Servers don’t wear gloves while serving. The lady was preparing someone’s birthday cake without wearing any gloves and to top it all was rubbing her nose. Disgusting! Never ever going back here.

Went here with my boyfriend who has a nut allergy and asked her to wash the scooper. she rudely acknowledged what i asked her... clearly never washed it since his throat started scratching in the car. not trying to be a karen but like some people are severely allergic sooooo kinda wasted $6 on a milkshake he couldn’t drink.

Terrible customer service. Waiting in line just for another customer to come in behind me and be served before me. Floor is so sticky and dirty I almost walked up out my shoes. Definitely wont be back to this one..

I smell burning waffle cones and it was quite a turn off. Ice cream did not taste very fresh and is had a chemical taste. Disappointing Baskin-Robbins experience

Save yourself a trip and go to another ice cream shop. This store is under new management. The scoops are super small at a higher price. But the worst part is that the ice cream is melted as soon as you get it. I live 6 blocks away and the ice cream is literally soup by the time we get home.One of the workers said its probably because they use the ice cream to make cakes and they put the excess back in the case to be served.Weve given them several chances. No improvement. Sucks because my family has come here for years for an occasional treat.👎This picture is SUPPOSED to be of a banana royale. And NO this hasnt been eaten.

I didnt know what to get but the ice-cream man gave me a cool recommendation.

One of the original Seattle BR left. Theres only 2 left near the heart of Seattle. Amazing ice cream and their cakes are always so beautifully designed. I like trying the new monthly flavors that they put out as well. Theres always something for everyone.

I was lucky enough to get some of the last Lemon Custard at this spot. The employee was extremely polite. Great spot.

Ice cream is of course quite good. It wasnt until I went to pay that I noticed a very small hand written sign by the register that says they only accept credit and debit cards for transactions of $15 or more. So beware, I almost had to leave without my ice cream because I dont usually carry cash but I had just enough.

You cang go wrong with Baskin and Robbins fir getting your icecream fix. Their much more than 31 flavors and you can but points of your favorite icecream and shakes. #localguides

I went to one of my favorite ice Cream places & was VERY dissappointed!! The young lady that served me poured about 3/4 cup of chocolate sauce on my ice cream then scooped most of it out & then used a spoon to clean the chocolate syrup off the side of my cup & placed that same spoon in my Ice Cream!! So not good customer service!!! Didnt like my service today at all & started to take it back in. Not worth my $7.00 plus change.

Its kind of dated and worn in here, but its good ice cream. If this place was fixed up a little and seating added it would make for more of a neighborhood treat.

I came in today with my lil girlfriend the place was super filthy and gross; Im talking about the floor and the back area where they finish the ice cream. They seem very lazy, one of them was hiding in the back while the other was trying to attend the crowd. The ice cream is the best but they need way better service; please someone clean that place.

Sent my teen in to order. He paid 8 bucks for a hand packed pint and she didnt even weigh it. Too bad Im 15 minutes away or I would go back for a refund. 😥 good icecream poor service.

Dirty ice cream shop. Needs a health inspection ASAP. I saw multiple flies flying around the store and the employees didnt even move a muscle. Im not saying bugs wont get in the store occasionally, but theres food out everywhere.

Its a nice small BR. Has the flavors of pints that I like and friendly staff.
