The best thing I did for moving. I have moved several times before and its been very messy with normal cardboard boxes. These boxes are super easy to pack in and handle and the movers took 50% less time to move as they were all uniform and sturdy. The delivery and pick up was smooth and on time. Highly recommend!!

Ive used them for two moves now, and both times they were prompt with delivery and pickup, everything was charged as advertised, and the boxes were all clean and high quality. Using these boxes saved us a ton of time and frustration from not having to assemble and tape cardboard boxes only to untape and break down and recycle them a few days later.

I wasnt sure if Id like using HiveBoxx for my recent move, but I decided to try it because I hate assembling and disassembling cardboard boxes, and spending money on tape is such a waste. Im glad that I ordered HiveBoxx! It was a super easy process from sign-up to pick-up.The labels that come with the crates are nice because theyre easily removable. The best part, I think, is how symmetrical the crates are, so they stack evenly in the truck (see image). I also didnt have to wrap too many breakables, as the crates are hard-sided and unless you drop them, your stuff stays safe and uncrushed.Its a great concept that is sustainable and easy to use. I used the standard one-week order, which motivated me to pack quickly and unpack even quicker. Wesley had availability to drop my order a day sooner than expected, so I got some extra time, which was great.I hope I dont have to move again any time soon, but if I do, Ill likely be using HiveBoxx again! Highly recommend.

So much easier than running around trying to find moving boxes. They deliver the reusable boxes, you pack and move, then they pick them up from your new location. We selected their 1-bedroom package and it was the perfect amount of totes to get the job done easily. We moved out of a downtown high rise to mid-rise building and it couldn’t have been easier. The uniform size of the totes makes it easy to pack in a moving van or track. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish, a fantastic experience. Scheduling was easy. Drop off was done quickly by a very kind fella who was very patient with our hard to find house and narrow driveway. Extending the boxes a week was super easy and not insanely expensive. The boxes themselves are great. (Tapes and cardboards are harsh on your skins) No need to fill up each box since these boxes have enough strength to hold more bins on top.Movers can easily stack them securely and pull out and pull back in quickly. Actually my move took a lot less time than estimated.Once you moved, no need to look for a knife/scissor to open bins. No need to flatten boxes to put out for recycle.Saved my time, skin, and effort, and good for environment. WHY NOT?My move was local so not sure how many long-distance moves can benefit from this, but wish some companies go nation-wide.HiveBoxx was actually recommended by the mover, (which I picked by its reference, experience, and other names), among other similar bin service providers. I used Hiveboxx while moving to my current apartment, and really liked their service. It was easy to book, the delivery and pickup were prompt, and the people were super nice. I booked an extension, and that easy to do as well. The boxes were really sturdy and stacked properly, and they assured that the boxes were properly sanitized before I picked them up. HiveBoxx makes moving SO simple! They drop off the boxes before you move, and pick them up a week later. This ensures that you don’t have to source moving boxes, tape etc. this also means you don’t have to worry about boxes falling apart. Moving is super simple because they are all the same sized, so movers can just stack the boxes up and out the door you go! I have moved with HiveBoxx three times and would always choose to use this service.

We used HBs crates back in 2018 and it was by far a smoother packing experience. They have a variety of sizes, deliver them to you and pick them up on your schedule. Theyre professional and friendly. We didnt have a bunch of cardboxes left over. Ill definitely use this company again for future moves.

I NEVER trust movers -- I HATE people touching my personal stuff. But I was in a hurry to move out of my office and couldnt do it myself due to a recent knee surgery. I didnt  have much time. If you are at all on the fence about whether or not to use Hiveboxx for your upcoming move, do not hesitate further! Hiveboxx saved me so much time and energy, it was worth every cent and then some. The boxes are very sturdy, easy to stack, have wonderful handles that make them comfortable to carry, and they even come with a dolly so you can very efficiently transport several at a time! My boyfriend and I recently moved in together, and at first he thought it was silly to rent boxes since he was getting so many for free from people he knew...after he saw them in action, we extended the rental so he could use them too! On top of quality product, the customer service is amazing. You can text them to communicate which is super convenient, and they always respond promptly. The delivery was right on time, and the gentleman who delivered them was friendly and efficient. I wish I could give them six stars.Also, my cat really enjoyed jumping in and out of the boxes, and it distracted her from the stress of the move. Just an added bonus :)

Great pricing, impeccable customer care with delivery and pickup (HUGE shoutout to JL!), and a really great option for reusable bins that you dont have to store after moving. I ended up not using the wardrobe box personally, as my clothes fit well into the other bins better, but the bins came to me clean and JL was helpful in explaining the labels and bin placement for ease and communicated well about his timing and how best to hand off at pickup from my fob-entry apartment. In particular, as a person with chronic pain, having the delivery and pickup (and that dolly that it comes with) was really helpful so that I could use my energy for the rest of the moving process. I had the most amazing experience with HiveBoxx! My brother’s friend recommenced them and he and his girlfriend got me a gift card. I moved unexpectedly so everything was a bit rushed and they were so accomodating! The owner, Wesley did my consultation over the phone and was so informative and great at helping me navigate how many boxed and what I needed to help make the move successful. He was very accommodating with time and made sure I had enough to pack and unpack. The boxes were dropped off no problem right to my apartment door and picked up two weeks later by Wesley himself! Cannot recommend HiveBoxx enough. Crate rental in general makes moving SO much easier - the difference is bigger than you might expect. Uniform, sturdy crates, you can pack the hell out of them and not worry about them breaking like cardboard. Easy to carry, they provide carts to move everything easily. I was extremely happy with the whole service. The website was easy navigated. They were delivered right on time and the driver was nice.Unfortunately I had a sudden surgery during my move. HiveBoxx was extremely understanding when I needed to extend and extra week. Once that time was up I noticed due to my condition after surgery that I would need to extend an addition week on top of that. They were so understanding and extended without charge. Loved using HiveBoxx. They came when they said they would, and when I had travel interfere with my pick up time they were flexible with me. I simply dont know how I could have handled my move without HiveBoxx. Their online system was easy to use to get all set up, and the employees kept me up to date with everything via text (I cant emphasize text more... wish more companies did this instead of calling!). Easily stackable and made for the included dollies, so I was easily able to make a couple extra trips on my own after the movers handled the big stuff on moving day. Will definitely be using HiveBoxx next time we move! Delivery and pickup were done by Keith, who was prompt, communicative, and super friendly both times. We were in a 1300 sq ft townhouse and got the 2 bedroom moving bundle with 37 large boxes and 3 XL boxes. It was basically the perfect amount of boxes, though we did end up moving a few things in some storage bins we had ahead of time. The boxes were super clean and in great condition. The labels and zipties they provided were great! The movers appreciated how simple it was to move and stack the boxes in their truck. Also, while packing it was infinitely better than using cardboard boxes - you didnt have to build anything or tape it up when you were done, and if you wanted to find something in a box once you had closed it, you just opened the top up instead of having to untape it, and then tape it back up.The only minor bummer is that their system isnt set up to refund if you return the boxes early, so make sure youre 100% on your dates. We ended up returning the boxes a week early (had to change our move date a week earlier due to snow) but it cost the same as having them the full time. Still, it would not deter me from using HiveBoxx again and I think the price is reasonable regardless!Thank you HiveBoxx for helping our environment, the bees, and humans who need to move!

Delivery and pick up of the boxes is super simple- you pick your 2 hour window, then they call in advance, show up on time, and the whole thing takes 10 minutes.The boxes themselves are also great! They stack easily and fit perfectly in the dolly. Our movers were very happy.

HiveBoxx is amazing!! Wes and his team are incredibly service oriented! Ordering, dropoff, and pick up were all about as smooth as you could ask for! Loved the text updates! Great product, really helped with getting all the final stuff cleared out of the house after the major moves had happened. Super durable, easy to use, and your saving bees ! So nice to not have to deal with cardboard at the new house. Honestly, one of the best experiences I have ever had with a move, and Ive done it 7+ times! I’m a bit of a procrastinator, and I had seen similar style moving containers being rented at companies I worked at, so I figured I could find some with pretty short notice.I was definitely right. I got into Frogbox’s website, and ordered the ‘collector’ size version for my type of living space, to be delivered in two days.They were completely prompt with delivery and pickup. Very smoothly well doneI also liked the price. Cardboard containers cost a bit less, but you have to haul them around (in and out), tape them, break them, crush them in your heavy stack, etc.The frogboxes are tough, stack neatly and safely, and are very durable.This container system definitely saved me a lot of time — thanks!
