Horrible customer service, was treated like 3rd rate civilian and refused service because of a snowflake who thought I didn’t have rights. (No mask no service)… this place is trash and if you value your basic freedoms as an American I would suggest never using this company. P.S Republicans are not welcome! Next to Ferry in Edmond

Friendly and inviting!I passed by at around 8:15am and there was no line. I had a simple 12oz drip and 2 cinnamon sugar cake donuts. Reasonably priced for being in the city. Came up to around ~7.50Will most likely pass by here again.

Service was good. Place was clean and inviting. Had the maple glazed old fashioned and a glazed pumpkin old fashioned plus coffee. The pumpkin was good but could primarily only taste the glaze and not the pumpkin flavor I was hoping for.

Always delicious donuts, always tasty coffee and always friendly staff! Do yourself a favor and check out Top Pot if youre downtown or at any of their locations. They are the best donut in Seattle!

The service was very bright and friendly! The staff seemed happy to be there and were very helpful in helping me decide what to get! The atmosphere is casual and relaxed and there is plenty of seating. The donuts were delicious as was the coffee!

Excellent sweets and treats. Im a sucker for the cherry blossom shake. Quick and friendly service. Prices are a little high, but generally match the quality. Dont hesitate to grab a delicious treat.

This is my favorite Top Pot location. I dont know how many times Ive visited this store during my morning commute but the ladies there are so wonderful and friendly! They even know my order when I come in. Walked on the Bremerton ferry with my 3 teenage kids heading to Seattle. One of my planned stops was Top Pot Doughnuts to surprise the kids. They really loved the treats and now favor these to any others.

I love Top Pot! I was having a crummy morning so I decided to treat my coworkers to donuts (most of them had never had Top Pot before), I totally forgot that it was National Donut Day that day but the wonderful people behind the counter had worked out a system that had an incredibly long line moving VERY quickly. I was super impressed AND had great donuts to share with my coworkers!

They have donuts. The donuts do use palm oil though.

We were greeted by an extremely friendly staff as he was closing up for the day. He allowed us to take our time as it was our first visit to a Top Pot. What great service. The old fashioned glazed and apple fritters that he recommended were fantastic. I highly recommend and will go back to this location next time Im in town

Very nice open space with good natural light. I dont drink coffee so I can only speak to the quality of the donuts. I thought the donuts they have here were good but nothing too special, and sometimes feel a bit like the donuts you get out of a box. Still delicious and a great place to stop on or off the ferry

At Top Pot Doughnuts I was looking forward to a nice relaxing sit down after running s few errands on a Saturday and stopping for a wonderful coffee - they do have wonderful coffee and a finely crafted donut - 2 problems !! Place looked like it shouldnt even be open - all the table were stacked up outside with limited seating and it was 12:30 and they were pretty low on donuts - thank goodness they had one of my favs in...now if I could only sit down to eat it-I believe this was all done to sweep the floors - really? Where is the Management team during the day - I think this may be my last trip here - it seems there is always something odd going on - by the way I live close to Frost donuts and make a special trip here - I guess Im going to take a nice walk to Frost the next time I want my donut and coffee fix!

I really enjoy this coffee and donuts shop. The donuts are a bit pricey for my liking but I like to treat myself to them once in a while. My favorite from Top Pot at the moment is their pumpkin spice latte. It is very rich and tastes amazing, not like the fake pumpkin taste from other coffee shops.

The doughnuts are delicious and fresh, the prices are cheap and the service is fast.

Great selection of donuts and, imo, decent pricing. My one complaint: I wanted 2 dozen and said Id be back in an hour when Id filled out a form with my choices. I returned to learn that the lady had picked and boxed her 2 dozen choices. It still made a nice gift but Id have picked way differently.

A good comparison for Top Pot would be Voodoo of Portland... the flavors may be unique; but the quality and taste is bland and honestly not worth it.The reason people come here is it’s hyped up and it’s a “touristy” spot to go.I live in Portland and never get Voodoo, I feel the same way about this place.

In my opinion ( I know .........) they make some of the best doughnuts in Seattle.

What an amazing friendly staff. I bought a 6-pack (6 donuts - which were amazing), a pack of coffee that they ground for me, and a mocha coffee to go. Polite, awesome, I have nothing but positive things to say! Stop here if youre visiting from out of town like I was.

Top doughnuts in downtown Seattle. The store is clean, the employees are all very nice great customer service. The doughnuts were not to die for they and were over priced. For a chocolate milk+coke+1 chocolate rainbow+1 chocolate old fashion was 10.00.

Excellent donuts, would recommend to fellow donut lovers. A fine, simple, flavorful and crisp donut. Different prices and the two lowest levels are cheap! A must see if youre interested in seahawks football and where their players have broken into, but I think that happened at another location.

First time here and the donuts are outstanding!!!! Fresh and had gotten a raspberry and it has plenty of raspberry jam in the middle cant ask for anything more it was perfect.

Top Pot Doughnuts consistent texture and flavors compared to the other locations. i really like the chocolate doughnut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles and you can never go wrong with an old fashion. 1/2 and full dozen options available. clean store with friendly staff to help with recommendations.i drove around aimlessly trying to find the place as i followed my gps, eventually i made it. not sure how to describe the location except that its near the ferry loading area and faces east on the main road getting into edmonds from hwy 104. lots of parking spots.

Friendly local chain, moderate amount of employee turnover.Baked goods are not made on site so when theyre out of something its usually gone for the day unless they can have more delivered. At least one vegan option (double chocolate cookies) which has a cakey texture. Mostly doughnuts, some breakfast pie pockets, coffee and tea. There are standard doughnuts and special event/seasonal ones. Try to place special or large orders 2+ days in advance.The blueberry fritters are fantastic when they have them. I usually get the chocolate chunk cookie or the raspberry or lemon glazed old fashioned.Ask to borrow the bathroom key (mens or womens, which is the choice of the building rather than Top Pots choice).

Ok, so honestly many of Top Pots doughnuts I do NOT like. They are just to heavy or something, I cant put my finger on the problem. So why the 5 stars???? Why its because of the Maple Bar. OMG OMG. Top Pot hands down makes the best Maple Bar anywhere on the planet earth, and yes Ive traveled the entire planet and have tasted every Maple Bar! Thank the good Lord above that Whole Foods carriers Top Pot Doughnuts so I can easily get my Maple Bar fix morning, noon or night. :)

The donuts tasted a few days old. Coffee was just meh, the chai tea tasted like water. Nice service and nice environment, but the food and coffee was barely mediocre.

Friendly staff, excellent service, coffee and doughnuts are delicious! I love stopping by on my way to work for a little pick me up. Easy to get to via public transportation. Sometimes they run low on doughnuts due to big rushes or people coming in for boxes of doughnuts (their doughnuts are delicious so I can see why). They also have punch cards for coffee where after a certain amount of coffee purchases you get a free coffee☕!

Good coffee and awesome vegan sandwich wrap, cabbage and peanut sauce. They also had vegan chocolate cookies but I didnt try them.

Everything was fantastic as usual. Sean is a knowledgeable and attentive server. The food was creative and delicious.

Had a salted caramel and it was pretty good. Still not good enough for me to explain the difference in price comparing to Krispy Kream or Dunkin Donut though. The selection here is pretty limited too.

While a little expensive for what you get, these are excellently made donuts. They have a good variety. If you compare their regular glazed with Krispy Kreme, in my opinion is Krispy Kreme is the winner...Top Pot donuts are a bit heavier; however, this is good when it comes to dipping them in your favorite drink!

Tried to go today at 5:04pm, before closing (posted as 5:30pm both online and on the front door). Staff inside gestured from the counter that they were closed, and when I indicated that they listed hours till 5:30 he reiterated that there were closed and had a laugh with the customer at the counter. Either keep your posted hours or change your signage.
