Went to TN on our honeymoon ended up with a check engine light on and a loss of power. Called around a bunch of places no one could help us out until we found Dirk. These guys were beyond amazing. They charged us a flat rate which was a great price! He had my truck for less then 24 hours and also fixed things wrong that we didnt know was wrong. He didnt charge us any extra fees for the extra work. We tried to give him some more money for the extra work considering he didnt have to do that and he did the job so quickly. He said theres no need to pay anything extra, just leave a good review. So here it is, EXCELLENT job with EXCELLENT people. I very please with the work done from these guys and If I would leave a 10+ star I definitely would. If it wasnt for him and his crew our Tahoe wouldve never made it home.

Got us all the way down there on THURSDAY said it would be done Friday for INTAKE GASKETS. Refused to Answer Phone all day Friday so found out they were closed for WHOLE WEEKEND. Was Supposed to cost 250. So he said he tried to back out some Bolts and they were gonna break,but Upon Examination there was still Dirt and Grease on them which ment he wanted to Charge me an extra 250 dollars and didnt even LOOK AT IT.Was Stuck in PIGEON FORGE With our KIDS For the whole WEEKEND. ENDED UP SPENDING 1000 DOLLARS down there Because I BELIEVED THIS PERSON!

My fiancé and I were on a 3 week road trip and the day we were leaving TN for our next destination or car started making a noise whenever shifting gear, the underneath was literally shaking and making a terrible noise!No one was able to get us in and these guys made sure not only to get us in, but figure out the problem within 15 minutes, fixed it, and only charged us $40 so they could get some lunch :) the three gentlemen were extremely kind and honest as we were under the impression that it was something different and going to cost a couple hundred dollars- car trouble is the LAST thing you want on a road trip and these guys saved us! They also pointed something else out that we should’ve noticed when buying this car (it’s a brand new/used car), not detrimental but it’s a good thing to know about so I can go back to the dealership while still covered with the warranty, instead of spending money on it in the future. I know absolutely nothing about cars so I was really thankful for them. The guys been working on cars since he was a teenager and he’s in his 40s now, I can clearly vouge for the experience too as we were in and out same day within just about 1-2 hours. The cars running like a gem now!Would recommend them to anyone traveling or living in the area.

These guys are amazing! My husband and I are here on vacation and we needed new rotors BAD! Called and they fit us right in two hours after we called. We were in and out within 4 hours of first contacting them. They took care of our car and now dont have to have any worries anymore about it will on vacation. Would definitely recommend them!!

Needed to add air to my tire. Just happened to stop when they were eating lunch and they could have turned me away but the gentleman stopped eating and took time to take care of me. He realized I had a nail in my tire and suggested a place in Pigeon Forge for me to get it fixed.

Car-D-Ology is great! I was on vacation and called them up at 8:30 and had an appointment for 10:30. They got us rolling quickly and saved the vacation.

While on vacation my a/c went out. Called the shop and they said to bring it on in and they will look at. They were all very nice and very knowledgeable they had my a/c fixed in no time and at a very reasonable rate. Mechanic said if it starts to act up again bring it back in and they will look at it again it was a very strange problem with no oil in the system. The gentleman added the oil and refrigerant and it has been cooling for three days now. Im very thankful for this shop and good honest people. I would not hesitate to take my vehicles to them. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

We just moved to Tennessee on Saturday 9-12-20 and Monday night our water pump went out, called all over the place today (Tuesday) and no one could get it in until tomorrow. We called this place and they said to bring it on in, so we did. I tell you when we got there the radiator was hot as fire as well as the water pump, but that didnt stop them at all, they got on it right away and we were out in 2 hours. Very reasonable price, very efficient and friendly workers. We have found our mechanic for as long as we are in Tennessee. I wouldnt trust my vehicle with anyone else, they are not there to rip you off, and let you know if anything else is wrong. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.🙂

We are on vacation from Florida and our Chevrolet 2500 Diesel truck water pump started leaking. We called Car D Ology in Wears Valley where we were staying and he said bring it on in and he would look at it. Sure enough it was water pump! This happened on a Friday and by Monday we had our Truck back! The price was so great. The Chevy Dealer quoted much more money! They took us back and forth from RV campsite also! Do not play around with looking up car repair just call them! Also if you need a rental car used Enterprise on Main st in Sevierville, TN. Both wonderful, honest places

We got to our cabin on Sunday afternoon. Woke up Monday morning to a completely dead battery. A family of 5 with 3 small children this was not what we anticipated. After MANY failed attempts to get the battery running we had to call a shop. We were given 3 choices from a local Advanced Auto parts and my intuition told me to call this shop! The owner Dink was AMAZING. To say the least, between the tears and stress he explained to me he was here to help me and arranged for a tow truck to pick up our vehicle at our cabin which is on top of a mountain! When it came to picking up the car we called 8 taxi company’s and tried Uber and lyft with no luck! Called Dink and he arranged a pick up! I can not ever repay the help and patience and faith this man gave my family! Jesus placed you in our lives for a reason. Thank you 🙏🏻 time a million!

Picture this: were from Ohio and were on vacation in Gatlinburg. Thursday night, my car would turn on and will accelerate but turn off. We were recommended to Car D ology, so we had the car towed to them. The mechanic knew what was up and got to work right away. He told us the time itll take to get it fixed and we went to lunch. After lunch, everything was done! Extremely reasonable, nice and all that you want in a mechanic!

Just got back to Wisconsin from our vacation in Pigeon Forge. We were staying in a cabin in the mountains and the check engine light came on. All the shops were extremely busy in town, and even though Car D Oligey was busy as well he had a few minutes to check out my car and figure out what was wrong with it. Knowing our situation, he took time out of his busy schedule to fix our car. It was a blessing that he did this for us because, if we would have waited any longer it was a real possibility our car would have stalled going up those steep back mountain roads to our cabin and possibly caused a horrible accident. Not only that but we were also able to get home safely, back to Wisconsin. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you literally are a life saver!

We were on vacation at our place on Wears Valley when the transmission cooling line developed a leak. And when it rained it poured because the front wheel bearing also needed to be replaced.Fortunately we decided to stay local in the Valley and go to Car-D-Ology. The team was able to work our vehicle in. They were professional and communicated what was needed along with the timeline of when it would be completed.I recommend the team at Car-D-Ology and would use them again. It paid to go local and support a Wears Valley business.

Very professional called them and told them my jeep was overheating while Im down here on vacation told me come on by and we will take a look. They went through it and trouble shot it and found everything that needed fixed.very fast would highly recommend if your having problems while on vacation come see them!

Having car trouble on the road can be a nightmare. We first went to an Auto parts store for a diagnosis. They referred us to a tire business, which was not our problem, but they referred us to Car D Ology. We were hot, tired and frustrated. The Auto Parts store thought our problem was the heater core. Car D Ology employee Dink looked and it and said he thought our drain line was stopped up. He cleaned it out and told us there was several gallons of water in the dash where the water was not draining out. He fixed that and we ventured on to The Cove to see the bears and other wildlife. When we returned to the hotel around 10pm & we found no water draining out. A quick trip back at 8am the next day & Dink clean the drain out again and replaced the hose. Seems dirt dobbers or squirrels had a good time stopping up my system. Sometimes my car only makes it to the beauty shop once a week.We were due to check out and leave for a 500 mile trip home today and Dink made sure it was draining properly. Having the extra problem was very unusual. He would not charge us today and both he and Holly were super friendly and concerned in getting safely back on the road. While they could have taken me for an expensive heater core they were honest. Friendly was also a plus. I highly recommend them to the people of Pigeon Forge, both residents and visitors. Is there a paper for travelers to the area I could write to? We felt Holly and Dink were “lifesavers”.

I absolutely recommend coming to Car-D-Ology! We are from Wisconsin and we were on a vacation and renting a cabin out near Wears Valley on the mountains. One morning we were coming down a steep hill and our brakes started grinding really bad. We called Car-D-Ology and they took us right in and they had our brakes done and had us back on the road in LESS THAN ONE HOUR. Fast, friendly, and prices are spot on!

We had a radiator heater hose crack on a Sunday while in the National Park. I duct taped it, made it to the auto parts store and they werent much help. I called Car-D-Ology first thing the next morning simply because they were the closest to our cabin. They had the hose in stock and had me on the road in less than an hour for a fair price. I wish Car-D-Ology was in my home town.

It should have been a simple fan fix, Nope its the temperature control sensor I guarentee it, 300 dollars please, what!! Oh!!! Its not fixed?? Ok well um must be the brand new water pump you just had installed, if its not the water pump I will replace what ever is broken for free, I guarantee it and I guarantee its the water pump, it will cost you another 500 though. Wait its not the water pump, I put other one I ripped off back on. Sounds like it might be the fan module like you told me in the beginning, thatll be another 700 please. Wait I give up Im not sure whats wrong with it now that I have busted a hole in your radiator. Come get your car. Went there half broke with a ton of guarantees left fully broken with 0 guarantees and i screwed ya right over. Thanks for all that help they say they give but really just want that dollar. How do you honestly tear someone elses car up then just wash your hands clean like its not your responsibility you broke it. Dishonest service I say. Very dishonest and judgement day will arrive..As you see by the reply below he does state I gave him money to fix the guaranteed part that he said would fix it. Still not fix only more broken. He also states I had to come get the car because I could not afford his scams to swindle more money for more guessing. So he admits it is still broke but then says it ran for 30min in front of his shop with no leaks so is it still broke or runs fine for 30 min in front of shop? Im confused now. Which is it? . Normal radiators that are busted dont have water in them so therefore cant leak water. Running my car in front of the shop with the no coolant light on and 0 water in the radiator, Im sure has now done more damage to the car. May be time for me to pay all that money you were asking for to a lawyer. So now that everyone has read closely to your reply dink Im sure we will all agree your guarantees are a sham and that you are very dishonest when it comes to the public.

Outstanding!!! We are 500 miles away from home and had a water pump go out in our 2014 Chevy Traverse. Car-D-Ology took my car in immediately, diagnosed the problem, quoted a price that was below what I expected. They did the work in a timely manner and where very professional and courteous. I have to say, when you are this far from home and this happens, you feel extremely vulnerable. I didnt need to feel that way! We picked up the car the next morning, good as newnand have drove for 4 hours on the repair with no problems. I highly recommend them for anyone needing any kind of repair work! Howard Kite, Don Kite, James Kite and Michael Kite traveled to Pigeon Forge, TN to ride motorcycles in the mountains. My dads (Howard Kite) truck had a Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor go out on his truck. The truck would kick in to Reduced Power mode and the temperature gauge would read HOT. We took the truck to Dink Eberharts Car-D-Ology to have it repaired. Dink took us to our cabin and started on the truck the next morning. He worked all day on the truck and got it running like new.
