I just would like to say that their employees are quite friendly and they have all kinds of cool product. They have always given me a reasonable offer for anything I have needed to pawn and do not make you feel awkward at all for needing cash in a pinch. Never a bad experience and in a pretty accessible location.

Do not bring gold valuables to this location if you plan to retrieve them in the future. This location is very unprofessional under new management. They put acid directly on the gold extremely amateur in nature and remedial. Lastly they scratch gold excessively when testing the gold. Save your time and choose a different location things have gone downhill during this pandemic period. Youll be disappointed dealing with certain not all employees lacking integrity, knowledge and accountability when handling your valuables. Bring back Mohammed!!Shalom

Great customer service here and the people working here really know there stuff. They take the time to really look at things. It was super busy when I was there but the staff kept it together got everyone taken care of and it’s just something I look for when going to places like this. Will be back.

This would otherwise be a 5 star review. But the new assistant manager has no personal skills to deal with her clientele. I have been to this shop many many times over the last two years and have always had a great experience.Customer service is hard in this industry, and I understand that. I hope somebody takes this new manager under their wing and teaches her some customer service skills - and compassionate people skills as well. Her ability to diffuse is null. As a manager She should look to diffuse conflict. But all I have witnessed, is her ability to stoicly piss people off.

This company is owned by SuperPawn, whom Ive used a lot in the past, so they were actually able to find my account to see past transactions/payment history, so that was awesome.I pawned a couple guitars very recently and since they found my account, they were able to give me a good loan. If you dont have a history with them, youre loan is going to be lower, but thats the same for any pawn shop.I only gave 4 stars though because they can be really slow and a few associates (who were new) werent very friendly. But the manager/assistant I believe, tall white guy in his 30s, was friendly, quick, and very fair with the loan amount. Will be back in the future.

Be aware of this place. Prices are at least 20% MORE EXPENSIVE than a regular stores. I have asked one of the workers in there. Why your prices are high? Why this products are more expensive than Lowes.? His answer was... People dont have any idea of what things cost. They think they get a good deal but... this how we make our money... I told him.its very good scam system.... And he just laughed...

James the Store Manager, who took over, after two other Managers in one year, were not doing their job, properly. James team, is excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable . I find, shopping at their store a pleasant experience. Last month, I purchased many clearance heavily discounted merchandise over three days, during that time, every customer was treated graciously by his staff. His assistant manager, is beyond excellent, supported by Veronica and Angelica who know computers superb, helping all the customers. Especially, James #1, his assistant, great young lady, is or was, super patient with me, as I can be demanding at times. Never once, was she flustered or distracted, by my constant questions, I appreciated her help, very much. Great store. Great people. 5 stars....

Great Customer Service From Eric! My Note 5 was stolen and I had called to see what their process or other pawn shops do to ensure a phone isnt stolen. He walked me through the entire process even though I wasnt a customer of his! Saved me much trouble and time of going through and calling pawn shops looking for my sprint phone.

Always helpful and willing to debate prices with you.

Website is useless. Not gonna drive there to find out if they have it or not. I will just go to the store buy a new one that I know is in stock.

I have a really bad experience in this store a bought 3 rings and they were mark as 14k and when i go home i check the rings and they were 10k when i go back to the store the manager Mohamedwas rude even know it was his fault. The employees are great but managers bad.Checkyour staff twice before you buy it

Most of the electronics are damaged and overpriced, and they make terrible offers to those looking to sell goods. Terrible experience with this particular shop, and the company in general. Dont waste your time or money here.

Bought dvd player/ blue ray player was told to buy warranty just in case so i did and guess what took it home and the sumbytch dont work. I thought they checked these things before they price abd put on shelves... Power works...dvd player doesnt going back for refund today and bot going back here

Don’t loan your jewelry here the store manager Mohammad will tamper with your jewelry and damage it. Loaned my 14k chain came back to get it and he switched the stamp to 14k to 10k he’s need to be fired immediately

They don’t take returns even if the product doesn’t work. They are very rude as well. Do not come here!

LESS THEN A STAR. Horrible customer service very rude I was looking for a specific tool that would have taken less than five min. But the reason I was there wasnt as important as the employees closing early for the night. There is no way I will step foot in another Cash America. Also if I have anything to do with it, anyone I care anything about will not step foot in one either.
