The women at this store are so awesome! I e come in with many questions and they always find someone who has an answer! They are happy to help which is so nice to see. Always smiles. Good things thank you for an awesome experience.

The people here are always super helpful and nice. They usually have popular hair dyes like arctic fox and manic panic stocked as well.

The stores layout was a little different than Im used to from other Sally stores, but I found everything I needed. The cashier was helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Very poor customer service where i went yesterday to get a hair color and the lady with a glasses on & and that front end cashier with blue hair had very little knowledge about hair color and the way they speaks so me was so mean and doesnt meet my needs. she was hurry get back to chitchat with her colleagues . Wasted my 50$ color & my hair . doesnt turn out what they provide me with their color information. I wish i shouldnt come at this store! please guys check ur self before going in. dont waste your money!!!!!

Dealt with Kat this morning on a return without a receipt and she was absolutely delightful! This Northgate location is, unfortunately, way out of my way as I live in KIRKLAND. I wouldn’t normally ever come here but with Kats positive attitude and the great, in-store selection, it makes me want to make this my new favorite Sallys!

Last week I walked into this Sallys location. I was greeted by staff with a smile, and extremely helpful. She listened to what I had to say and offered suggestions which products would work best for my hair. I appreciated her time, and patience. I will definitely be going back.

Standard Sallys beauty supply store. Better maintained and stocked than the downtown location. Staff have always been helpful and pleasant.I know professional hair stylists shop at Sallys, but I go there for my own personal hair care products. Started dying my own hair last year and get my color, processor, and other supplies here. They have several color brands to chose from. They also have a wide selection of the Ion brand hair products.Note that Sallys does not carry the fancy, super-expensive product lines. If thats what you want youd be better off going to a salon directly or Ulta at the mall

There was an African American woman in the store shopping and the salesclerk followed her around while she was shopping. Made her feel very uncomfortable. It made me feel really uncomfortable and I left as well!

Ive been with the company for 3 years and started managing this location 2 months ago. Its a great place to shop with good deals and awesome customer service!

I love this place! They are always helpful. Get on their mailing list ( they dont do the membership fee anymore) and they will send you bargain offers and free stuff all of the time. I get compliments on their bonus bags they have offers for. I get compliments from hairdressers on my home boliages i learned to do from the girls there. I may spend some moola here, but I save 300.00 a boliage from Juarez. Thank you Sally employees. 💙 CarmonOne complaint. Wish they carried Inglot Hilal polish and purology shampoo. But other than this ...awesome!!

Great store and has everything you need for hair

Smaller store with nice enough workers that always made sure to check in with me if I needed help every once in a while. But it was REALLY dirty. Tons of garbage and built up dust and lint from the cover of an air vent that had fallen off all over the store. And a lot of hair on the ground for whatever reason? But they had what I needed and then some stuff I didnt need but still got... :)

Awesome selection of beauty products, and their membership is super inexpensive but you save money every single time you make a purchase!
