Prior to renting my own unit, I assisted a friend moving in and out of this facility and received a recommendation from another friend. We all have the shared experience of relief regarding the cleanliness, convenience, and safety of storing our belongings at this location. The more compelling reason for writing a review, however, is the outstanding customer service we all received from Grace. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have seen her in action on multiple visits and she is always hardworking and friendly while juggling multiple demands. This level of service makes the operation a standout so we are extremely satisfied we chose it among the competitors in the area.

I have been a tenant at Interbay Self Storage since they opened and would recommend them over other self storage options in the area. Loading bays at each end of the facility make it easy to access units anywhere in the building.

Grace gave us a full tour of the facility (which is spotless btw) as well as making sure we knew how to use our key code, locks, etc. The unit is perfect for what we needed! Nice chill spot to store all your stuff

Ive been a customer here for about a year and had nothing but great experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recently need to upgrade to a bigger space. Scott graciously confirmed via phone there was a larger unit on my same floor to making moving easy! Hannah showed me my options and we decided on a 10x7. Michelle and Hannah helped me get the new unit all squared away. The entire team here every time I need something are super nice, patient, and helpful. I would highly recommend working with these nice people.

Rented a storage unit mid May prior to my upcoming move. Worked with both Grace and Michelle and it was literally the easiest and most efficient experience I’ve ever had renting storage. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Was in and out in 15-20 mins. Also just scheduled a Uhaul over the phone and was lucky enough to speak again with Michelle and again, so simple. I had left a voicemail and was contacted within 10 mins, had a uhaul scheduled within 5 mins after that. HIGHLY RECCOMEND to anyone needing storage or moving services.

The storage unit staff was responsive to specific needs, the location always had parking and was easily accessible, and price is competitive. This is not 5 stars because unlike most storage units in Seattle, Interbay as of April 2021 has a 30 day notice policy.

Grace is a star.I forgot my key fob in the uhaul truck we rented. Upon calling her later she searched the entire truck for me thoroughly and then contacted all the customers who had taken out the truck after me. Luckily one of them returned it to her and she was able to get it back to me.She exceeded my expectations and I am genuinely greatful to her for her customer obsession. Thank you, Grace!!

Great experience working with Scott at the Interbay Self-Storage Uhaul. Have had some not so great experiences with uHaul in the past but this was not one of them. Scott was super accommodating, even when there was an issue with the gas meter in the truck I rented, he helped me out and made sure everything was sorted. Great customer service, made my moving experience a lot smoother.

Ive been a tenant at Interbay Self Storage since they opened, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every interaction with Michelle and Grace has been wonderful. The units are clean and priced-well, the access hours are great, and the facility is well-secured. I was previously a tenant at two of the other facilities nearby and Interbay Self Storage absolutely crushes them on every front - pricing, customer service, access, etc.

I had a great experience here. I had a unit for a few months. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They have moving supplies available for purchase. It is VERY clean and new. The security measures are excellent. It’s very easy to access in regards to parking, unloading or loading cars, etc.

The place looks extremely clean, safe and accessible. The prices are about the same or a bit lower than other storage places around the area, but this place looks and feels like new.

Interbay self storage is a very clean, large facility with lots of parking and good security. The staff is nice and helpful, and the prices are very good compared to the other local storage units. Access to inside is easy and convenient, and the units vary in a good amount of sizes.

I had a very positive experience working with Dawn! She was very busy but took her time to help me in leasing my unit. She was the only person working at the time, but she had great customer service and juggled tons of calls and walk-ins and still took the time to connect with us. She also gave me some great deals with the promotions they were offering. Great customer service!!

Great, new clean building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a little bit of a snag reserving online. I had to call and give my information for the staff to find my online request. So I also missed out on the sign up online discount that was being offered. So that was a little frustrating.
