A good dealership with friendly staff.The place is kids friendly and has a lot of fun stuff to keep them engaged.The place does have restrooms,Coffee & tea vending machines (Free), Snack vending machine (Charged) etc.It does have seating areas for waiting while someone is finishing car paperwork.

Purchasing my car from Honda of Seattle was such an amazing experience! It had been several years since Ive purchased a vehicle and Devin S. made the process so painless, from the very beginning! Not only did I end up in the vehicle I wanted, Ramone got us a lower interest rate!Overall, a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend going through Honda of Seattle if youre looking for a great vehicle. Really great sales team - Toni was awesome to work with. I ended up going with a different car but she was super accommodating, friendly, and really wanted what is best for me. Hard to feel that way about car dealerships but they have a great model.I also get my car serviced here regularly and have had only positive experiences each time! Whether it’s a loaner, waiting or a shuttle, it has always been super easy.

Fantastic service communication was clear and consistent the entire time. They followed through with everything they said they would. Cameron took care of my car in the service department and was great. They fixed a faulty starter button no charge and explained what they were doing and why it was important. My son is 19 and wanted to purchase his first car. I told him he had to do the Homework and decide what and where he wanted to purchase. He finally settled on a Civic and found what he was looking for at Honda of Seattle. I said OK and prepared myself for an all day event and lots of haggling of price etc. To my surprise we were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. Huge thanks to Will Stanton who made this first time purchase painless for a teenager!!

I really like this Honda location. I have been to a couple other locations, Bellevue and West Hills but Seattle Honda is the best. Their prices in comparison to West Hills are better. Kyle and Bryce are great, they made my experience nice and smooth. Kyle is friendly and professional, he was great at answering all my questions and being very thorough with the repair and work that my car needed. I appreciate the text service a lot as well, it made communicating very quick and easy. I will be back.

My husband and I went into the Honda of Seattle dealership where we were helped by Yanni. He was very knowledgeable and personable, which made the process so enjoyable. Although the dealership didnt have the specific 2021 EX-L in all Black that I wanted, Yanni stayed in touch with us on his days off and was able to get it for me just days later! We loved our experience here and would highly recommend it to all of our friends and family.

I just bought my first car from Honda of Seattle and it was an amazing experience! Everything was super easy and straightforward.I found my car online at midnight, offered at an amazing price, and by noon the next day I was already test driving. They have a really helpful website where you can check if you pre-qualify for a loan. I went through the process, and once everything looked good, Capital One submitted all my info to the dealership, along with a note from me indicating I was super interested and ready to buy.I woke up the next morning and the dealership had reached out to me, making the scheduling process to see the vehicle very easy. Will Stanton, a product specialist, texted us to coordinate, and even sent me a customized video to introduce himself before we arrived. The dealership has a convenient texting system to stay in touch before we arrived, which I really appreciated.Will was ready to help us as soon as we arrived, and he had the car ready to go for us right away. We were test driving the car in no time, and then it was time for all the paperwork. Will and Sage both helped us through the whole experience and took the time to answer all of our questions in great detail, assuring us we were getting what we needed. I felt like they were really looking out for our best interests in making sure the car was taken care of in the long run. While we were filling out paperwork, Will had the car detailed and it looked so nice! It even came with a full tank of gas.I was worried about buying a car because of my lack of experience and being a younger customer, but I felt totally taken care of at Honda because of how awesome Will was to work with, as well as Sage. Wonderful car buying experience! Stress free, calm, and customer oriented...and still the best deal around. I wish all dealership experiences could be like this!We had done our research about what we wanted, and some other makes to compare with. Nariman was incredible to work with, and his approach made me want the Honda as much as the car itself did. We checked out a few other places (including other Honda dealers) and it was like night and day--not only the set price experience, but also professionalism, no overt attempt to up-sell, and providing only information asked--no pushy gimmicks or extras; respected our time and own research.Although this dealership didnt have exactly what we wanted right away, we kept in touch and Nariman always provided relevant information as we continued our search. As soon as the color we wanted became available, we received a message despite him being out of office. We sealed the deal with Devin since Nariman was away, and it was smooth sailing.

I had the best experience here. Will S. was amazing! I didnt feel like I was forced into buying a car I didnt want. He wanted me to get the car wanted and did everything possible to make that happen. I cant believe I drove way in a 2021 Honda Civic Sport. The whole process was very fast, usually dealing with a dealership is very lengthy. Also, one of the best parts was they didnt run my credit a thousand times. I didnt leave with a whole bunch of hard inquires on my credit report. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WILL COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION WHEN I WANT TO UPGRADE!

Steven with Honda of Seattle helped us get into an amazing Honda Pilot. Absolutely wonderful no pressure salesperson. He was very responsive when we drove a vehicle and than left to do some other test drives and super responsive when we came back. He never once made us feel pressured or like he was giving a lot of fluff information. It was a relaxed environment working with him we drove a couple of cars and he gave us time and space to talk to each other and really understand all that was going into this purchase. I would 100% go back and work with him again for any car buying needs. We saw several car salesman this day and he was buy far the BEST to work with and the reason we ended up purchasing from Honda of Seattle!

Not the best dealership experience.We took in our 15 Fit for a warranty repair (actually a service bulletin for a vvt actuator) and the parts and labor are covered by Honda Corp. Great!The issue has come with the service dept itself. They told us the replacement part had to come from Portland and that the car wouldnt be ready until Wednesday afternoon. Fine with us and we planned accordingly. Wednesday evening rolls around, no call. We call to check the status and no answer, just left a message. The next day, same thing. No call so we called them, no answer and left a message asking them to update us. Its evening on Friday, theyve returned none of the calls and I just left the third consecutive message on the third consecutive day of being ghosted.This is a dealership but the service dept seems to behave like the guy down the block working out of his personal garage. Im not bothered by having to wait, its simply annoying to be completely ignored and not have any way to plan around this. Will we have the car for this weekend or will those plans need to be cancelled as well? Its okay if you need the car for longer; were reasonable people and can accommodate unforeseeable circumstances. Being kept in the dark like this, however, is quite frustrating.Because 3 messages over 3 days didnt get any results, maybe this review will motivate them to call and update us.Update: less than an hour after posting this, I received a phone call that the car was ready to pick up. All is taken care of but no explanation was offered for the extra 3 days and lack of communication during those days. Thank you for responding, Honda customer relations, albeit through unconventional means and disappointing circumstances.

I cant believe on $8000 down. but anyway if anyone wants to buy a car search arround 1st. My wife and I had a terrific experience with Yanni when we were shopping for a car. When we inquired online about a used Civic we liked, we received a nearly instant response and booked an appointment later that morning. We met Yanni, who was friendly and funny and genuinely listened to us, and he showed us two cars that we took for a test drive. To our surprise, we ended up buying a brand-new Civic! We were comfortable, everyone we met with was professional and friendly, there was no pressure, COVID-19 protocols were followed, and it was a relaxed and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Purchased my first car in WA from Honda of Seattle. Devin was really helpful throughout the whole process including even helping us to sign up for our car insurance to drive out of the dealership on the same day.We felt really comfortable discussing all the details with him over online as he was really transparent as well. He was also really patient in answering our questions even though we had lots of questions for first time car buyers in WA.Although, we did felt slightly uncomfortable during signing of the documents with another employee (dealership representative?) as he tried to sell us something we didnt ask for. But overall, he respects our decision and handled the other processes smoothly.If you are purchasing a car, I definitely recommend to ask for Devin and make sure to do your own research as well to know what you want.

If I had to describe my experience at Honda of Seattle in one word, Id probably use subpar. I dont personally find any value in friendliness in most business scenarios, but youll find that the majority of the people who work at this dealership are quite the opposite. I purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V Touring with a little over 16,000 miles on it. To explain, here are some key points.1. The salesman thought it was ridiculous to even ask for floormats to come with the used car. I understand cars come as is, but its a $30,000 Honda. Throw some floormats in, dude. I asked the finance person, and he arranged it to happen. However, when I came back to get them, it took 40 minutes of waiting because the parts person had expected me to pay for them.2. The finance manager quoted me the wrong cost for the extended warranty. There was supposed to be a discount on it. However, I should have looked more closely at the numbers myself and place some of the blame on myself for not doing so.3. I received a call from someone who was informing me they could not place the warranty into Hondas system because its supposed to be up to 30,000 miles and not 30,000 miles on top of the original mileage. I explained that I would not come in to sign for that because it is not what was originally agreed upon. He said, Oh I think I made a mistake, hung up, and I never heard from him again.4. My battery died within the first 2 months of owning the car. I brought it back to the dealership. I asked if my warranty covered anything. It did not. A person behind the bar in the dealership said, come back to me if it isnt covered and that lead me to believe the dealership may help me out. Of course not, though. He then said to me, What do you want? Me to pay for it? And then he began explaining how businesses work to me. Thanks, bud.5. I never received a call for when my license plates had arrived. I tried calling and got absolutely no information. The only reason I have them is because the car they sold to me had a bad battery.As an important side note, everyone in service was courteous and professional which entirely meets my expectations.

Got a lot of help to get the financing I wanted at a price I could afford and found zero issues with the car. Highly recommend going in and checking the place out if looking to get a new vehicle.

After dozens of complaints and lawsuits, Honda extended it’s warranty for all 2016-19 Honda Civics.“American Honda is extending the warranty on the A/C condenser to 10 years from the original date of purchase with unlimited miles. This warranty only covers vehicles that have a defective A/C condenser from the factory. The A/C condenser was not manufactured to specification. As a result, tiny holes may develop in the condenser tube walls that allows the refrigerant to leak out. The warranty extension does not apply to any vehicle that has a leaking condenser due to foreign object damage.TSB 19-091When I try to contact Honda of Seattle’s service department to fix a failed AC, they told me to pay an approximate “diagnosis fee” of $250. Why are we paying “diagnosis fees” for the problem that was created by the manufacturer and while the company already extended its AC warranty for 10 years and unlimited miles? Diagnosing the problem which is created by the manufacturer should be covered by the extended warranty of the company because customers don’t have to pay a penny for the mistake that the manufacturer made. If the AC problem is unrelated to the manufacturing problem, yes, we have to pay the “diagnosis fee”. Honda should fix this AC problem without charging any fee, or if technicians know how to fix it without diagnosing the AC, they can go ahead do that.Besides their ridiculous “diagnosis fees”, Honda of Seattle’s service department stated that it will take more than 3 months to fix this AC failure. Note that children can die due to the summer heat wave in a vehicle that doesn’t have a working AC. Does Honda care about that? How are we going to use the vehicle without an AC during summer? What if this is the only vehicle that we have? Is Honda going to rent a vehicle for us until they fix the vehicle? The answer is; NO, THEY DO NOT CARE.After trying every possible option, I took the vehicle to Honda of Seattle service department for AC diagnosis so that they can replace whatever is covered by the extended warranty. Here is another problem; they forgot to properly secure the part that they opened to diagnose the AC. It could cause potential hazards for passengers and damage to the vehicle. I honestly can’t wait to get rid of this vehicle and will never drive a Honda again.The manager replied something totally unrelated to the problem. I haven’t commented or asked anything which can “potentially tarnish” the relationship between Honda dealerships and American Honda. In fact, your dealership destroyed mine and my family’s relationship with American Honda.Thank you.

Overall had a great experience with purchasing from Honda of Seattle. Came in looking at a new vehicle, but ultimately ended up getting a used CR-V. There was absolutely no pushiness or pressure to make a decision on any certain vehicle. Went for oil change and ended up getting extra services (fuel induction and brake fluid change). They are always helpful and prompt with their service. I trust them with my vehicle. They are up front about prices whenever they suggest extra services and the time it will take to complete those services. I also got them to order all weather floor mats for my car. They ended up being cheaper than anywhere else I checked! My 2016 Accord is running like new!

Honda of Seattle offers their lowest prices up-front so buying used and new cars is a much more hassle-free experience than I have had in the past. The prices were all reasonable (indeed, lower than prices I found at other dealerships) and Chris Berg was very helpful in answering my questions and providing information on the car I was interested in and the sales process more generally. Chris was also willing to pick me up and drive me to the dealership, as I was without a car. Excellent service - highly recommend.

I will Give 5 star to Ryan the sales manager who helps us and also Willwho assisted us through out the process. shout out to them highly recommend to speak to Ryan if you are buying a new car. But I have Some issue to the person in Service from our previous car Honda pilot. I think his name is Evan gave him 3 star for his service. and hoping management see this. last time my wife went there with her car Honda Pilot due to problem on sound system Evan had it checked and verified the sound. he told us that he will be ordering a parts to replace it. we waited 2 weeks. and I did called them back most service rep mention there is no order was process 2 weeks ago. and the could not figure outuntil I got mad because this is not what we are told for. then after few hours I got of hold of Evan telling me that they said they have the parts in stock long time ago. and our new car about the trunk and tint he said he will double check and call me back in 30 minutes if its ready to pick up because I told him just cancel the tint appointment and have it check the trunk. waited 2 hours maybe they are fixing it. I did called back they said the car is been ready for pick up long time ago. like that dude needs to manage his time properly. and do not tell customer you will call and end up waiting. Please review this guy. nothing against please be professional.

Car Shopping should always be this easy! - shopped around in neighborhood where there are multiple dealers and found the car i wanted, the Honda Pilot Elite (runner up was the Subaru Ascent).Called Viktoriya at Honda of Seattle who was very professional, friendly and very efficient. We agreed on a price and that was it! It took a day to locate the color I wanted and then, probably an hour with Christina in finance to make it official.Viktoriya is a great salesperson, knowledgeable about the car and its competitors and the many many features of this fancy new Pilot Elite.I’m no “shrinking violet” and used to tough negotiations in my work but car sales is often very stressful-at other places. At each of the 4 or 5 other dealerships I visited, sales people seem to greet you as you get out of your car and approach like lions on the savanna. It’s very unnerving- before you even step foot on the lot you feel like prey -at other places.Honestly, maybe Honda of Seattle has a different comp plan for sales- but it’s a MUCH better experience! And that’s from a pro like me, honestly.I am very pleased and look forward to working with Honda of Seattle for my future service work - theyre very close to our neighborhood, First Hill and have a shuttle for added convenience.

I bought a 2017 Honda Fit from here in in August of 2020. It is certified pre-owned. They said that it was 100% perfect and I did not need to get it checked by a mechanic. They assured me this was the case and tried to persuade me not to go see a mechanic. Now this summer before the heat wave I found out that my A/C was broken. They sold it to me broken. Luckily the parts department is going to get it fixed for free because its covered by warrantee. But Ive been waiting for a full month for the parts and they have no ETA for me. Apparently the parts are on back order and so I will have to spend the whole summer without A/C. I do not recommend doing business here.

After not having had my car serviced by Honda of Seattle for the last 5 years because of past ineptitude and poor service, I had to bring it in for some recall work. The last service manager refused to repair my cruise control which lags sometimes as far back as 5 mph from where I set it if Im going uphill. It does not recover without assistance from me, nor will it maintain constant speed without me giving it pedal assistance. Apparently this is okay and acceptable functioning for Clayton Burtell, the service manager at the time. As I was very upset with the fact that they would not stand behind their product, he told me, you didnt even buy it here anyway . Great attitude from a guy who supposedly represents Honda, right?!,This time around, Honda service took measurements on my brakes and told me that my front left brake was sitting at 5 mm and wearing unevenly and that the other side was sitting around 8mm. Just for frame of reference, the average brake pad is around 8 to 12mm thick and technicians who work on brakes have very precise measuring instruments with which to measure brake pads. They also wanted to replace my brake fluid. I just had those brakes replaced last year by Les Schwab. They wanted to charge me $260 to perform brake fluid exchange and to sort out my brake pads. I declined the service and went into Les Schwab who told me that the brake pad that Honda had measured at 5 mm was actually close to 8 mm. Additionally the technician showed me photographs of the measurements. The brake fluid was fine and did not need to be replaced either. I left a review of Honda of Seattle several years ago and just wanted to update it - if you want to get screwed and have unnecessary work done on your car, go ahead and step into Honda of Seattle for their service department, Im sure they will happily take your money.Seems kind of funny that even though I let my service representative know about all of this that nobody at Honda of Seattle has reached out to me. Clearly at Honda of Seattle you dont get what you pay for.

I was coming near the end of my 3-year lease of my Honda Accord & was considering changing to a SUV. When I took the Accord in for service, Ottumn and Ramona met with and reviewed all the options for me to consider & also showed me the SUVs available. They were so thorough that I decided that day to change and lease a CRV hybrid. Their service as well as that of other staff was excellent. Ramona has continued to be helpful. Ive had to get basic maintenance done here, as part of my lease, and this most recent trip took two hours and fifteen minutes. The waiting area is clean and they provide charging stations. The mix of the news station on the tv and the pop music from the sales floor is somewhat maddening, so bring headphones. I give Honda of Seattle five stars because they told me exactly how long it would take without sugar coating the times and provided friendly interactions throughout.

Chris Berg was very helpful with my experience of buying a used Civic. As a first-time buyer, it was really nice to have someone who could clearly walk me through the process of getting the best insurance and financing options for me. My wife recently bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Honda of Seattle. I am giving a five star review to Will and Ramon in sales. There was a minor issue that popped up after we took delivery of the car. With any used car, the purchase is As-Is and you generally get what you get. Will and Ramon took care of our issue regardless when they didnt have to. I think this gesture speaks to the integrity of the dealership and of the individuals that work there. Buying used cars can always be sketchy but rest assured Honda of Seattle will treat you with respect and ensure youre satisfied.

With my coworker girlfriend’s referral, I came and leased a brand new blue Honda from Honda of Seattle today. I was so afraid of going to car shop being a female with another female friend of mine thinking I’d have to negotiate pricing and all but Danon personally greeted me at the door and was very helpful and professional. Recently went in to trade in my 2012 CRV and upgraded to a 2020 CRV. Ryan was an incredible salesman! No BS, extremely knowledgable, friendly, and my favorite part - non pushy. The service department at Honda of Seattle can’t even be bothered from their busy schedules to pick up a ringing telephone for incoming calls to schedule service.I tried multiple times to schedule a service. I called at different times, on different days. Ring ring ring. No response. Very unprofessional.I had to drive completely out of my way to Bellevue Honda to get the necessary service for my Accord. Thankfully these folks are prompt, professional, and willing to help.Shame on you, service department at Honda of Seattle.

To start, thank you for reading. Sorry for it being long, I wanted to be thorough enough, without writing a novel about every little gripe we had.My wife was stranded in Seattle, while returning home from our overseas tour. Due to the heat wave that came through, her flights were delayed twice and the airline was was not confident in even being able to fly her out 8 days later, on the date they delayed her to. I still had a couple months overseas so she was put in this situation on her own.We decided to have her buy a car since wed need one anyways and it could get her out of her jam. We thought this dealership seemed good and had cars we were interested in. The experience however left me very displeased and upset I couldnt physically be there.We use USAA and prefer to use them for our loans. Honda of Seattle would not allow that because I wasnt in person to give a wet signature on their local documents even though USAA approved for me co-signing and only requires my wife be there. So right off the bat, this is not a understanding or military friendly establishment; however, it is their house so I must play by their rules. We were able to adapt to our challenge, and decided we could scrape together our savings and buy a car cash. When asking about a car they told us prices are non-negotiable. This is a very typical sales pitch that was so generously ditched when they realized we literally couldnt purchase a car at their firm prices.I also told my wife not to finance through them, and dont give your ssn. I dont know/remember everything about buying a car, but I told her dont let them run your credit. We are using USAA for financing and dont want their best rate (which was .30% more than we were already pre-approved for). When buying the car CASH, they told her the ssn was needed for her purchase. Okay, seems like maybe a legit request, she didnt know. They came back to her with her credit score and left a hard inquiry for at this point literally no reason! This is a dirty move that if I personally was there would loose my mind over. I work extremally hard to provide and keep my credit where it is. I had enough saved up for the car cash and they still put a hit on her credit.The reason they get 2 stars is for the end experience my wife received. Patrick was very intelligent, friendly, and personable. He was the only thing my wife was excited to talk about, while the earlier experience she had with Timur was extremely stressful for her. He came off as abrasive, blunt, and unempathetic when telling my wife she doesnt know how loans work and that hes so experienced she doesnt know what shes talking about. Then followed to tell her nobody in Washington would take her USAA loan because Im not physically there. Which was obviously BS, who doesnt take money from a bank? Even USAA told my wife he was full of it. He then told her she should be grateful for the gift they gave her after I paid $8000 for a 2015 Nissan Vera Note SV with 82,000mi, while the KBB value(which is usually inflated since its owned by autotrader.com) for that region was $6200-$8499 fair price at $7300 with appropriate options and mileage(btw their non- negotiable price was over $9000. Im not upset about the price. That guy, Timur, needs to learn some respect and to treat people with basic human dignity. Just because her man cant physically be there, does not mean its ok to talk down to her. Its 2021. Im worried for any passive personality who gets lied to or swindled by this old school crook.I dont wish for any wrongs to be righted. The experience happened and Im happy to say my wife has wheels to drive her 30 hour drive home and her mom will be flying in to accompany her. Thank goodness she is ok, and I can finally get more than 2 hours of sleep tonight, knowing she is doing better than she was.

We needed a car quickly to take with us up to Alaska and were only in town for a few days. John Huber and Tim Miller were great with getting things sorted and helping us through a process that was a little less than simple with our situation. We were able to get everything sorted and drive off the lot in less than 24 hours with the exact car we were looking for at a fair, no-hassle price. Very clean and professional establishment. I also liked how they werent aggressive with sales tactics like some dealers so at no point did we ever feel pressured to buy. 10/10 would recommend!

Last August, I bought a new 2020 Honda Pilot from Honda of Seattle. Now, Im not the type of person to write a review - in fact, this is my first ever - but my experience was so exceptional that it warranted some recognition.Devin in Sales was always friendly, professional, and easy to work with and he went above and beyond to get me into the exact make/model/color I wanted. I shopped around the Puget Sound area for weeks before my purchase, but I ended up choosing the dealership closest to home in the end.Honda of Seattle had the best price, with no haggling or surprises, a great warranty. I had a very negative experience with a car purchase recently that made me want to get into a different car. I went to Honda of Seattle with little expectations that I would find something that would help me. Bought a Preowned certified Civic from Honda of Seattle back in 2015. Went to trade it in recently and the dealership came back with a car fax that reported my car in an accident before I bought it but it wasn’t reported to car fax until months AFTER I bought the car! Deployed airbags and all and no one caught this during the inspection of the car. Tried to call the dealership to deal with this and they basically told me I was out of luck and to talk to anyone higher up would be a waste of my time. Now am stuck with this car that’s worth half than it should be even though I signed on a preowned certified car with a CLEAN CAR FAX the day I bought it. Honda would not make it right. They should make it right!!!

Update: manager took good care of me. Great follow up on a very stressful situation with a caucasian manager. Happy it got sorted out as customers deserve better...all is well.This is what happened. My reservation was sent to Toyota side.Attendant yelled at me for having a different car.Then a manager chastised me for driving when Im sick (chronic pain and pancreatitis), when I was the one who informed him.And then, when I get triggered he dares to laugh at me.Thank goodness for two younger fellows who helped me the best they could. Hence the inflated two starts. If you have pancreatitis, do not go to Christopher Carlsson (the dark soul doctor) @Swedish First Hill. I was going to look at cars for a trade in. Their loss.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Will was professional, laid back and didn’t try to talk me into anything more than I needed. This was the second time that I’ve bought a new Honda from Honda of Seattle, and the second time I received more than I was expecting for my trade in, plus a better price than I’d anticipated for the car I was buying. If you’ve ever bought a new car, then you know that buying *the car* is only part of the experience. The paperwork and the optional add-on services can be stressful and feel like there’s extra pressure to rack up new expenses on extended warranties and service plans. Again, there was never any pressure at this stage and the salespeople never made me feel dumb for not purchasing all of the extras. Honda of Seattle will be the first place I return when I’m in the market for a new car (though hopefully that’s 10-15 years from now!).

Purchased used Honda Fit. For COVID they take appointments. In meantime I told Ryan what I was looking for and the makes/models of interest. Could review prices and specs at home (and by comparing with kbb and CR) and could see prices reasonable. Convenient to home and work so hoped I could find something there. Wanted to sit in cars before doing too much shopping/comps online. After I saw car and price and Ryan explained their one price way of doing business (know price up front and no haggling) took a test drive and made purchase right away. Great to do business with.
