This place discriminates against homeless people. I went in to get a unit for a friend that was down on his luck and on the streets and just needed somewhere to put his stuff but I was informed after I told him that the guy was homeless that they could not rent to me

Great customer service! Max Weinger was very positive always had a smile on his face and always helped me. The facility is really secure, well-maintained and all around a good area to put your stuff in the heart of downtown!

Secure, floors are kept clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. They are known to give 15min warnings on every floor informing you closing time is approaching!

Great service from LJ! He hooked it up with half off my first month and a very impressive rate for being a 750 ft walk from Westlake Center! Ability to bring your own lock is one of my favorite features of Belltown Self Storage. My 5x5 is like a giant walk in locker with a wooden door, also security cameras on every floor are much aporeciated.

They have the same short access hours as everyone else in the neighborhood but the mgmt is pretty easy to work with
