I came in last Monday looking for a mascara and a couple of other goodies, when Reba helped me find amazing skincare, makes sense since shes the esthetician! The products she suggested gave me such great results, in just a few days of using it! I dont usually shop at Ulta but she made the experience so great! We need more people like her, so helpful, caring and sweet !!! Cant wait to go back !

I spent usually 200-300 dollars everytime I go to Ulta and Ive been diamond forever. This store never lets me breathe they always follow me everywhere like hello I literally show you my ID Everytime I check out. I leave uncomfortable every time and wish I just went to different Ulta.

My girlfriend went in to this ultra today to buy a face mask to cleanse her face. She picked out a mask that said the price was $20 and when she brought it up to the front to pay for it the person at the front told her it was $25. That’s not the bad part the worst part of this “run in” is the employee continued to tell my girl how she was wrong and they were right, in front of the whole store and made her feel like she was 3 feet tall. If you hate your job that much that you can’t address a customer in a way that is respectful and courteous then maybe quit your job. Wish I could give that person 0 stars. Hope you find a job you like.

I got in last minute in their salon before Christmas today thank goodness. I booked with a women named Jessica. She did fantastic with good timing. She was friendly, funny, sarcastic (in a good way) and just very homey all the way around. I’d recommend her to anyone. Good experience and I’ll be back ! 🖤

Truly one of the worst experiences of my life. It’s my local Ulta and I feel uncomfortable here. Never left this store with a good experience. Always was being followed by an employee. I would constantly feel them staring at me. The energy at this store is off and needs help. The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced.

I have had the please of coming to see Reba the esthetician at this location for the past 2 years. I get a facial every month solely because of her!!! I had never known what to expect from a facial prior to my roommate raving about how great she was. I schedule my facial and havent look elsewhere since. Reba not only is fantastic at what she does, she is compassionate about her clients and cares for them. She puts so much effort into what she does because she loves it and knows what it takes to make everyone feel beautiful!!! My skin was always a problem area for me and now I can say I have the confidence and glow that allows me to leave the house makeup free!!! If you want a great esthetician and facial at an extremely great price, go see Reba today!!!

What a fabulous experience this evening! Went in for a friend from Jamaica that wanted a specific hair product. Couldnt find anything on my own...after asking I ended up with 4 staff members (one on my cell with my friend since I wasnt clear enough about what she wanted and the others pulling product). They came up with several options for her.Cant believe how patient, tolerant, knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful they were especially the evening of Black Friday. Thank you!!!!

Had to go to a Sally’s near by to get the hair dye and toner I needed.

Had one of the best cuts of my life with Kat! She was so sweet and did a fab job. Just what I wanted! Her head massage while washing was an extra perk! :)

The makeup consultant was amazing and helpful. Prices are somewhat steep on some of it, but they also have makeup for lower prices. Lots of variety.

I went in to pick up a quick replacement bronzer. Asked an employee to direct me to the right isle. The employee sat me in a chair and said she would be right back with it and then she takes a makeup wipe and wipes off all of my makeup and proceeds go use dirty makeup brushes and piles the wrong color foundation on my face. When I tell her I’m only there for the bronzer she try’s to tell me all about her YouTube channel and that I need to stay in the chair so I can get the “full effect” of the bronzer I just wanted to replace. Every time I tried to speak she cut me off and put another layer of mismatched foundation and 4 different layered bronzers on my face-none of which I wanted. Finally when I point to the exact one I want(AN HOUR LATER) she puts it on and says “you are welcome for finding the right shade”. But it’s sold out. Worst experience ever.

So happy that this location opened up! Ulta has the best mix of brands, and this store has never been sold out of the item Im looking for! Associates were super sweet and friendly! Way less intimidating then Sephora employees!

I love Ulta, I can spend way too much on all the great beauty products here... I hope they start carrying Butter London at the Westwood location soon!Each time I have gone here there seems to be a lot of employees & not very many customers, this is good for getting help if you need it because all the girls are very happy to assist. Not sure if I go during slow times or Im just lucky

Well organized and well maintained store with a good range of items from drugstore to premium brands.

This Ulta is very nice, they have just about everything youre looking for in cosmetics. Its also located in a small strip mall with Target, Barnes and Noble and a few others I didnt get assistance from an associate so Im not sure how customer service is and I was not asked by an employee the entire time I was in the store if I needed assistance. I cant complain though because I generally dont need assistance.

This place just opened up and from the feel of it, Should close down soon! I came here today and bought $300 worth of purchase, opened a credit card and got a facial done at their spa section only to be sarcastically stopped by one of the employee (her name is Shannon!) while trying on make up! She told me that they not allow people to do a full face makeup. I left my purchase in the car while I wait for my sisters facial to get done. She must have thought that Im one of those girls who only come to have their make up done for free from the samples! She judged me too harshly. I left the store hurt and not wanting to come back for the 1 hour facial Im scheduled to do next week! I spend a lot of money at ULTA and to be treated like this is in no way worth any penny!

Staff is always so great, kind and knowledgeable and always looking to help me find what Im looking for. ALSO they have a spa and salon!? Get a facial and a hair service after you shop for your facial and hair care!

Cassy is amazing! Cut off over a foot and lightened it, my hair has never looked or felt better. She may give the best blow out/ flat iron in the area!

One of them just came and told me to check from samples and other one said previous person already told you . Common ulta, you should alreast give 5minute to a customer who is asking for help . So I just walked out without buying anything .This was my 2nd time Visit here, last time they gave me wrong shade 🤯, I couldn’t return it because I was traveling then

Great place for all brand name makeup

My experience was this .This store at first seems very inviting ...untill you walk in with a bunch selfcenterd entitled staff members that are totally not even passive aggressive..but but completely in in your face rude..they kept following me around asking me if i needed help....um no but the long line of customers in the front do.I was spending alot of money untill I wasnt able to enjoy the shopping experience.Not to mention the so called manager was acting totally immature and rude saying ridiculous things trying to intimidate people .I am going to take all future buisness to SEPHORA!
