You can access with you amazon app. I was surprised that they didnt have the one palm access.🍽 they have vegetables, fruits, deli, drinks and the most often groceries. This is a small store for an Amazon fresh (which is already small)🍾 the do have +21 drinks yoi can buy

The technology is amazing! I walked out and got charged for additional 2 items that I didnt pick up. I filed a complaint on Amazon apps and immediately got refund! Very impressive technology.

Fresh, healthy groceries at competitively economical prices, albeit less variety for selection but they have everything I want or need at good prices;Their staff are friendly & helpful ... and the environment was very hygienic, with cleaning staff continuously disinfecting & wiping down everything.The one big drawback is when I looked up the store for my 1st visit, there was absolutely NO INFO about downloading the AmazonGO app and registering your chosen credit card, something that I preferred to have done at home.

Great place to grab and go, but unfortunately, with the recent supply chain issues, the store is not well stocked as usual the store staff is so awesome and friendly. But at this location they do not have the Palm reader like at the other stores, do you will have to use your phone for access, but today my phone was dead so they let me use cash to pay.

I love shopping here. Its so convenient and guy friendly. I live alone and dont buy many groceries. I buy what I need and eat what I buy. I can walk in and out in less then 5 minutes and get fresh fruit and vegetables when I need them. No check out ...just walk out and I still keep my budget. Big Time Saver😁

Wow! Very unique and special experience. It’s like I went to the future and back. How do they know I took an apple? Or the peanut butter cup doughnut?! Amazing! The grocery store has everything you need from fresh produce to meat. There are coffee, alcohol, snacks and all grocery items. Nice washrooms and it also includes 1hr parking, but you do have to validate your card before you leave.

I am fairly certain this place runs on witchcraft. I am impressed. This is so neat. What an experience.

I was curious to see what Amazons take on a super supply chain enabled grocery store was, particularly since the one that opened is a little bit closer than my usual grocery store.Despite the fact that I walked out with Beechers cheese and a cucumber flavored hard seltzer, it felt like walking into a food desert. Its about equivalent to the grocery section of a Target.Despite Amazon being warehouse supply chain gods, whatever they are doing with the savings they are not passing them on to us. Prices were higher than the grocery store, probably closer to convenience store than grocery store. The gimmick of there being no cashiers or cash registers doesnt add any value for me. Why would I shop here if it wasnt cheaper?Next time I need to go weekly grocery shopping, Im walking past Amazon Go to the supermarket.

It was awesome experience !! At first time, I did downloading my amazon go App. Boom!! I got it in and swipe it on turnstile then it open itself as most disability accessible. then go few thing to grab then voila !! LOVES IT!! Just walk out and let my bank taken care of receipt !

Interesting experience leaving a supermarket without going through a physical cashier. Friendly staff at the check out area as I asked several questions how does the check out system work. He pointed to the tracking devices on the ceiling. Would be great if the store can get more assortments.

This supermarket has a variety of products from imported and local products to choose from. This is where I buy my food regularly, as it is close to my home. Its a large, very clean establishment, not crowded. Probably one of the best food stores I was in. Thank you very much! Thank you very much!

Prices good, great, and not the best, but definitely reasonable for the simplicity and ease, as well as the quality of the products and experience.I haven’t been to one of these stores since they opened, and the one I went to across town was much smaller. What I noticed between the two is that the experience is still the same, and for once Amazon has done a great job at creating the same experience across different areas.What I do wish is that I wouldn’t have to have a separate app, or that I could save a dynamic barcode of some sort within my Apple Wallet or Google Pay.Important for a smaller store of this size is that they have the right products, and right amount of what they have, which they do a great job at. I didn’t see any products that were damaged or anything like that, and that’s really important for speed of shopping, space, and overall quality. I hope they continue to maintain this.I have no complaints with a smaller store that had everything I need for the next day or so until I’m able to order less common items, or wait a few days until I have more time to make multiple stops elsewhere.

Great prices on bananas and a few other things but other items are average or slightly higher priced than trader Joes or other supermarkets. The bakery items are fresh and delicious I tried the banana and apple muffins. very clean and convenient parking at this location is fantastic they have free parking and/or validated in the garage

Yeah just came out at 7:54 the employee there was so rude and talked to my wife like she was just some tag along. He told me we needed two scans, he needs one good lesson in manners. Watch out for employees like this; they bring down the quality of your fine store.

This whole just-walk-out thing is no longer news worthy. You may wonder if this place is worth going after the novelty has completely worn out. I can say that Im surprised by how competitive the pricing is and how it is actually more economical to shop here for certain items than at any other nearby grocery store. And because its so convenient and the prices are always fair, you end up having more small and quick grocery trips. Actually recommend this place highly and I cannot be happier.

I went into Amazon Go for the first time today. My return wasnt eligible at Whole Foods so I thought I would try the Amazon store. When i got to the customer service counter the employee, Tony, didnt greet me, look at me, or ask me what he could help me with. I explained that i didnt know how to make returns at this store, he told me he needed a QR code. I asked him which one and he did not help me at all. He just kept telling me he needed the QR code. I asked him multiple different questions trying to figure it out and he would not give me any different answers or show me on my phone. The friend I was with finally said to him that I was asking for help, and he still didnt help me. I was able to figure it out and get my item returned, but I did not stay and went to another store to buy the groceries i needed.

Its a good store, they dont have everything but decent enough for quick grabs also it helps for people who are living near by. It looks like they are testing.

Windows are currently boarded up from the unrest over the summer in the area. Still one of my favorite places to shop- there’s no hassle. I walk in, grab some fruit, vegetables, and other groceries (they have good tuna steaks), then just walk back out. Best shopping experience ever, just wish it was the size of a supermarket

I hate to say it but I love shopping at Amazon Go. This is very close to a full grocery store so it has everything you need. But its fun just to walk in, put some mints in your pocket and then walk out. When doing more shopping I just pack my bags as I shop then walk out.

I went to Amazon Go Grocery in Redmond, WA. The prices are great, but unfortunately I am on a Keto diet and my selections, as with other places, are limited. And the selections of items is very limited. The space is similar to a large freeway C-store. The experience is interesting concerning the grab and just walk out. I instantly called the lobby swipe left because that is where you need to pull up the app to walk in and shop. So, not a threat to the traditional grocery store. Probably best in urban environments or heavy office or apartment buildings.

Ive loved this place since I first walked in, two years ago. Now I live four short city blocks from one.------- This review will date itself.The door is open, I walk in, I scan my phone and put it back in my bag. I grab an apple ...>into the bag . then I get the milk and walk out the exit.I touched nothing but the milk and the apple.The charge is on my credit card before I get home. Also on the app and amazingly, on my online Amazon account.

Love how easy and contactless it is to shop here. Not a huge product variety so if you are shopping for something odd or a specific brand you may not find it. Some items are quite overpriced. They do have pre-made meals, grab and go lunches and a decent alcohol section.

Simply down load app and walk in. I have visited the Amazon go store several time and its always clean. The store monitors are always ready to answer you questions. Go store Amazonians do not have that traditional check out duties, so they mostly deal with store inventory and other tech. Dont be afraid to engage them for help they are eager to assist. Amazon go is a great place to find meal options, every day high usage products like toilet paper etc., coffee products, and alcohol. Just remember to walk out after you are done shopping and have a wonderful rest of your day!

Awesome store for grocery pickup. Good collection of fresh produce and dairy products. I love the way the items are arranged in organized sections. However, the overall collection is not very comprehensive, but I still love the place for a weekly grocery pickup. The best part is its self check pick and checkout without any human intervention. Awesome concept and great use of high powered cameras to create such a wonderful experience.

If you ever need anything from the customer service desk make sure the associate “Tony” is not helping you. All you’ll receive from him is attitude and disrespect. If you have any questions, don’t ask Tony. He’ll just fight you and talk over you or just ignore you. Tony’s vibe and energy was so awfully strong in such a negative way, I left the store without buying anything. I have never encountered such a rude employee.

Just walk out shopping, provided you have access to Amazon Go app, enables you to skip the checkout lines, (often a major stressor for some people).

Limited stock. You can buy your regular groceries here because not everything is available. Its just that its easy to shop. Dont have to stand in the line for billing

Excellent customer service. I’ve shopped here a lot of times and it’s been pretty consistent. I usually get not only a hi, but also a smile.Free swag - Amazon Go bag. This bag gets the best design award. This is the only grocery/convenience store bag that I know of that has a small built in pocket on the front. It’s sturdy for the most part. I’ve carried some heavy items repeatedly and it’s stayed in tact. One time my bag broke, but only because of the way I inserted the oversized box and it tore the seam, but I was able still carry my box a ways without it breaking. Overall this particular shopping bag is fairly stable.There’s a sanitizer station as you walk in.Freaky, yet innovative technology. Am I the only one who is trying to figure out how the store knows exactly what I bought? Are they watching me? Do the shelves have a built in scale to account for inventory selected by the customer?

Ive visited several different markets in this area, and this is by far the largest and highest. There is always a wide range of fruits and vegetables available, as well as a variety of food vendors. Well head out for breakfast or lunch before going shopping.

They also dont tend to touch many things since that adds items to your shopping cart. There are no cashiers to touch your items either.Also, they have alcohol! (Including 🍺 and 🍷)

I love this store. It packs so much into a modest space. The prices are reasonable and shopping is so simple. Whether during a pandemic or in better times, my shopping habits have changed permanently. Please stay in the First Hill/Capitol Hill neighborhood despite the challenges.

It’s neat to witness the cutting edge technology of shopping without cashiers while finding some of the ripest fruit in the Seattle area. Definitely going to be one of my primary shopping locations for groceries. Did I mention free 1 hour parking with validation?

Five Stars. My only complaint is that I would like Amazon to find a way for people who are low-tech to use the system. My mom is 96 and loves to go with me, but she could never learn to use the app. A wrist-band with her square code printed on the wrist band (or something similar) would be about the only way she could use her nearby Amazon Go store (there are 2 of them within 4 blocks of her home).

Small selection of high quality groceries - honestly, this is more of a quick in-n-out place rather than one where wed be doing weekly grocery shopping, but whatever we buy is pretty high quality. And the no-checkout is amazing, you can be in-n-out in 2 minutes just buying a couple of things you need!

Reasonably priced. Has a lot of things you’ll need. I love walking and walking out. Fruit is surprisingly super cheap, and you can get in and out so fast. Needs more selection. Amazon is obviously data driven, so I’m sure they picked the selection based on customer data. However, if they want to truly be a one-stop shop, they’ll need to add more selection. This is an official Amazon designated drop-off location for returns on all Amazon purchases, online or otherwise. What you need to know about this place: You cannot make a return at this location without an active Amazon Go app. To activate the app, you will need an actual credit card. A Visa or Mastercard logo on your debit card will not work for the app. The person who handles the drop-off desk will treat you badly for not having a credit card (Go app.) despite the fact that Amazon itself sent you to this location for the drop-off.My last review must have been removed by the rude man behind the counter.Boycott this stores drop-off service, and complain to corporateheadquarters if you have experienced this insulting injustice.

Its a larger format Amazon Go with an expanded selection. The frozen food section was surprisingly varied, but in terms of fresh fruits and vegetables there wasnt a lot. I was surprised it wasnt too crowded when I visited (about a week after opening) yet some shelves werent well stocked. The concept is very exciting, but the selection of products wouldnt feasibility allow this to be a true one-stop shop grocery experience

Confusing requirements for entry. The only store I’ve encountered that doesn’t like my KeyBank debit card. Didn’t even get in to try it out.

I live very close by so I’ve been going here relatively frequently. I love how convenient it is and the selection is pretty good given it’s a smaller grocery store. My only complaint is they run out of certain items really fast and I can’t tell if they’re actually out or if it just needs restocking, but regardless sometimes I can’t get a couple things that I needed.
