The dealer was very relaxed, not pushy at all! I felt at ease, and they made buying a car actually fun! Car dealers should take a lesson from these guys- no fuss! The cars have the prices listed, so I didn’t worry about haggling. I’m very happy with my experience.

Totaled my car not even 24 hours before purchasing a vehicle through these guys. They made it such an extremely relaxed, easy, and supportive experience. They don’t hover over you and push you like most other places do and have such a large price range of vehicles ready for purchase. Literally a car for all budgets. I tried to visit another dealership after going to Sport Motive first (just for options) and I drove straight back there. When I first walked in, it smelled great. Which, I find, is a good sign about a good business. Immediately a staff member, his name was Max, asked if I needed help, which is another good sign. I told him my budget and what kind of car I wanted. We then went to look for cars and I chose one out. This was the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership, 10/10, would buy my next car at Sport Motive Auto Sales again!

I dont even have words to describe how terrible my experience with this place has been. I came to look at a car during the weekend and let them know I was interested in purchasing the car. I let them know that I needed to go to the bank to get the money, so they gave me a bill of sale for the car and told me that theyd hold it until I could pick it up, great! I go to the bank, take out a loan, down payment and open up an insurance policy for this car. Time comes to pick up the car that was supposed to be set aside for me, only to find out through Max, that the car had been sold from underneath me. Mind you only 2 days had passed at this point. He said he sent me a text, which to his credit he did, but I failed to notice it. A call wouldve been great, a call wouldve saved me from all this, but apparently calling someone is above their pay grade. I dont even have words. Avoid this place like the plague.

Good experience. Would recommend. Young Max showed me around, he was transparent and easy to work with with no pressure, just all the information and an easy-going attitude. We were back and forth a few times between cars and he was responsive and went out of his way to make things easier in setting up an inspection etc. There were no surprises and he did a good job of helping us move towards the best fit for us. I felt we got a good deal, with warm and efficient service. He couldnt have done better. 5 stars deserved.

Hopefully Google will change the rating option from 5 to 10 stars, then Ill switch from my 5 to the 10 . I have never felt as comfortable with any car dealership as with this one. Would not recommend this dealership. The 3 vehicles I looked at all had back yard mechanical fixes probably just to get them off the lot. If your going to buy from this dealer do a test drive to a mechanics shop and have them look it over and if sport automotive doesn’t let you do that don’t buy the car their hiding something.

I am not one to easily complain, but i had a bad experience buying a car from this dealer. The car turned out to have an Engine fault aand was always running out of engine coolant. I finally took it to ford to review and they figured it had an engine problem and needed a replaced engine.I met with Art the sales guy and told him about the problem and he told me they didnt kno about such issue with the car. Bought this from them and in barely 3months its been from one repair or fix to the next which i can understand since its a used car. But when i found out about the Engine problem i felt really disappointed. Next time i hope they can be sincere and also verify the state of the cars before selling.This review is not to spite them or drag anyone, Im just giving my experience so anyone can be cautious about this dealer.BE CAREFUL, BEWARE.

Didn’t seem to care about anything we had to say, they didn’t help out at all to get us into a $10,000 car when we got approved for $28,000 car else where, we had a trade in that everyone offered $5,000 and they offered 2000$. They said it was credit and they didn’t give us any options of what we could do like maybe a bigger down payment or something they just straight up said no and Iv never had that happen with the 6 years of buying cars and going threw it all with sales and banks. I don’t recommend unless your ok with being low balled and treated as if your words don’t matter.

They let us take the car without getting fully approved for a loan and we also put 2k down as well. We put in a $300 radio as well thinking we were going to get approved well ends up we didn’t and they charged us a $500 restocking fee when the car was only 7k and we had to leave the radio in because they said a guy has to come out and take it out and put theirs back in and that was another $300 so they got $500 plus a $300 radio. No help at all from them and just rude

If youre like me you hate car shopping for some of the following reasons: High pressure sales, hidden fees, generally fake and skeevy reps, ect. Well with Sport Motive all of these go away. They are very low pressure, and very straight forward. If you need a used car, this is a great place to go. This is the way buying a car should be!

Went down with my son to look at a car. 1st thing I always do is check the oil. It was very black. Hasnt been changed in awhile. Plus the brakes were sqeaking pretty bad meaning it was due for pads asap.

They were really friendly and easy to work with. The only dilemma was when I got in my vehicle to drive off the lot one of the bulbs burnt out. Otherwise, this is a really great place to buy a car.

Everything went very fast and within a couple days of even seeing the car it was at my front door.

Horrible. Drove over 2 hours to Seattle and almost 3 hours home to find out the car I really liked was listed as no dents or damage online. Get to the place and theres holes drilled in one of the door areas and scrapes and dents up both sides of the car.

Out of all the times Ive been to a dealership, this dealership was by far the best Ive been too! Definitely try and talk to Miguel when you go! He was super friendly, not too pushy, and gave off an incredible energy. Not only was this the ONLY dealership Ive been to that didnt try to swindle or manipulate me into buying a car or to pay more for it! That alone goes far in my book. But, he also let me take the car to a mechanic and have it looked at to see whats up with it and the true condition of it. Miguel was kind and courteous, but after test driving three cars in the $3k-6k range I left Sport Motive in search of a private seller or better dealer. Used cars always have their quirks and issues, but the three I drove had their share of “no-go” brake, corrosion and/or starter issues. If you’re not a car-savvy buyer, I’d recommend performing a third party inspection on any vehicle here before purchase.

Only one salesman at the dealership on a Saturday? Really? Wont pick up the phone and doesnt even have a working voicemail box. Really? Wasted an hour and 30 minutes round trip. Salesman wouldnt even acknowledge the people standing in line to pick up their license plates. and that Crown Vic is worth $1,500 less than youre trying to get people to pay for it. Its going to sit around for a while. I dont get it. Usually if you have bad service you have good deals. If you have bad deals you have good service. This place has neither.

They were very nice and easy to work with. Unfortunately there were so many issues with the car that were not disclosed (they mentioned some things needing repairs that our mechanic told us were absolutely fine). Weve sunk 3k into repairs now on a car that cost around 4k. Now its dead again and will cost even more to diagnose and fix and Im having a hard time believing that they didnt know about these issues when it was on their lot.Edited: the transmission lasted about 3 months and the car is now costing too much to keep and weve moved on to a new car and sold this one for parts.

Update: after 1 week of owning, check engine light turned on for bad catalytic converter P0420 error code, dealers commonly know this issue and will leave a vehicle dead so u dont see the check engine light on. Takes about 200miles of driving for the code to come back.I give this dealership 1☆ and thats being nice. Took awhile to get financing, when I checked out the van, not only had they not even detailed it, battery was dead, missing spare key, TPMS light was on, and was filled it moisture from sitting. Overall a dealership Id recommend staying away from. Save your money and buy from elsewhere. Salesman was very nice but Im buying a car not a salesman. I will never go back there or recommend anybody to this dealership. Honesty and integrity are #1 and this dealership has none

I would give five 5 stars just for the price, 4 stars to personnel (Alex was very professional) and 1 stars for everything else. Right after paying for a car and while driving home I found out that a check engine is on. My mechanics worked on it and cleared the code. No success. Every time it was on again after another 10-15 miles of driving despite of clean computer test. A assume this problem was built in into the price, but was not disclosed to me (what did I expect from the dealer? Ha-ha). Moreover, I found out (unfortunately already after a purchase) that the windshield washer line is going from fluid tank to nowhere spraying everything just under the hood. The right headlight lens accumulated water and needs to be replaced. Door lock was not working with a key. Also car did not have a jack and lug wrench. I pointed out to it to the dealer with no result. No fix, no refund for the shortcomings. As I said, I overlook it before paying for the car. I spent already hundreds dollars on fixing things. All of it would be OK for a junk car, but for a car sold at 12K everything should work just fine. Do a thorough inspection before buying from this dealer.

Fast, easy and straight forward. Really great customer service. I am not talking about Hyundai cars, because it is totally depends on what you like. However, I bought my 2017 Hyundai at sport motive auto sales and I love it. All staffs are very kind, nice, and professional. I am very satisfied with their service.

Very sketchy. Do not go. Asked for maintenance records of the cars I looked to purchase and both of the young men looked at each other trying to decide what to say and then proceeded to tell me they have dealers drop the cars off at their “bigger lot.” Very off about this place.
