Good for selling metal, not for gems/diamonds. Gal thought my 1.99ct diamond was glass then tossed it aside. It even has some inclusions in it...Also:if you want your gold appraised only, know they will scratch the bejezzus out of it to test the gold on their little black slate.

I have been extremely happy with them everytime I have been here. Fast, honest, and to the point. Whether you are selling gold, silver, or gift cards they can take care of you. Dont forget your gift card receipts and ID though as you will need it to sell cards.They do 65 cents on the dollar for gift cards which is better than any other stores I have found in the area.

I dealt with an African guy, Odo, he gave me one price quote over the phone and so I drove 1 hour there in traffic and when I arrived he changed his price quote for a set market item. I called back a 2 days later and he then gave me the original quote again and when I asked him why he wouldnt give me that 2 days prior he say Doesnt remember doing business with me. Took him 10 mins to even open the locked front door of the business. I was stuck waiting outside in a very uncomfortable area of town. I warn anyone doing business with him his word is no good and he was incredibly condescending. Very unhappy with my experience.

They do not buy gift cards with out a Point of sale gift recite WHO gives Recites with giftcards >They give you a Balance one some people include that BUT not a point of sale recite.I spent my last bus fare in getting there and Man A did not answer phone, B called me back without checking the message and C refused me service because I have a giftcard I got as a gift for a place they buy because he says it it requires more effort on his part...So your losing a customer ->because you dont want to do your job. Your getting a low review for this and that you did not BOTHER to suggest somewhere else. Clearly your not concerned for your customers. Hell you didnt even try to get me to bring in gold or silver suggesting your primary objective MIGHT have been a Good idea.
