The staff and manager Perla were so helpful. There was a pending contract issue with my phone and while this was my third attempt to get help from ATT, they were quick to resolve the issue. There was no wait time at 4 PM on a week day.

On January 9th, I met Avery R., manager at your Seattle Century Square 4th Avenue Store. My iPhone had been stolen. I was distressed. Avery was courteous, personable, knowledgeable and professional. He located my stolen phone, using Find My Phone. At my request, he disabled it. He then assisted me in the insurance claim process to obtain a replacement phone, which arrived the next day. Avery assisted me in activating the phone and recovering my data. Avery R. is an ASSET to AT&T. I am a lawyer with lots of client and I plan to let them know about him and the great AT&T customer service he and this store provides.

Fantastic service and very friendly staff! I was on vacation here in Washington for a couple of weeks, and I shattered my cell phone screen two days before flying home, so I called AT&T to see if I could get it repaired somewhere in the Seattle area. They sent me to this downtown location and instructed me to do a walk in for the phone repair. I was unfamiliar with the downtown Seattle area, but it was still easy to find and a parking garage is conveniently located right next door. When I dropped my phone off I was greeted by a nice young lady named Sonia who informed me that my phone would be fixed within two hours. She called me less than an hour later to come pick it up and let me know that she had replaced and tested the shattered screen as well as the battery, and she also went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I wanted about the repair process. I cant say enough about how welcoming and friendly the staff at this location is. Thanks again, and kudos to Sonia for fixing my phone with the quickness! I highly recommend this establishment!

The downtown AT&T store doesn’t look open but it is! Great staff there, especially Perla. Secure, clean, customer service shields in place— it’s like you walk in —and the place is secluded from all the traffic and noise that you’d expect in the heart of downtown.

This would be the AT&T store Id visit for any service here after. The staff was well informed and assisted us for our needs quickly. They follow strict covid policies. I visited 2 other AT&T stores before going in here and this was the only store that helped us to convert our AT&T postpaid to prepaid while the other stores did not help.

The staff on hand are incredibly friendly and helpful. Quick to respond and knowledgeable about their products and services.The only reason this isnt higher is because AT&T phone customer support is absolute garbage. The number of times I called them only for them to tell me to go into the store, only for the store to then have to call them, and back and forth, for literally days.This does not reflect badly on the in-store staff. They were empathetic and kind throughout the process. Its their phone support and company policies that make AT&T suck.

I went in to switch my phone plan from a different service provider in hopes of paying a similar or lower price, but in the end got a plan about $30 more than my current one. The rep cryess probably knew that but didnt really care about wasting both our times. Awkward interaction, wouldn’t look me in the eye, no smile..just gave off an angry vibe. The manager/supervisor was great tho. Wish I had her help me...

Erica was great! I walked in, was promptly greeted, told her my issue, and she fixed it all within ten minutes. We made small talk about after work plans and it was the least stressful ATT experience I have had. She didnt try to get me to change my plan or phone or anything. I went into the Ballard location yesterday (save yourself and dont go there) and told her how pleasantly surprised I was by her customer service.

Had to wait a bit for service, but they did a good job in getting my issue done quickly and I was out of the door within 10 minutes of them helping me out. So Im happy I went there. The stores very nice and clean looking. I love the futuristic modern look to it. Simplicity to its finest. The items there are expensive tho. Better to get it through a third party icon. But besides that they are great.

Just wasted 30 minutes trying replace my phone that was broken - first guy I got asked for all my information at least twice and then asked for my pin, which I gave him 3 times - he said it didnt work and he had me call at&t customer service from the store phone - after half a dozen menu layers finally got a human who took all my information and then said they had to transfer me to someone else - after several minutes on hold I had to give all my information again. Only to find out my pin was correct and he wanted to talk to the store clerk - who was gone by now and could not be found.

A month ago I received amazing customer service from this AT&T location.Perla the sales rep and her manager Troy were patient, and so helpful and knowledgeable when I came into their store with my broken iPhone.They explored different options with me concerning my phone insurance plan, purchasing a new phone, my current phone plan, future phone plans, etc.They contacted the insurance provider and navigated through that transaction process for me. That was so appreciated!

The employees have always been amazing, they are what make a business. That is what makes AT&Ts refusal to treat or pay its employees fairly all the more upsetting.I know that AT&T will hey no more of my money until they sign a fair contract, and I would encourage everyone else to do the same.

The two members of staff we interacted with were using friendly phrases, but you could clearly tell that they couldnt really be bothered. It seemed pretty obvious that theres only really one plan they want you to buy, as the sales assistant was really pushy towards that one plan regardless of what we said or asked for. Annoyingly they dont have any posters or flyers on their mobile plans, so you have to check in and wait to ask someone. Their WiFi doesnt work either so you have to wait. All prices are excluding taxes so once you go and pay its actually more expensive than they make you believe it is. Would be nice to have an intermediate plan (they jump from 1 GB to 6 GB).

Great costumer service....only spot in the area with device support. Sadly that means with device support expect to wait for a while. There is no parking so expect to walk, best to take a bus/ferry in. Also they will say your information will transfer, DOUBLE CHECK ALL your information or itll be lost because they wipe your old phone clean.

I went to get information about my current plan and if possible to change the plan. I realized that the representatives here know very little and gave wrong information about new plan and total bill projections. The best way is to call customer care instead of going to this store. Had really bad experience.And this was the second time this happened in this shop with me. I dont know if they go through any info-course for their agents here. No customer obsession at all.

Really helpful after T-Mobile messed us around with a tourist sim.AT&T listened to what we needed, sorted it out straight away, and did not upsell at all.Brilliant service and a central location that was handy to the train station and bus lines. If youre coming in as a tourist, well worth going to see them for your data.

I was interested in getting a new phone, since mine is several years old and has been suffering my abuse for years. I walked into the store to see a few employees and one or two customers. It took a few moments for one employee to realize I was looking for help, and then he basically walked me over to the Samsung phones and said, Look at them and pick one out before walking away again. He asked me no questions and seemed very disinterested in the entire exchange.Maybe its just me, but when I make an almost thousand dollar purchase, I like to be very certain of the product I choose. Thats why, after doing lots of research and knowing which ones I preferred, I wanted to talk to an expert. This visit reminded me that Im still dealing with AT&T.For those of you trying to choose a new phone, I recommend looking up reputable reviews on YouTube which will explain all the features. Youll get a lot more info out of it than most of the store employees.

During first visit of this At$T, I took new connection ( with new SIM ) for my existing phone. Unfortunately I forgot my existing SIM card in the store. I realized that within 20 mins. Back to the store in another 10 mins. When I have asked, they told that they dont know anything. Even they found they would destroy it. The way they speak and they are not ready to say whether they found the SIM or not and not ready to search and return the SIM. The response is very bad.The next incident, After few month, Received an email from AT&T stated that to provide free low configuration free phone for their network upgrade since my current phone is not support 4G with their frequency. When I went to this store with the message, the representative took my message into his manager and came back stated that they wont give for prepaid, I need to take post paid with them then only they will give that free phone.I left the place and called to AT&T customer care about the message, they said they will mail the phone and received the phone within a week.Even though AT&T coverage and service is good, This is one of the worst store for customer service.

After a short visit I walked out feeling like I had made 2 new friends and thrilled with my lower phone bill! My wife and I were looking for iPhones to purchase so we went to AT&T. We were greeted with kindness as soon as we walked in. We explained what we wanted and got exactly what we went in for. Our rep was David. He was a young kid full of excitement who gave us everything we asked for. As our order was being processed we encountered a few hiccups. It was discouraging and frustrating to say the least. We spent about 6 hours in the store trying to get everything together. We left, went home, went back, it was problematic. However, David and Ramon worked extremely hard to get everything going. My wife was frustrated yet David didnt allow any of that to stop him from being extremely apologetic, empathetic, and professional. Today, my wife decided to change her phone. We both got iPhone 8 Plus (Red). She didnt like the color and the exchange was smooth. I really appreciate this store and all of their hard work.

I received a new iPhone 7 from AT & T. The lock button on the phone got stuck. I went into A T & T, on the last day of the 2-week exchange policy. The staff on duty told me to go to Apple they handle all warranties. I then went to Apple, the next day (day 15), Apple told me I had to go ask for an exchange at A T & T. I went BACK to A T & T, where they told me the couldnt help me on day 15, EVEN THOUGH I was there the day before and was sent BACK TO APPLE. This was the most frustrating experience Ive ever had at a cell phone store. Your staff should have taken my information and seen that it was in the 14 days and not sent me to Apple. Instead I was stuck spending half my day running between AT & T and Apple. My phone still isnt fixed.

Most representatives here are awful! I have spent many times waiting for help while watching one of the two employees doing all the work and 3 - 5 others screwing around by talking in a huddle or just playing games. And the few times the others have attempted to help, their knowledge base is horrible! Theres no excuse in having two employees carrying all the dead weight of the store. This place needs a lot of corporate overhauling and get a full staff of knowledgeable and helpful representatives

Upgraded my wifes phone, and was told that I could choose $150 in accessories included in the upgrade. Found out later that the accessories were actually billed to my mobile account. Went back to the store to confront them, and was told too bad, we lied about it, you signed the receipt, not our fault. If you do business here, be sure to read ALL the fine print, and check your bill very carefully afterwards to make sure you arent actually paying for the free stuff they added to your upgrade.

I have spent 3 hours here trying to switch from a postpaid family plan to a prepaid plan, and was kept kicking between online customer representative and the store staff. The store staff kept asking me to do it online and online staff kept telling me to do it in store. The most Horrible service I have experienced in any service I tried to do! I just don’t know why those staff was kept chatting and have no intention to help the customer. If they can find a reason NOT helping you they will surely do that!

Very unprofessional staff here whos knowitallish (at best) should they decide to help you. I got the hipster treatment from a staff member named Izzy who inexplicably acted like I should just know what she was talking about. Meanwhile she ditches me to attend to a couple and just seemed to chichat away with them about where she was from in San Diego and which AT&T store at which she used to work. All the while this was happening, there was an unoccupied (heavy set) staff member not seeing to me! I don’t know what their priorities are but it seems to be losing business!

I was just in over the weekend to upgrade my phone plan to a new IPhone 6. The store wasnt busy to my surprise and the representatives kind of seemed lurking. Ronald H. got to me first and seemed really annoyed I was there. I almost felt as if he was irritated by some of my questions regarding my plan and what the upgrade entailed. I tried to make small talk feeling a little awkward and he wouldnt look at me nor had any sort of response.I have been an AT&T customer for too long to worry about leaving, however I was really put off by his cool, unfriendly demeanor. These phones are expensive and its a commitment, take the time to not make it seem like the customer is putting you out.

Amazing. I was helped by a man named Nate, red beard, bald head and super nice. His service is now the new high water mark for my customer service expectations. I had a problem that I was sent rudely sent away from another store with. Nate apologized for that experience with the company that he was representing, took full responsibility and provided me with all the information I needed to solve the problem. Got myself a new tablet to pretty much watch Netflix and possibly Hulu shows on Sept. 1st. I was totally new and unaware of searching for, purchasing and setting up an account. Luckily for me, a very professional, helpful and well-versed young man by the name of Jesse came to the rescue. I did not feel that he was trying to over sell me on anything or make me feel like I was just some dumb customer (although I did think $50 for a tablet case was excessive...which I did not buy.) Waited 30 minutes to find out why my auto payments arent going through and havent been for over 6 months.When it was my turn they told me that they dont provide the service Im asking and put me on one of their phones where I had to wait even longer...Im writing this review while Im still stuck in this store 50 minutes laterIm about to hang up on their customer service, give up on my auto-payments...Which for some reason they cant get to stop trying to take payments from my old card....The phone call has been going on 20 minutes now with no resolution in sight.Im switching to Verizon

Dont go there for any type of warranty! The reps act like they loose part of their salary for providing warranty service or exchange. My phone didnt have any damage and the rep was scrutinizing it looking for tiny tiny speck of blemish just so he can say sorry, cant get you any warranty. HEED MY WARNING!UPDATE:I came back home from Washington and took my phone to the corporate store to get it looked at. Without any hassle, the representative took it in the back to check and when he came out roughly 5mins later he came back out with a new phone to replace my old phone. After he checked the warranty he decided to replace it while its on its last 56days of warranty period. THIS WOULDVE NEVER HAPPENED WITH THIS STORE! The reps working at this store in the service/warranty department need to undergo some serious training.
