This was The Ultimate Car Buying experience. I was just “window shopping” online and saw a 2021 X3 that was just perfect. A few clicks later and Joy Laydbak reached out via email at my request. Joy is absolutely incredible! A few emails back and forth a quick phone call and I was off to the dealership. Once there she was busy with another client but she came right over and handed me over to Blake Downing who was FANTASTIC! He got my trade in appraised and got me a great offer. Price of the new X3 was also a breeze. I’ve purchased a few cars and this was the most hassle free experience I’ve ever had. Oh I forgot to mention the X3 was still in transit to the dealership! So this was all done without even seeing the car in person. We agreed on all terms, I left my deposit and went home. 4 days later I picked up my beautiful new X3 and I could not be happier. If you’re in the market for a BMW go see Joy and Blake at Seattle BMW they are simply THE BEST.
Took our BMW to this location for the first time a few days ago. Our assistant was nice and took the time to explain details with me as our car needed work done. But it almost felt like we had to chase down the team to get updates on our vehicle (matters of it, time of pick up, when would it be ready etc.) if we didn’t reach out they never gave us an update.Got my car back yesterday and received it with multiple small front scratches all over the hood and yellow/red stains all over car that don’t come off unless I scratch on them, some seem to stay on permanently. I am pretty sure it was easy for me to tell because our car is white and it brings up almost everything. Not sure how they missed this. I really wanted to leave a great review but please do a better job at taking care of your customers cars because this was just a bummer.
So far our 2021 X5 has broken down completely after 10 months (left us stranded at the side of the road at night) and separately the driver door lock switch fell off inside the door panel. This is all made worse by a truly awful customer service experience. The customer service team rarely answer the phone and you have to leave voice mails that dont get returned. Instead they seem to want to rely on a text messaging which would be fine but they are sporadic at best. Still waiting to find out what happened to the X5 and when we might get it back. Would not buy a BMW again.

I went to the deanship to look at a BMW X2 CPO. I ended up purchasing a i3 CPO instead on my second visit. Honesty was the most important thing to me when buying a vehicle. Benson was my sales person, he was honest, he took the time to explain the features, I was not under pressure. At the end I purchasing the vehicle from him because it seem like I was offered fair price.The key to knowing what is the fair price is doing your research on the vehicle prior to visiting. This should include the financing options as well. With the preparation, I was able to have a better sense on whether I was getting a fair price or not.My paperwork was handled by Blake. It was a pleasure working with him, all the figures on the paperwork were as expected, he was honest and there were no hidden fees.

Got my Brand new X3 couple of days back and I must say I got it from BMW Seattle because of Benson Yim. I am always very confused when it comes to big purchases but benson was very patient and answered all my questions very promptly. Employee reckless driving and foul language.On 7/11/21, 11:05am i was at a 4-way stop on S. Lane Street, when i was turning left into Marynard Ave S, a black BMW i3 accelerated quickly from the stop sign on my right and almost hit me.i followed him to S Plummer Street and he drove into BMW factory.Then he came back out when he saw me and gave me ton of foul statements. At the end, a guy from BMW pulled him back to the building.
After visiting several dealerships, we finally ended up buying from BMW Seattle with the help of Benson who was super friendly and made the process quick and easy. Though some car salespeople are very pushy, Benson was the total opposite and made sure we felt comfortable asking questions and test driving the cars we were interested in. Had an unpleasant experience working with Benson. Walked in on a weekday evening and asked to test drive an M440i with M performance exhaust that was on the lot. I had purchased an M340i few months ago but liked the coupe styling better so figured I would take advantage of hot used car market and hopefully be able to trade it in and not lose much money.After the test drive, I was curious to hear how loud the exhaust would be with vehicle still parked, and the engine warmed up, so I proceeded to give the engine couple of revs. As I was doing this Benson came to driver side and told me You can turn off the engine now.Afterwards, Benson proceeded to ask me where i bought my current M340i from and when I told him I purchased it out of state, his expressions and willingness to work with me suddenly changed. He told me if I wanted any kind of discount, I just should just buy my car out of state again. Keep in mind were still standing outside in the parking lot of the dealership and I havent said or asked anything about pricing.I also asked for his business card so I could get back to him on the car as it was beyond closing time, and he said Oh its okay, essentially refusing to provide one.I bought my current car out of state because it was a better deal than I could find locally at the time, like any consumer acting in their best interest would. To treat a potential customer with such strong prejudice based on their current car purchase seemed very unwanted and unfair by Benson in my opinion.If you are a potential customer reading this and have purchased your current car out of state, Benson/BMW Seattle might not be interested in working with you.

This dealership and the folks who work here are just wonderful, but Benson Yim was the fella who helped me find my car. I went in to look at a trade in (Honda CRV). After driving the car he listened to my concerns and worked with me on a price as much as he could. When I came to look at the car a second time, Benson had the dealerships mechanics review the car again. He showed me the mechanics paperwork and their remarks about everything they looked at. He also took time to work through my payment options which I was curious about. Benson was terrific and if you want a stress free shopping experience, he’s your man.

Went in last Wednesday to inquire about a preowned vehicle. Benson showed me around the vehicle and showed a few other similar options. I brought my bmw x3 here for servicing and they told me that break pads do not need be replaced. I specifically told them that at my previous servicing I was told they should be replaced on the next one but they said it is fine and they do not need to be replaced. The exact words were The breaks still have plenty of life on them. Today I got my car to other service center for servicing and they said breaks are dangerously worn out and they should have been replaced earlier. I had my service contract when I brought my car here for servicing and it would have cost me nothing but now I have to pay 2k$ to get them replaced. But whats worse because of their negligence I might have been driving car at risk.

Mike in the parts department hit it out of the park for me with my e30. Not only did he manage to source an OEM BMW battery that fit perfectly, he took great care to ensure it (and the other parts I purchased) were the exact fit. He knew his parts and variances in fitment incredibly well (for a 30 year old car that Im sure he doesnt have to work with often). When you own a luxury car you have to take it to the dealer to make sure its well taken care of. My brother and I bought my mom a BMW few years back. We knew how expensive it was going to be for services and parts lets not even talk about labor. But let me tell you I love bringing her car to BMW on airport way no matter what service I need they take great care of me. Even if Im not aware of the deals and coupons they may have they always inform me. Last year Nik helped us for maintenance needs and he was so amazing I came back for more work. This time Dean helped me last week and of course provided great customer service and gave me options. Now Im back today for other services. I would like to say thank you guys for the great customer service keep up the hard work I will be back.

Careful handling of the car, looking out for other things that are out of place (tires, brakes etc) and sending out a comprehensive video out about it is a great customer experience. I have a third party warranty and BMW Seattle was able to handle that seamlessly for me.
Yue Kong. Memorize this name. The WORST salesperson we ever met. Downright rude and haste. I own a 328 with 48k miles. I wanted to test the 340 to upgrade. He rushed us out of the door the minute I told him that structure he presented was too much for us. Literally. BMW train your personnel to be polite and humble.specially with people with high credit score who already own a bmw. Never going back there in this lifetime.

Family came in today to purchase a new BMW 340I. It was our pleasure to meet with Ashraf Aried and have our first time buying BMW product a fantastic experience. I wish there could be a 10 stars option for my man Ashraf.
My experience at BMW Seattle was vile! Ashraf Aried lied to me within the first minute of our interaction. I was familiar with the September programs, as dealerships rely on clients who aren’t, with hopes to have clients focus on the monthly payment so they can inflate the money factor, deceiving clients into thinking they’re being offered a better deal. After seeing the first number, it was clear he was unwilling to be honest. Since he told me he was preparing to leave for a three week holiday, explaining further that management thought it was merely a holiday, but the true nature of the trip was business — expanding his Airbnb portfolio with hopes to leave the dealership — I surmised that he wasn’t interested in offering a deal because he’s not invested in earning my future business.He returned for round 2, boldly proclaiming management was willing to offer 3 times the discount truly being offered.Enter GSM, Adam Newbolt. He could have chosen to be direct. But he too favoured deception, discriminatorily presuming that a woman could not possibly possess basic math skills. I pushed for better numbers, but he wouldn’t budge. When I pointed to the backend profit, he took the deception a step further by telling me about the insecurity of those profits. Ridiculous!I asked about a 2021 available at BMW Tacoma.He claimed it sold that day. Not impossible, but strange — it was still available less than an hour prior to my arrival at BMW Seattle.I left, hoping he might extend a better offer on my way out, but he let me walk. As I needed a vehicle, and this was the car I wanted, I returned to Ashraf to say very plainly, « This is a #$@&% deal. I know, and you know. But I need a car, and I want this car. Let’s try to make the remainder of this as painless as possible ».After taking payment, Ashraf told me to return tomorrow because the dealership was closed. I explained what a terrible inconvenience that would be for me, but he insisted that management decided to close the finance office after the current clients. Lies! I was too exhausted by him and this horrific experience to argue, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day.After leaving, I called BMW Tacoma to verify Adam’s claim that the 2021 had been sold. Instead, I confirmed my suspicion that he had lied.I waited nearly an hour after time of appointment, during which Ashraf mentioned he hoped it would be Rachel O’Sullivan to greet me because she was the « best » finance manager; peculiar, as the previous day he had only unkind things to say about her.Interacting with Rachel was every bit as disgusting — sales tactics of attempting to divert attention, pretence that she was very confused by my questions. Absolutely exhausting!When finally seeing the lease agreement, I pointed out the discrepancies. She only tried to explain them away with what she assumed was slick enough to appease me. I didn’t understand the need for such fervent attempts of deception.She claimed Ashraf didn’t know what the money factor was — truly, the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard at a dealership. Importantly, this information is available to anyone with a brain and a computer.Asking her to confirm that Ashraf had remembered rubber mats, he did the unthinkable, claiming the rubber mats were no longer included, as that offer was part of the agreement prior to the « discount ». What dealership on the planet tries to pull something like this?!You have done yourself a disservice, BMW Seattle. Will I service my vehicle at BMW Seattle? Will my spouse lease a vehicle from BMW Seattle when his lease expires in November? Will my mother lease a vehicle from BMW Seattle when her lease expires in March? Will I lease a vehicle from BMW Seattle when this lease expires? No!Three different individuals — one being the general sales manager — repeatedly favoured deception over honesty, and treated me with an obscene level of disrespect and insult. That is a reflection of your dealership, not some sort of one-off bad experience with an indecorous sales representative.
Benson and the fine folks at BMW Seattle were an absolute pleasure to work with. Benson made my car buying experience seamless, easy and fun! I was able to purchase the car I wanted at a great price, and he went above and beyond to accommodate my unusual requests. Benson is my go to guy for buying a car. He always looks out for the best interest of the customer. He is wise in that regards because that leads back to his success. If you are looking for the most competitive car price for the German upscale vehicle, this is the guy you should look for always.
Got the chance to work with Benson Yim on our new X5 and he totally went to bat for us even without us asking! Great customer service, awesome shopping experience.After months of car shopping we visited which was our second BMW dealership within the Seattle area. Great service at the front desk where we were introduced to Benson Yim who took care of us and help us through the day to close the deal. It was a very nice shopping experience and Benson help us by listening to what we were looking for and quickly offering us to drive test the vehicle and providing all the information requested by us in terms of showing us inventory availability, vehicle specs, comparison between buying vs leasing and once we had picked the vehicle helping us to go through all the financing options we had and giving us a very appealing deal at the end of the day without feeling like a tugging war between the dealership and customer. The cherry on the cake was the great service provided by Rachel the financing manager who helped us to navigate through all the options we had in terms of maintenance and insurance options with a great attitude. Sadly a car is not something that you buy in a more regular basis other that that I would be happy to come back with Benson due to his great customer service. Kudos to the dealership management, I can tell they are very customer focus compared to other BMW dealerships in the area.

Had a wonderful experinece purchasing a new X3 with the help of Benson. He was able to quickly find us the car we were looking, arranged a test drive (stayed late to accommodate our schedules) and helped us get everything signed in a matter of hours, from the first call to the keys in our hands! Sadly, I’m updating my review. I’m moving BMW from 5 stars to 3. Just a few days after my appointment-which one of my services was an expensive detail job-it showed. My car got filthy and salt all over it. I contacted BMW about having the car ran through the wash (exterior rinse is all I asked for) and was told yes. Within 10 min the man called back and stated his manager said NO-That I could make an appointment for a service (mind you I just had oil service-a detail job-and another service which all totaled over $1,800) and they would wash it after a service or something could book another detail job.Worst customer service when you’re not spending a lot of money with them. Way to go-you just lost a customer.Wonderful customer experience all around. My car was dropped off first thing in the morning, I was in a loaner car and headed to my office within 20 min. My service advisor was Nathan M. I couldnt have been more pleased with him. He checked in with me throughout the day to make sure they did all of the work I wanted, me navigate my bill, and was professional and polite the entire time. Upon leaving, Nathan made sure that I was handled properly at the parts counter-He had parts hold the leather key case I wanted because it was the last one. I will definitely be going back for service in get future!
Ashraf was professional and has a good sense of humor! My wife and I called ahead of time to make sure the Audi was still in stock and he went to go double check and it was available. We arrived to the dealership and he had the vehicle parked in front for us. So that was really convenient! He was really helpful throughout the whole process and made it easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend Ashraf for your next car purchase!
