Had an Awesome Experience with Jeff and Francine. I purchased a 1991 Ford F250 from them. I had it shipped across the Country to my home. Francine was such a pleasure to deal with. I was kept involved throughout the whole process. Paperwork was overnighted. Francine even had to send some a notarized Correction due to the Mass RMV and their outlandish rules. Bought my Honda HRV 2017 about a year ago from Carsmart. I worked with Jeff and Francine who were both easy to work with. Jeff explained that the tires were worn down before I bought it and offered to help me put new tires on before I bought the vehicle. I declined this offer and decided to find a place later on to put on new tires, I just thought it was great that he was so transparent with what I was purchasing. Francine helped me with all of the paperwork, she was friendly and competent with sales. Overall, great experience. I recommend this place to my friends and coworkers.

I picked up a 2009 Nissan Armada from Carsmart Lake City location.(I believe the owners name is Jeff). He has great inventory and amazing prices. Im sure many people will stumble upon the website because of the competitive prices. He is honest with the cars he sells and the whole process was super fast.I wish I came to Jeff for my first car purchase.

Everything was great and super efficient! Francine handled all the paper work and made buying a car painless and saved the trouble from having to make multiple stops. I was able to finance AND got the car registration all in one go. As someone who was purchasing their first car as an adult, I felt comfortable and the verbiage used made the process not so overwhelming. Great place to find a good car, on the inexpensive side. Like any reputable dealer, they allow you to take the car youre interested in to a mechanic you trust for a buyers inspection. I would strongly recommend that just because there is no in-house mechanic shop on the lot. The car I bought was clean and issue-free, and looked almost new, if a bit high on mileage. But thats why it was so inexpensive, and well worth it.

I bought a car from these two at the beginning of January and it was a great interaction to start the new year with. These people really care. Yeah theyll sell you car but youll also leave with tips, plant starters, and their phone number! They are not the type to leave you in the dust after a sale. I 10/10 recommend.

Didn’t tell me about any of the actual problems with the car before I bought it. Then tried to overcharge me for the issue when I attempted to get it fixed and had to go to another mechanic. Bad service.

I got my 1997 Toyota Rav4 from Carsmart about a year ago and I honestly couldnt be happier with it. It wasnt even broken in when I first got it and was in great shape inside and out. First time buying from a dealer so of course I go in cautious and uncertain so as to not get a lemon car. I wasnt pressured into buying anything and was treated professionally. Back hatch door didnt work but Jeff wrote a note to have it fixed for no charge. Not only did they replace the part, they gave me a light that went out at no charge. Good customer service from both Jeffs. I would buy another car from these guys.

Should have done this review much sooner, but I bought an older car at a great price from these guys a couple years ago and even though we had some unexpected issues with the starter giving out within a week of the purchase, they got the part replaced and took care of it entirely. I even got a ride home as it was late in the evening.It may be impossible to guarantee that nothing will go wrong on any particular car, but their service to me was top notch, if I ever have to buy a used car again, theyll be the first place I check.

I bought a 2003 Ford focus from these guys for my daughter who is driving over pass for college. Right from the start the sale guy was honest. He advised me that the ford was a better deal for the money. They had put a new timing-belt on it. 3 weeks after buying car timing-belt had another problem. With in 5 day had it diagnosed. Carsmart covered the fix and the tow for me. I have never received exceptional customer service from any other used car dealers. My son will be driving in a year and I plan to purchase another car from Carsmart. Thanks Carsmarts for making a bad situation right.

I bought a car the last year, and I have not had trouble with this one. Also, people are so friendly here.

I would never go back to this place! Took 10mins for someone to come and then I asked how much a car was and then asked if I could drive and he said why you dont have the money (which was not the case) but I stilled end up paying cash out for the car and he said something like oh you must had a good taxes return and then asked me how much I had left after buying the car. Very very unprofessional.

I bought my car a year and a half ago and they offered me a 10% discount if I paid in cash, I realized two days later that the discount had not been done I went to claim my discount and they were ignored, after a year and a half has had to take my car 3 times to the mechanic for problems in the car, terrible service, I would never return to this place!
