I researched Alfas on the Alfa USA certified / pre-owned site and found what looked to be the perfect vehicle, I drove the two hours to inspect the 2019 CPO Alfa Giulia they had advertised.Upon arrival I was greeted by both Dale Oakley and Rodrigo De Oliveira. Rodrigo examined my trade, while Dale took me to see the Giulia.Dale had everything ready for me when I arrived, and the car was exactly as described.Rodrigo was very pleasant to deal with, and you can tell both he and Dale are “car enthusiasts”. That always makes the experience more fun in my opinion.The negotiation was very straightforward. I had a good idea of what my trade would be worth, and they did not waste time with offer / counter-offer nonsense. This dealership is awesome! All the team members there were extremely kind and welcoming. Dale Oakley helped me from start to finish. He answered every question I had honestly and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The vibe here is more like a family. Not like other dealerships I went to prior to visiting this Alfa Romeo location . Have had work on my cars done at Alfa Romeo of Seattle for over 20 years. Very professional service and honest people. Recently bought a 2020 Giulia QV from here and absolutely love the car. This is my 3rd Giulia and received what I considered a very fair trade in for my Giulia Ti. Dale Oakley the sales person was excellent to work with.

Great Dealership but very limited parking
I own a 2017 Giulia Q4 sedan purchased at a different dealer. After having less than satisfactory service at the selling dealer, a friend recommended I visit Seattle Alfa Romeo.When I walked into Seattle Alfa Romeo, plus Ferrari and Maserati, I was immediately awed by this amazingly beautiful and impressive facility with a most friendly and professional staff. I talked to MIke, Service Consultant, and discussed my scheduled first year service and several problems with my Giulia. He checked my vehicle on his computer and discovered there was an Alfa recall. I made an appointment. They started on my service in the morning and I got a call at 3pm from Mike saying my car was ready. Besides the 12 month service they solved the two issues my previous dealer was unable to take care of, one handled by the recall software update. My Giulia now runs and handles flawlessly. Top quality service!Every person at this dealer from the receptionist, to the parts manager, to Mike in service and Rachel and MJ in sales were simply great. I will take my Alfa Romeo Giulia to this dealer for all my future service work.I highly recommend Seattle Alfa Romeo for anyone considering a new Giulia or Stelvio and also for all service work. Even the Ferrari Sales mgr stopped by to chat and offered me refreshments. This dealership is one big friendly family. Bill came by to consult with me several times about the ongoing service. With a jump start I was able to get my Giulia into the shop. Once again Bill Busey helped me. They dd a full battery charge plus discovered that the IBS (Intelligent Batter Sensor) was defective and not turning on the alternator which allowed the battery to go dead. Bill explained in detail their definitive diagnosis and that it was all warranty covered. I went to look at Alfa Romeo models here - the staff was extremely helpful! Especially Curtis Pinkleton who answered all of my questions regarding different models, prices etc., went through every single detail of the models I wanted to look at and helped me in making my decision. It was great to work with Curtis on my purchase of Stelvio, and I would recommend everyone to check out the cool inventory they have here (including Ferrari, Maserati).

Great initial experience with dealer, no nonsense and fast transaction with the lease. Love my Giulia Ti sport so far. Its the most exciting car to drive and look at Ive owned, and that is coming from having a long list of performance oriented cars. Hope the experience continues on this way.

The process of buying our Alpha Romeo Giulia actually made for a fun weekend. Pricing was competitive, they were patient with my many questions and they were super pleasurable to talk to. I came in for a test drive from an offer that Amazon gave for a gift card. When I called, I was told that I could just drop by any time. When I arrived, however, I was told that I needed an appointment.Thankfully there was a salesperson available to help. They were great during the drive, but my email correspondence afterwards was disappointing. The language and writing seemed unprofessional (not offensive, just too casual), I got a mysterious calendar invitation for a later date, and they completely stopped responding to me at a certain point.I was interested in Alfa for my next car, but I wont come back to this dealership, even if it means going all the way to Redmond.

Loved the buying experience here! Worked with MJ to special order and purchase a giulia qv. She is great to work with–super straight forward, very transparent, works to get you the best deal, and doesnt try to up sell you on anything. I worked with her over the course of 5 months and was in constant touch with her via txt to find our the status of my order. I am sure shes got several active clients, but you wouldnt know otherwise based on how much attention she dedicates and how quickly she responds. Delivery was super smooth she had every thing setup. Never had a shorter sign and delivery process in my life, probably took 15 mins.
