Expensive but worth trying once. I got half dozen which cost $16 plus tax. The taste is chewy like mochi or rice cake, sweetness depending on which flavor you choose. Most of them are very sweet but better than what I bought from grocery store.

It was really yum. Great flavors.it was first time trying these. Texture of the donuts is very good. I loved the nutella one and the churrio flavor the most!😍

Great mochi donuts. Loved the sesame and ube. Ice-cream was delicious and reasonable price. They came up with new boba milk tea. Definitely will try it out next time!

I got a box of Mochinut for my kids, they were so excited and enjoyed it. I went on the weekday. Staff were friendly and I didn’t need to wait. Definitely worth to try!

I bought a box of 6 donuts for $16 + tax. Worth every penny! Every single donut was DELICIOUS! Each donut was light, fluffy, and unique. Next time Ill have to buy a whole dozen for just myself! The attached picture were of the flavors that were available that day, but they rotate the flavors around so you can try a different one every time you visit!

Interesting concept. Quite tasty, but didn’t blew my mind as I expected. Staff was nice and courteous. Not sure why minimum quantity is 3 doughnuts I wanted just one to try. It is quite large doughnut for one person. Located inside a building with other shops and bars. There was plenty of parking on the street when I visited.

The best donuts of all the donuts. They have multiple locations throughout the Seattle area. They rotate 6 flavors a couple times a week so all the flavors arent available everyday, but that wasnt an issue for me - all the flavors are fire.

They have only 6 flavors per day and the taste is different than regular donut. It is kinda chewy and soft in one bite.

My new favorite Mochi donut shop! The building and area this place is located isn’t as busy as I thought and it’s quite clean/new. I came around 6 with no line. The staff were friendly and packaged my donuts quickly. There came out fresh new donuts that looked all amazing! I got one of each and my favorite was the strawberry! Perfect sweetness and most importantly it had the perfect texture, airy and chewy! I’d definitely recommend this place to those who never tried Mochi donuts or donut lovers! 🍩

I’ve gone here a handful of times and the food is super tasty! Like the other reviews state, you do have to by them by the half or full dozen, which is quite a bit, but in my opinion they are worth it! I do wish they would sell in smaller quantities and that’s the reasoning for the 4/5 rating.The last time I went the staff member suggested we keep the box open to prevent them from getting soggy from the toppings the next day. This worked and they were just as good.

In the Westfield Southcenter wa location it’s ridiculous waiting 40mins to 1 hour for one corn dog. They need to upgrade that machine

Really like the strawberry and Nutella ones!! I was going for black sesame but learnt they are rotating their flavors for now and not yet have a full schedule plotted out, so all lucks :)Lines a bit long and we waited for about 45 mins around 13:00, try avoid noon busy time during weekends.

I like this place! They have 6 different flavors that they rotate that are pretty delicious. REEEAAALLY wish they were gluten free so I can buy for my coworkers to share without feeling bad for that one GF person.

I was really excited about this new opening, and can’t wait to try out. But I’m concerned about the sanity of the food, the whole process is a chaos here. I visited the store around 7pm, it’s clear that the staffs are busy given a lot of ppl are waiting in the line. I totally understand the staffs hard work but even if you’re receiving a lot of orders, you should always keep your sanity as first. I saw staffs not only one not washing their hand when they come back from outside or cleaning their table. Wearing gloves do not give you excuses to not washing your hand, Especially during the pandemic. Overall, I really like the mochinut here. But the sanity needs to be taken care of, you could clearly see the trash bin is next to the working station, and the trash bin is so full.

The donuts are without a doubt delicious! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because you cant buy single donuts. You need to buy them in half a dozen increments (i.e minimum of 6).

What a unique first experience at having mochi donuts! The location wasnt super busy when I arrived, and staff was quick to ask if I had any questions. I got 4 different flavors, churro being my favorite and my partners fave was the raspberry! Chewy and airy and flavor on point. The only reason for the 4 star is the donuts didnt hold overnight very well, they became super hard or super mushy depending on the flavor. Since we had to get 6 to order, there was no way around it. Would come back again but let other friends try it too so they dont go to waste!

Bought a dozen and delivered them to my friends, which definitely made their day! These donuts are bouncy in texture and are not too sweet. I love Mochinut’s variety in flavor. My only ding is that if you buy a dozen, but split into separate boxes, they do charge you extra

Pretty good mochi donuts. The guava flavor was excellent, but the white chocolate was alright and didn’t really taste premium.

Too many people in the line not practicing social distancing. The shop offers six different flavors everyday and they asked us to check out the daily flavors on their Instagram. The strawberry flavor is a bit sweet but the texture of the mochi is pretty good.

You cannot buy just 1 donut, they have a 3 donut minimum and this costs about $10. The packaging was very awkward. I would not say that the flavor was good and I had 3 different kinds since I could not just buy 1. This is a pretty gimmicky place and their business model is fairly bizarre. The staff also seemed pretty defeated when I asked why you cannot buy just 1 and said that they have brought this up with the owner many times but they have to follow the rules and they understood that it was strange. I feel bad for the staff they seemed nice. Definitely not the place to go if you want to try it out as it is pretty expensive as far as donuts go. There are much better options to spend your money at in Seattle.

5 stars to the staff being hella friendly but honestly these donuts are just ok. They are extremely sweet and literally all flavors taste the same. I was looking forward to all the flavors they had but when I got there they were only servicing 6. Kind of disappointed

Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews on here for this place. My family and I enjoyed the mochi doughnuts here a lot! The staff was kind. Doughnuts had a soft and chewy texture and we agreed that the black sesame flavor is the best. Flavors are constantly rotating each day and you can only buy doughnuts in the half-dozen for $16 and dozen for $30. The whole company sells their doughnuts like these so don’t blame the franchise.

Amazing donuts, they are made fresh in front of you and are not stale like some other donut shops. The flavors do not taste artificial, for example I tried their matcha donut and it tasted as good as my ceremonial grade matcha which is impressive. They rotate flavors which makes sense, if they had more than 6 at a time they wouldn’t be able to deliver such amazing quality and freshness. Have absolutely no negative comments about them, go and try these donuts if you know what rice flour donuts are because they do not disappoint!

I love how you can easily pull apart the donuts into easier bite sized pieces, and the mochi gives it a satisfying chew! Wish I actually lived in Seattle, because I would be a regular patron if I was!

Nice texture and 1 or 2 good flavours, but for the most part, a lot of their flavours taste too similar and arent really differentiated. Kinda just tastes like sugar. Theyre too sweet even for someone with a sweet tooth. I cant imagine eating 6 in a single day because of how sweet they are, but they only sell in 6 or 12.

Best donuts I have ever tried. Unique flavors and light as a feature. I look forward to every Friday to see what flavor they come up with next and they never disappoint.

The donuts here just look good, all of them tastes the same. Nothing special comparing with other donuts. and it’s way too expensive based on the quality and taste, $3 per donut doesn’t worth the money at all. I tried about 10 of their flavors, none of them tastes good. I will never buy from there again. Very disappointed!! And when I commented the same on Instagram they deleted my comment and blocked my account 🙃. So don’t trust the comments on Instagram. they are all “positive”

Really good donuts- taste much better than dochi. Chewier inside and crispy outside. I believe it’s bc they make them fresh at the store - you see someone frying them behind the cash register. Vs at dochi I think they’re delivered from a location elsewhere.Only con- wait to pick up your donut is long but that’s bc they make it fresh. I came here at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and there was no line to place an order. Just about 10 other ppl waiting in the lobby to pick up their order.Don’t be deterred by the low rating- think most ppl are complaining about the long line which...hello it’s a new hyped up IG friendly place...if you don’t want to wait in line then don’t go the first couple of weeks it’s open.

My bf and I can only finish 3 as they are quite sweet. The next day they get mushy so we ended up throwing the rest out. Who decide to sell minimum of 6? How elitist ... Its pandemic time so its not like you can bring a box to a party. They open up shop in a central and pedestrian area like SLU and then sell Costco size portion... why?

Much sweeter than Dochi (which was why I like mochi-donut in the first place) and they dont have any low-sugar option. Also they only sell half-dozen or dozen, which I think is a bad business decision. Their mochinut only tastes good fresh; they are soggy and terrible the day after. Buying all 6 and force your family to finish them same day sounds like diabetes in a box. I wont be back at least until they decide to sell single mochinut.Edit: 4 stars no since they sell 3 donuts

Doughnuts are good when they have them. Service is greatly lacking. Three people behind the counter at 12:45-1pm they were out( didn’t want to make them) of doughnuts and boba… literally the only things on the menu. they said they were doing inventory, which I get is annoying but yet they remained open to the public and gave attitude when we wanted to order a dozen and two bobas “that will be awhile we’re busy…” yet no one was in line… spend your money elsewhere
