffee, good pastries. Prices are par for a chain specialty coffee house. Location makes it easy to miss from the main road. Parking is poor at peak hours. Staff is always nice.

Dont bother if you want to use the internet at all. Its so slow that its unusable, and thats the case every time Ive been here. There is also some crazy security blocker so many things will never load, no matter how long you wait. There are plenty of alternative places for coffee, so I definitely wont be back.

Pretty decent. I love the coolers every morning before school and work. Sometimes it does get slow but its understandable; however, I feel that some employees could do a little better on service ^-^

I always have wonderful excellent expierence except for today, the really short haired lady who is older started screaming at this young girl with her hair up because they didn’t have a raspberry scone they had cranberry, I like both of those scones so there was no reason for the lady to be so rude to her coworkers. Very unprofessional. To that young girl, you are doing a great job, keep it up!!

I was so impressed by the great attitude and diligent service visited. I came in to get gift a lot of gift cards and was quickly and efficiently given my gift cards. The gentlemen taking my order was gracious and friendly while my drink order along side the gift cards. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and effort given to make my drink the way i wanted. Im thankful this place was so accommodating and authentic.

Date of Visit: 10/24/2018 approx 7:00AM - Four cars in front of me in line, took about 10 minutes to get through the Drive Thru. They said I had a birthday drink, but then charged me the $5 for my beverage anyway. Still not a huge fan of Caribou since they took away my favorite drink about a year ago.

Mochas are always great but service was lacking.

I try to avoid getting coffee/tea at Caribou because I dont like their beverages, atmosphere or customer service. I got what I expected. Ill probably drive out of my way to avoid them for a while, and months from now, Ill think to myself, I should try going there again. How bad can it really be? and repeat this cycle over and over and over...Specific critique: Their tea selection is ridiculously awful.

I usually prefer Caribou over other chain coffee houses. Service here was quick and pleasant and there were plenty of tables for meeting people or working. And of course the coffee was great!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a Carribou Coffee. 3 people behind us got their drinks first.They forgot about us I had to stand a long time to get our drinks. My friend purchased a rock hard cinnamon roll & had to wait to try to get them to put in microwave. They were too busy to bother. She asked for refund. The girl replied they cant do a refund. She did not offer any other type of compensation or apology & she was trying to avoid us.

Its Caribou Coffee! Friendly, fun staff and a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Restrooms seem to be kept clean, and theres plenty of seating inside. The drive-thru is a little awkward with the parking lot situation, but it moves along pretty quickly.

They had good coffee, but the young staff served other (younger) patrons their orders before my friend and I, who were there long before the others entered the store. They did apologize when we asked them about our orders taking longer.

Great place to study. I love it that they are open until 10PM. However, mens toilets are often dirty. Please put cleaning supplies in the toilet.

Constantly disappointed with this location. Drinks are consistently made wrong. No apologies given. Constant turn over of young staff doesnt help. Staff barely acknowledges you upon arrival. I will not return to this location in Shakopee.

Attempted to grab a coffee on my way to work last night as I work nights. I arrived at 9:40p.m. only to see that their hours say theyre open until 10:30p.m. on Fridays & Saturdays, but not a single light was on nor a single car in the parking lot. Closing over 50 minutes early? I guess Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Staffing sucks. They had to close because they didnt have anyone to come in. So I had to take what I was doing elsewhere.... Starbucks!

Same design as any Caribou coffee, same delicious selections. Great employees, came in a few times over a couple weeks and she guessed what I wanted to order.

I only gave Caribou three stars for the pricing their coffee is overly expensive and sometimes it doesnt taste as great as youd expect, I always ask for a new drink if it isnt tasting well and theyre happy to oblige theyd rather give you a new copy then refund you. I like Caribou, but I prefer Starbucks turbo has excellent coffee. Starbucks has much better coffee. This location was clean and the employees were very friendly and fast at making drinks however One customer one Arista couldnt remember how to make a berry easy drink. The prices are just the same as every other Caribou which is way too expensive you visit any caribou and they are pretty much all the same. They have a Rewards Card you earn extra coffee or free drink or free upgrade for buying theyre hot and cold coffee drinks regularly. If once youve been 2 one Caribou youve been 2 them all.

Not only is the service ridiculously slow, but the drinks are made incorrectly half the time. Also, last week I went in to get a yogurt parfait, was given no receipt, and it was a week overdue the sell-by date. When I got to work and opened it to eat it, I realized it was a soggy mess that was a week past its due date. When I went in today to get a coffee and another parfait, I was told by the manager (via the trainee) that I need to bring in my receipt. However, they never give you a receipt nor do they offer one. How am I supposed to bring in a receipt when Im never given one? Also, rather than come talk to me herself, she sent the associate in training back to tell me. Complete lack of customer service, this coming from somebody whos been in the restaurant and retail industry for many years.

Was at this location as I was in the area and needed coffee got a large carmel high rise cooler and was disappointed as it was all carmel and no coffee usually I can taste some coffee and not just over sweet carmel when I called to talk to a manager I hot told nobody was available and they would have somebody call me that was Saturday still havent heard from anyone and its now monday.

Can be a bit slow at the busy parts of the day, but that should honestly be expected. Because the staff is hilarious and fun and make a great mint condition

This is the worst Caribou I have ever been at. Service is S-L-O-W! The last time I was there (4/26/16) it took them over 10 mins for my hot chocolate!
