Evil berry tasted great, and sweetness was perfect. I would get this next time.Key lime pie was good, but not too sweet. For those that love sweetness, i would say dont get it. Overall though, this place is good!

Ice cream is really good. I honestly dont know why people gave it one star, bobba is decent. Two ladies that works here are pretty nice. I dont know why people left one star review just cause they had one single bad incident, and it not even about the food.

The process of making the rolled up ice cream is really fun to watch. However, the ice creams have almost no taste. We got the mango, matcha and the chocolate Oreo and all three were extremely bland. For the price they charge, the ice cream was disappointing and overrated. Still a fun experience though.

I got to this ice cream shop with excitement because I always wanna try this. But I got down not only because the quality of the ice cream but also the attitude of the service I got. I mean it looks good in the picture, doesn’t it? But well, I really want to give it 5 stars, but I wanna be honest here. I hope if you try this shop, you will get the better service than I got🤞🏻

Cute ice cream/bubble tea/dessert parlor! The desserts are just adorable and taste even better than they look! We had the strawberry kiss ice cream roll, which reminded me of the Good Humor strawberry shortcake bar (which I LOVE), but this was WAY better, more strawberry flavor and the ice cream was very creamy, not icey!👍🏾 Friendly service, price is on point! Cant wait to come back this week! ❤

I was at Imperial Foot massage next door, and saw Hi B3ar on my way to the parking garage (there is free 2 hour parking). The menu is large, and different than average places that serve boba tea. I tried the peach oolong salt milk foam tea w/ jellies. I asked the woman who was working a lot of questions and she was helpful and friendly. It tasted delicious, and my husband wished he had ordered one too (he had the last of mine).

I was disappointed in the presentation, but the icecream was good (I liked it, didnt love it). They have this cartoonish board of their types of ice cream (looked like sundaes), and the drawings are very elaborate. So when I ordered one, I expected it to coming with toppings and everything, you know did all the thinking for me. It was just the icecream, so I didnt take the time to think of the toppings I wanted. Dont ask what they suggest, because you wont get an answer or just a wafer, a cookie, and gummies dropped in your cup and handed to you. I also thought the ice cream would fill up the cup.

They have the largest dessert, ice cream, rice cake, smoothie and bubble tea menu Ive seen. Their frozen ice cream rolls with fruit and toppings are yum.

Top 3 worst bubble tea experience of my life. Tea tasted mostly like water, boba was stale and flavorless. The staff member just pulled out 2 cups of already assembled drinks after we ordered. The “less ice” option was still >50% ice. Don’t give this place your business, if you want a sweet treat, you’re better off going a block down to a supermarket and buying a pound of sugar.

Interesting place with an eclectic selection of desserts. I need to come back to try the ice cream. I didnt want to try anything heavier than the milk tea tonight. I tried the Oreo milk tea and my girlfriend got the cool looking one called starry night sky. I didnt like the latter too much. A little too sour. It would be really good with a shot of vodka.Will definitely come back here to try something else and get a banh mi sandwiche next door.

Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. The service was very helpful and welcoming.

Great ice cream! It has actual fruit in it and gives the ice cream an amazing texture. The topings are varied enough to make the ice cream different every time. Good smoothies too! Fun atmosphere. Only downside is the lack of parking. If you are in the area and want something sweet its a great idea.

Walked in didn’t even get to order, as my family & I walked up to the front counter me & my mom noticed a baby roach crawling around & then we looked to the back where the sink area is there was a bigger roach & a whole bunch of flies just flying around nothing is covered up all the food is just out sitting. We then told the worker about it & he didn’t acknowledge it all he just shook his head & smiled so we said no thank you & left, very disgusting the health department needs to come out & resolve this, i DONT recommend anyone to go here ❗️

Me and my kids want some treats so we go to Hi Bear but sadly the staff is not friendly, impatient on kidsand put mochi toppings on my daughters ice cream when she ask for a marsmallow....Wth!!??? Did try to tell him about that but instead he turn his back and play busy..So rude! Will never bring my kids again to this store..

There is a reason why this place is empty most of the time. Gee, where do I start.1: the bubble tea is easily THE worst I ever had, I didnt know you could ruin bubble tea.. the bubbles were bland, tasteless, I didnt even taste any sugar in them let alone flavors.2: price is way too high for the quality you are getting.3: I didnt even know Seattle has roaches, well, I was wrong. This is the first time I see a cockroach in Seattle...Overall just no... unless they overhaul the whole thing, I dont see any improvements that can be made.

This place makes it properly but they don’t use high quality cream but instead use normal milk I’m guessing.I had this stuff in Chinatown in Chicago and the stuff was creamy and lines down the street but not happening at this place

They messed up my order twice... Decided to just get ice cream, and it was just average... I expected great things from here... My smoothie was almost unedible, the sweetness was 0 and had giant ice chunks....

DONT BUY THE MILK TEAI bought a rose and matcha milk tea off of doordash from this place. I expected it to actually taste good. However when it arrived, the rose one tasted like it wasnt flavored at all and the matcha tasted metallic. I got boba in both and they were not squishy or tasty at all, it just fell apart when you chewed as if it had been oversoaked.

The staff was very friendly and polite, while the drinks and food we got were also delicious!

These guys just lost a regular customer, and for what?We use to visit them often n use to mix mango and strawberry for the thai ice cream. We use to love it. Today out of nowhere looks like a new regulation is passed by the new owner that strawberry and mango cannot be mixed together while making the icecream, and when I asked y, there was no explanation.Common guys, its an icecream and you dont allow mixing flavors?Anyways disappointed that some businesses do stupid things sometimes and loose business.
