Julie is great. Ive been going to her store for years, buying Merle Norman like my mother and grandmother before me. All her products are top of the line. Last time I was there she had some free time and gave me a complete make over and taught me a lot about my coloring and the different products that would be good for me, but there was no hard sell. She keeps your history on file and you can call and re-order something and shell drop it in the mail. I like the small shop atmosphere; youre not on display like at other make-up counters. Drop in and say hello-- youll be glad you did!

After 15 years of purchasing from this store, I will no longer buy my products here. Julies customer service has become so poor that I can not justify giving this store my time and money. After my order got lost in the mail, she refused to verify the address that it was sent to, or to give me the tracking number, leading me to believe that she never actually sent the package yet charged me for the products. I spent 3 weeks trying to get the tracking information from her, and every time we spoke she said she was too busy with other customers and would call me back but of course never did. At this point, Ive been charged $50 for a product that I never received and that she cant verify sending. Her response to me was that its not her problem. Seriously? Her refusal to cooperate with a long time customer is astonishing to me!Still love the products, especially the mascara, just not this particular location. So, will find a new location to purchase from!

I love the products and the service was great! Bit if a mess inside with lots of new stock to be put away, but as I was the only customer at that time it didnt really matter. Its a shame the Lynnwood location shut down but this location is relatively convenient and off a main road. I will be coming back!

Julie was so very helpful and knew exactly the correct shades of product that would look best for me . I am so happy that she is located on Holman Road.

I was going to be a new customer. I saw her hours on her web site and drove from my home in Edmonds to find the store was closed. We waited a bit and called to see if anyone would answer. Nope. I will order my cosmetics from Kathy, st merle norman in Kalsmazo Michigan. Guess Juie doesnt need new customers.

Drove all the way down and they are closed. The post it note and website said they were open. Very disappointed.
