Daughter and I love the huge scoops we get and leave happy customers

Not a great location, pricey, and they nickel and dime you. I got 2 scoops in a cup and asked if a cone comes with ice cream, she said, Which do you want?I said, Whichever comes with the ice cream. It shows on the board either cake or sugar cone. Then she charged me an extra .25 for the cone! $6.33 for 2 scoops plus a small, plain cone! When I asked why I was charged for the cone, she tried to say you either get the cup or the cone! Right?!!Ice cream had an odd taste, maybe old or maybe they add something weird?!!Theres much better ice cream around for that price!Place is ok, a row of tables and chairs along the window. Free parking.

Staff is always very friendly. They take great care when my sold told them he had a peanut allergy. Plus the ice cream tastes great!

Really bad ice cream. It was supposed to be three flavors. It was all vanilla, and bad vanilla at that.

Purchased a custom birthday cake for two boys today and thought I’d let people know to save yourself the $$$ and buy a nicer, more decorative cake out of their freezer. The cake clearly lacks any sort of effort or pride in ownership, it literally just says happy birthday boys, no other decorations, frostings or anything fun that one would assume would accompany a kids birthday cake. Bad service 👎🏽

We got the best birthday cake here last minute! When I came in, the two young guys behind the counter were super cheerful and happily said hi when I walked in. They spent time telling me all about the cakes and made suggestions based on what we needed. When I asked if he could ice something on it, he said that he didnt really know how to, but he would try his best and I think he did a fantastic job! Thank you! ❤️

My husband and I went to this location and arrived about 7:50pm, the website said they were open until 10. I understand that with covid a lot of places are changing their hours, however they changed their hours to 8pm, and when me and my husband walked up to the door, it was locked and the worker proceeded to shake her head at us, and did not serve us. I understand we got there late and she probables was tired and wanted to go home, but you’re not closed until 8pm, therefore it was very rude to not serve a paying costumer within the hours of operation. Will not return.

They have the best chocolate shakes, and are open for business during Covid.

This location has been around for as long as I can remember and its always clean and tighty. Which I highly appreciate. The server wasnt very patient but I normally know what I want. Since all BR ice cream is the same I will frequent this location over the other since its clean.

Full service classic Baskin-Robbins with friendly staff, drinking fountain and they honor the Baskin-Robbins $1.50 cones on the 31st of the month (unlike the BR in the Northgate Mall, 5 min walk away).

Chocolate,vanilla and butter pecan milk shake was awesome, I recommend ask them to make it thick.

I love the ice cream. But we found hairs in our food before we even started eating it.

One of the few Baskin Robbins left in the area! Lots of flavor options for a good price. I grew up on this ice cream.There are 2 BR locations in Northgate. One inside the mall, which is not full service. And this one, which is in a little mall down the street on Northgate way. This place is full service.

It was ok, server doesnt have much intrest on recommending flavours plus most of the flavours were chocolate based only.

The waffle cone was fantastic. The ice cream was more sugar than flavor.

Theres something sketchy going on with the gift card reader at this location. I ordered a 2 scoops cone and one scoop cone, which total to a little over $9 after taxes. I wanted to pay for it with $10 worth in gift cards of $2 increments. The cashier entered all of them in, and somehow I still owed them money, but I dont know how thats possible. They didnt give a receipt to me either to document which cards were used, so they ate up one of my $2 gift cards, but wouldnt own up to it. They need to fix their gift card and receipt system to show all the gift cards used, instead of doing them one by one separately.

Its like every other Baskin Robbins, really. They have a case with ice cream cakes and the take orders for custom cakes as well. Staff were friendly. Ice cream is decent. Not much seating.

Be aware, this store does not participate in any coupons.

Great place to satisfy the sweet tooth

Wasnt really impress when I went here. The red velvet ice cream macaron I had was too sweet, the red velvet cupcakes were ok. But their banana dulce de leche ice creme is the bomb. Im surprised tho that they get very crowded and long lines during the weekends lol.

Was attempting to figure out if I could use a dunkin donuts giftcard at Baskin Robbins locations due to them being owned by the same company and having no dunkin donuts around on the west coast. Unfortunately they are not interchangeable, but the employee Albert went above and beyond to answer my question. The ice cream here is good too!

They dont have a barcode scanner on site, so you cannot use the Baskin-Robbins app to do anything in there. They ask you to take screenshots and print them out. I am surprised Baskin-Robbins allows a franchise to operate without a barcode scanner.
