The walk up window isn’t clear. Looks like a separate line for the covid booster due to the hanging vaccine sign and the advertisement post that divides the two lines. If you want pleasant customers I suggest the techs work on their attitudes. The world is a hard enough time for everyone right now. No one should be talked down to and snapped at while getting a flu shot. No words said before stabbing my arm. The whole process was an very unpleasant experience.

Staff were pleasant, but its not the cleanest setup to get your flu shot. The room we were in was kinda dirty and the pharmacy manager wasnt wearing her mask properly.

I went to your location downtown and the pharmacy is closed for lunch I walked all the way up to this one from downtown and this one’s now closed for lunch!!! Look I understand ppl need a lunch break but why are you completely shutting down for lunch at separate times!!! This is so frustrating and it happens all the time!

I just had a wonderful and pleasant experience at the Pharmacy getting my Flu shot at 12pm today, 9/29/20. The technician who was assisting me in confirming and filling out my paperwork was fast and efficient and was able to help numerous amounts of customers in a short matter of time. The technician who provided me with my shot was friendly and courteous and made sure I was comfortable and didnt have any questions or concerns before beginning. The shot itself was quick and expertly done. I always get a bit nervous before shots, and these two really provided a pleasant experience. I am sorry I did not get their names to provide more direct praise!

The atm inside charged me to .25¢ to view my balance. Is that a thing now??🤬

Staff consistently treat customers and patients rudely. More often than not, your prescription will not be dealt with professionally (If its there at all). Take your business somewhere more deserving.

Staff is is super rude. I said have a nice day as I left, the cashier said haveaday slurring words to make it seem like she said have a nice day. Then as I left, I heard another employee comment on what she said. Then they proceeded to mock me and laugh. Rude. The one cashier is obviously not happy working there. Everytime I see her dull lifeless face I can tell she is just counting the time on the clock. Please dont take out your frustrations on customers.

The pharmacists here are judgmental and rude and incredibly unwilling to help folx who have any sort of clerical issues or confusions with their medications.I tried twice to fill a much needed prescription there today (with a phone call to my insurance in between). On my second trip in I was treated with so much condescension and such lack of kindness that I will never feel safe there again.Remember Walgreens, people who need prescriptions are often vulnerable, trauma-impacted and/or ill. We are not experts in the inter workings of healthcare, insurance or your pharmacy. We deserve patience, kindness and the benefit of the doubt. It may be your day job, but it’s our lifeline to the treatments we need to be well- your actions, communications and attitude can make or break our ability to access life-saving and pain-treating medicines.Just to qualify, my prescription was for a form a birth control, not a harmful or dangerous substance, but one I needed to avoid crippling pain from a reproductive disorder.Earnestly. Don’t go here. Go up to the Walgreens inside First Hill. The pharmacist are kind and patient and have always treated me with respect.

Good opened place. People usually walk in, not by a car since theres only street parking. Bus #11 pass it, about 10 minutes walk from downtown

Don’t bother using this location for your prescriptions. Never in my years using Walgreens for my drug store have I had so much difficulty getting refills like I do at this store. Three times now I’ve went to pick up my refills (well after the pick up time) and they don’t have anything in their system. Which is an excuse for them ignoring the initial request. This last time I went three days without my medication due to inadequate/lazy workers

Wow, I normally dont go out of my way to review pharmacies, but I was really impressed with the staff here. I was printing photos from my phone and got one on one service from the lady at the photo counter. When the first computer didnt work, she called the manager over to help me and we got it working in no time. Very professional and kind staff!

Good Walgreens, not as large as some others around town but they have the typical corner drug store type items.

I used to go to Walgreens all the time, not anymore, my last customer service experience with one Javierwas pretty bad, probably the worst Ive seen. The last thing you want to do is make a customer feel defensive and being spiteful by intentionally not putting the items they paid for in their bag and making them come back. Its not their job to correct the customer either when the customer is clearly in the right. Walgreens clearly scraped the bottom of the employment pool on this one.

This place is awful. They didnt have the medication to fill my prescription and they said it would take 3 business days to get it in. 4 business days later and they dont have it. They claim they ordered it and sometimes the distributor just doesnt include everything in their order. Now they say it will be another week. The people who work here are a joke. Never coming back.

Just a regular Walgreens. I wish they still did 1-hour photo development, but I can’t hold that against them for stopping.

Pricing is not great at all, but every cashier I have interacted with was very, very pleasant.
