I originally came in to check out the Model Y. To be completely honest, I wasnt even planning on buying a new car as I loved my Audi. 10 weeks later I took delivery of my Model Y. As great of a car as Model Y is, none of this would have happened without the Advisor that I worked with. Henry was absolutely amazing from the moment I made an appointment online, to the day that I took delivery. He was kind, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Ive been to many dealerships in the past and have never worked with anyone this great. At no point was I pushed into a sale. Henry truly made me feel as if he cared about making the right choice for me and even with the long build queues, he continued to keep me updated and answer a million questions that Ive had. Seriously, give Henry a raise as he is a tremendous asset!

I drove a Tesla model S under a lease for the last 3 years. Leaving aside the software bugs and pieces falling off from the car without reason, overall it was a fun ride. The acceleration is great, and the car drives well. Having said that, the lease return process was nothing short of awful. It was impossible to get anyones attention to see if I need to fix anything with the car. I chased them for ~2 months to try and get answers, but theres no one to talk to. Then, they work really hard to push your next Tesla car (still no answer on the previous questions). Very aggressive sales people. When trying to answer simple questions regarding the various options (e.g., price to buy the leased car, other options, etc.), again - theres no one to talk to and they just ignore calls and emails. Eventually I got an answer. Finally, having decided to return the car and not get another Tesla, they did a great job milking every penny out of your lease. Im in the process of disputing those charges and considering next steps... To summarize, its a nice ride, but not worth the hassle. Lots of EV and non-EV options out there that dont come with all the unwanted hassle.

Test drove a Model Y and the staff was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and walked us through everything about the car.

Stay away from sales person named Mandie Liddle. She has conflict of interest. I saw a car i wanted in existing inventory and was a very good deal. I called her to check if I can take a look at it and how the blocking works as I was still debatting, she was surprised that the car was listed. I was about to block it, but she asked to me wait and told me that she will get back shortly to confirm when i can see. And 5 mins later she calls me and tells me that its gone!.She either bought it herself or sold it to a another customer. I should not have trusted her and should have gone ahead and blocked it. This is terrible, I trusted her and called her to get her opinion and this is what she did.

I had the best experience with my Tesla test drive. My point of contact was Christian-Michael Larzelere, and he was nothing less than exceptional. Any question I had, he answered with such detail and with such great enthusiasm. I just recently purchased a model Y performance, and a big reason behind was due to all the information I obtained during my test drive. Christian was absolutely amazing, and because of him, I ultimately ended up purchasing the same model of car I test drove. Hes a baller!

The staff at this Tesla store was very nice and welcoming. I showed up without an appointment and they were very nice to make time for me and show me the cars. Please ask for Henry when you go there, he is extremely resourceful and knows his products. He answered all of my questions and helped me make an informed purchase decision. After I placed the order, he constantly followed up with updates and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. If you are on the fence about buying a Tesla, go visit this store, ask for Henry and talk to him.

The salesperson did not respond to questions after the car was delivered, the car was dropped off without any intro even though it was a new model with changes from the model that I test drove. The support from phone calls to, whoever answered the phone, at the dealership have been helpful. I was not informed of features no longer available on the 2021 and they would not transfer my vanity plates so I had to pay twice to have the plates transferred. Love my car, am very disappointed with the support.

I passed by this place hundreds times walking to and from work, never thinking Id step foot inside let alone purchase a car here. But these unique times led to a unique sequence of events that put me on the market for a car. I looked at many gas cars and thought I had my mind made up when my friend suggested I look at Tesla, just for kicks.I scheduled a test drive online for a Model Y Performance for the following day. When I arrived, I was received by Mandie whom had me in the car and on my self-guided test drive within minutes. It took just about 3.5 seconds for me to decide that this would be my next car. I got home that evening and placed an order. Out of sheer luck, she found my exact build available and I was able to take delivery in a week.I admit it took a few days after accepting delivery of my MYP to process what had all happened. It was the smoothest stress-free car-buying experience Ive ever had. Mandie is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. I highly recommend working with her.As for the car? Time machines do exist and theyre called Tesla. If you want to experience 3, 5, or 10 years into the future today, then schedule a test drive. But be warned. You may end up waking up one morning and find yourself as a new Tesla owner and be asking yourself did that really just happen?

Showed up to test drive a car, was called 3 times to confirm, then when I showed up, with no other driver there, they said they double booked their only car they had, although they never said that they made a mistake. Made me drive across the city and get here 15 min early and couldnt be bothered to notify me of their mistake. Terrible customer service and I will not be going back, even if I want a Tesla.Jacob came over to the door and introduced himself as Jacob like I was supposed to know what that meant, and then he went on to say that 2 people had reserved the same car and not that they had made a mistake in any way. He then went on to say that we can test drive the model 3 because it was functionally the same car but without the storage space which had me shocked! Completely unprofessional and this experience has turned me off from this location completely. I will not do business with this location and will tell others to avoid it as much as possible.

I live on the East side and worked with Christian for the past couple of years (I tend to take my time making decisions) before I finally pulled the trigger on a Model 3 performance. In fact....after I got the car home my wife (a big BMW fan) also decided to jump ship (I was also a BMW fan) and went with the model Y performance. We met Christian at the Bellevue store a couple years ago and when he changed stores to the Westlake location we had to follow him there. He is an amazing young man who always made sure we had a good experience shopping for our next car and was always available via phone or text for any questions. He ALWAYS made it super easy to set up a test drive which, with my busy schedule, was a real blessing. Christian is a class act and I will not purchase a Tesla through any one else!

This Tesla store went above and beyond in their helpfulness. Specifically Henry Funk provided superior customer service, answering all my questions, and responding quickly to my queries by email or phone. I especially like how when I asked him a question via email that had a complex answer, he would call me to explain rather than rely on an email thread going back and forth. He was helpful every step of the way including from my first inquiries, up to my delivery date, and beyond that helping me with several questions after I took delivery. And of course the car itself is blast – brings a smile to my face every time I drive it.

The one thing that wouldve been nice to know is that they dont have any loaner car seats to use for the test drive - for that reason my wife and son had to stay behind for this trip.But, overall I really enjoyed the experience.

Not only they did allow me to test drive the car I wanted in a timely manner, they listened to what I was saying and provided valuable feedback. I was struggling on picking between the M3P or the MYP, and Henry caught onto that and ordered me a test drive at Tesla Renton. After that I decided to go with the M3P and the process was smooth, since Henry took rein and made sure everything was submitted accurately. Since these cars sell themselves, the rating for the Westlake store is kind of irrelevant, but I have to say the experience was disappointing. Test driving and selling me the thing was great, but once the car arrived 2 weeks before they told me it would, the contract process was rushed and the paperwork was late, with threats of them passing my car on and putting me back on a waiting list if they didnt seal the contract in 2 days. I also did not get a promised orientation as a one-on-one or in a class - I had to learn everything on YouTube - they were too busy in December and I was fed up with them already. The sales rep didnt tell me my friends referral code was only good for 6 months and apparently didnt even apply it to my account (I hadnt needed a supercharger until now, 6 ½ months later). When I voiced disappointment when I called, there was no, oh, well I can offer you [something] to mollify a customer. Its a fun car, but once youve signed the contract, there are no warm fuzzies from Tesla unless youre really into fart noises. Hopefully their service dept is decent, the sales and or/delivery dept is meh.

Classy and welcoming showroom. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and not at all pretentious. They answered all my questions and demonstrated features I had interest in. Great experience just to walk in and check them out.

I came by this showroom in the afternoon on a weekday, when it happened to be pretty slow. The salesperson I spoke to was very professional courteous, and knowledgeable. He offered me a bottle of water, which I really appreciated. He was more than happy to let me see and play around with the cars, and he humored me by answering my questions to the best of my availability. Excellent showroom experience.

Incredible staff, incredible experience. My mom and I walked in during our tour of South Lake Union not knowing what to expect, and were completely blown away. Hats off to Benjamin, we were allowed to sit inside any of the vehicles, and then took a ride with him in a Tesla Model S P100D on Ludicrous+ mode. It was an unexpected experience of a lifetime.

The staff at Tesla were friendly and attentive. I was surprised that each of the staff on the floor took the time to give me a detailed tour and history on the Model S and other vehicles manufactured and sold by Tesla. If you ever get a chance to visit a dealer near you, I recommend that you do.

It was great being able to see and test drive the car, as well as being able to get answers to my questions that were hard to find online. The staff was exceptionally friendly and patient with my never ending questions.

After almost 7 weeks post order we still dont have a car and have no idea when its going to be built. Weve called and emailed many times and have received promises of follow-up from the salesperson and other branch management staff but the employees dont return most calls or emails. If its not on the lot - be cautious.

I am a current Lessee of a P90D which comes off lease in one year. I was interested in looking at turning it in early and leasing another Tesla. I made three phone calls and spoke to three different people over the span of 10 days. Each said that they would call me back. NOT ONE person called me back. WOW!!

Hands down the best car shopping experience in my life! It was pure joy getting to get behind the wheel of a Tesla and try out all the features! I went before the autopilot was out too, and it was still amazing. No pressure, beautiful technology, and show room.I cant wait to buy mine! :0

Thats what Michael told us today +1 star from 1 star.(Will also update after car gets paint taken care of in 2 weeks and adjust the star rating accordingly.)Ball keeps getting dropped. Poor communication the last 2 months. Usually no call backs. And when car was scheduled for wheels to be changed and paint to be taken care of my dad would drop off the car at 9am and then pick up the car at the end of the day with no changes made to the car. 3rd or 4th time was the charm for REPLACING WHEELS. If it isnt in stock, tell him not to bring the car in.When the car was brought in for some detailing (scratches on paint at time of purchase), with my dad driving the car there himself, the paint shop informed Tesla they couldnt handle the job, but Tesla didnt contact my dad at the end of the day, the paint shop did.Little to no apologies made, till today.Seattle:Very poor service in Seattle too, where the car was picked up on 12/17/2018 . Didnt give the correct address in SF for Seattle location, and rude service staff. From arguing about the tires to giving my parents little patience and shoddy orientation.

We just went there to see the cars. The staff was super nice and polite.

Just reserved my Model 3 and had a fantastic experience. The Tesla reps kept everything orderly and brought out donuts and coffee for everyone waiting in line. Once I got to the front of the line, my reservation took less than a minute to make.

Staff here were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. Kelly was great during the test drive and pointed out all the nuances of the Model X without being pushy at all.

Staff here is very friendly. They answer questions thoroughly and dont pressure you too but anything. I went to look at the model 3. I was given all the time I wanted to look it over, open trunk and frunk, sit in it, experiment with th e controls, etc. Couldnt drive it though.

I expected to be turned away since I dont have $100,000 to drop on a roadster, but the fellow inside was very nice and showed me around for 20 minutes or so. Maybe he just had nothing else to do, but he sure was friendly to me. It was worth a trip up from the market on the bus to see the amazing things going on here. No Model S at this time, perhaps a half a dozen roadsters as of 20091021.
