Love this store! The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always present different options for you to test and are cognizant if you are on a budget. The products are all amazing.

I went to Bluemercury for the first time today and my experience was wonderful. The staff are friendly and they made me feel so comfortable. The store is spacious and nicely organized. I never felt unsafe due to Covid and can’t wait to come back.

The employee i encountered was very argumentative and unprofessional. When i asked for her name she refused to give it, citing her right to privacy. I was only asking because i wanted to tell the manager what had happened. I asked to have the manager call me, she refused. This woman was very large, dark hair, and dark glasses. Hopefully, that is enough information for the manager.

I was looking for the summer Bundle 😔 they didn’t have it any more, and it was posted couple days (2) before I went there. I could still order it at the front desk but I would preferred to wait

I shopped online, I ordered something that went on sale at a competitive retailers so within an hour or so I asked for my order to be cancelled. Rahul lied to me and said that he went ahead and cancelled my order and to check in next day to make sure. I check in the next day only to be told by Jessica she cant help me and no cancellation happened. She also told me I have to receive the package and then return it. Ridiculous! Honeslty thanks to Rahul who lied and Jessica who was unhelpful I will never be shopping here again. Dermstore you gained a new customer

Just what I neededCame in fairly close to store closing to pick up a new sunscreen, as my daily sunscreen had just ran out. Associate was very skilled and helpful. She greeted us when we came in even though we were dressed very casually. She didnt rush us or stand over our shoulder the whole time. She knew exactly when to check in on us and offer help and when to step back. I was very pleased by the quality of the service, and I got just what I needed. Thank you bluemercury! Its a rare occasion these days I actually experience high quality customer service. I will definitely be returning.

A high-end quality skincare store in Seattle. When I am looking for a high quality skincare product, I love coming to BlueMercury. The estheticians are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about skin concerns and what products would be best to use.

I love this place! They have an amazing selection of makeup & skincare products and the staff makes you feel like you are VIP. They offer great customer service and product knowledge.

High end good place

I walked in about a week ago, curious about product lines, when Diane approached me and suggested a facial to better know my skin needs. Ive never seen myself as a facial person - too rich for my blood. But she was so warm and compassionate, I came back the next week and requested her for the Modern Facial. This has been one of the best things Ive done for myself - you really do get what you pay for, and Id rather have an uplifting experience by someone knowledgeable and truly compassionate like Diane. No one is pushy or obligates you to buy the suggested products to maintain care (I only got about half the line, but we agreed it would be a good foundation for my delicate skin), and I really appreciate the customer service being oriented on satisfaction of experience instead of up-selling. Ill be back in another few months, so glad to have found these wonderful people!

Very high end in term of service. I like the serums here. As a mature woman.....Sephora sometimes does not cut it. I would go here for skinceuticals products especially ce ferulic antioxidant serum. It is expensive but worth it!!!! The staff there just seems to know how to take care of more problematic skin. The experience is not as warm as Sephora, but the products deliver!

I love the spa which is a well kept secret. The esthetician Diane Shelley gives amazing facials. She has shaped my eyebrows and I look 10 years younger thanks to her expertise. Following her product and skincare procol, I have enjoyed healthier skin.I have also recommended the Blue Mercury spa services to many family members. They loved their spa experience with Diane. She creates such a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. She is truly an expert in her field!!!

I first learned of BlueMercury back in 2009 when I lived in NYC. I love this beauty boutique because they carry a very nice selection of top notch quality brands including their house brand.I was thrilled when they opened a store here in Seattle. This is where I get my fabulous facial from the lovely Diane who I’ve been going to for years! She’s an amazing esthetician and person!I highly recommend BM, exceptional products, facials and customer service!
