Eric, the branch manager, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He showed multiple options and was kind in his explanation of the process. The facility is also very clean, safe, and well kept.

Very frustrating hours and even when they are open the office door is often locked with nobody inside.

The staff working the front desk and the security on premise have been rude to us multiple times when we were trying to move our stuff in, every single one had a bad attitude immediately upon speaking to us. The whole experience working with them has been disappointing, if it were not for the fact they are close by we would NOT be using them for storage and will never recommend them to anyone from here on out.They acted nice when trying to get us to sign up for a unit and those same people leave a sour taste in our mouths every time we have to go check on our unit or move things in and out.

Best storage experience ever! These guys are awesome! I was just a small 6x4 unit, yet staff treated me (& everyone) friendly & professionally always. Even when I had $$ issues! They went beyond expectations more than once, making my short (4 month) stay with them successful & memorable. Thanks especially to Peter and Carlos!

Terrible customer service. They close the facility quite frequently with no word or communication to the customers who had plans to access either storage units or mail boxes.This happens almost every time I go. The sign should read “call for appointment”.Avoid at all costs.

These guys know what they are doing. I had certain needs for size and date of move in for my storage unit in the middle of the month. Not only were they accommodating but they also helped me with great deal( online special) to get into the unit when I needed. Great service, great price and very secure.

The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. Over the past year Ive rented 2 lockers, consolidated down to one, and then consolidated further to a smaller one. They made it very easy to transfer lockers each time, and transferred credit for the unused part of the month. Also, the indoor loading/unloading area is great when its cold and raining outside.

A great place to store your belongings! The staff there are very friendly and will work with you if you need any extra time paying for your unit. I would highly recommend this storage facility to others, and the location of it is pretty decent.

This is the second time I have used Roosevelt self storage and absolutely love the facility and the kind management and people that run the place. I always feel safe, welcomed and taken care of here. Highly recommend this storage facility to anyone. Theyre the best!

Roosevelt was great! Always helpful, a great price, and easy access. Sure, its not open very late, but youre also not paying for it to be. It was pretty perfect for me!

I was a customer at this unit for years, including time I spent on the east coast, and never had an issue. The people at the desk were polite and helpful, the rent was reasonable, and the climate never fluctuated enough to damage anything I had stored.I know people who have tried to badmouth this location, but their problems are on them for not paying their rent, as a long term customer they even made arrangements with me when I wasnt going to be back in town by the time my rent was due.There are a lot of storage scams going, but this is not one of them.In response to the above customer self-storage places always have ridiculous prices for boxes and locks, its a convenience that you pay for, bring your own when you come.

This place is great! We are from Maryland and using Roosevelt self storage for my daughter who is attending the University of Washington. The people working here are so very kind, helpful and encouraging. I would heartily recommend it! Susan (Mary Koutrelakos mom)

Id give 5 stars did the attendant who helped us check in the first time. The facilities are 100% indoors, which is nice. But, many storage spaces have very limited ceiling height.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They also keep the place clean and I feel safe storing my things there.

Love this place. I used them when I had had a 1 month gap in moving out of one place and I to another. The woman working at the front desk was really nice and helpful. They have plenty of carts for you to move items from your car or truck and into th storage unit. The entire place is secure with cameras all around. Its nice to know that all your things will be safe.

I used this facility for approx one year and for the most part I had little problems. I was in need of a safe place to keep my stuff while running all over Seattle. at the time the cost was minimal. they did have a lot of late employees at that time. but most of the time it was OK. At my age I find the more you need something things are going to go wrong. I would use it again pending my needs. I thinks have gotten better then when I used back in July of 2012. as for prices most places raise prices when the economy is bad.

I came in to pick on some boxes for my move and was surprised that their boxes are 2-3 times more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes. Time was short for me as I had movers coming in, so I purchased a couple of boxes from them anyways... They were thin and pretty weak... I stack a couple of them and some of them were crooked right the way...I am pretty up sad since I paid a higher price and get a poorer boxes...Dont buy boxes from them
