Start to finish Ferrari of Seattle was a pleasure to work with when ordering my first Ferrari. Darion Kalegi was my sales associate and I would strongly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Ferrari (or any of the other wonderful cars at the dealership). Being a young guy, Im used to walking into a dealership and getting the cold shoulder, but that did not happen here. Darion was inviting and easy to work with. He was happy to show what Ferrari had to offer that would be of interest to me. He asked what kind of driving I liked, and what I was after in a car. He didnt waste my time showing me cars that wouldnt meet what I was interested in. I was able to test drive a couple cars they had in inventory to get a feel for the cars, and see what I liked and didnt like about each one. In the end I settled on an 812 SuperFast and I couldnt be happier. I was able to configure the car exactly how I would like there at the dealership. Darion made sure to also point out special options that arent shown on their very advanced configurator that could be of interest to me. The configurator at the dealer is vastly more in-depth than whats available on their website. After I configured it they were totally cool with me taking another week or 2 to full decide on the car and the spec. Making a couple changes to the specification after the initial configuration was easy. Placing the order was as simple as signing a couple documents and paying the deposit. Darion was good about passing along updates from Ferrari regarding the production status of the vehicle. Arranging for air freight for the car to the dealer was also a breeze. After the car showed up, they did their initial inspection quickly and made nearly all the paperwork available to e-sign. After an in person delivery at a location of my choosing I was able to quickly sign 2 little documents and the car was now mine. I cant wait to put as many miles as possible on my new Ferrari 812 SuperFast. Thank you Darion and Ferrari of Seattle for helping make my car dream come true.

From the President down to Service Department, they treat all customers first class. Very attentive to detail and customer wishes with a service oriented model, No pressure sales at all. Newly remodeled it’s very clean and elegant looking inside, even the waiting area is very nice, cozy and equipped with variety of reading items to pass time away. We have never had an issue with purchase, parts or maintenance they take the time and care to treat you first class.

I waited almost a month for my appointment to have my Ferrari serviced, once I brought it in my car was there for two weeks and never received a call. I finally called for the second time for them to tell me that they won’t be able to touch my car for another 2-3weeks. Frustrated, I ended up pulling my car out and I was charged $400 pretty much for nothing. Customer service is not a thing here. Will never bring my cars back here.

These guys are 10/10 and a rare find in the industry. My modern classic Ferrari had some wiring issues which a Ferrari of Vancouver, Canada refused to and frankly didnt have the expertise to resolve. I spoke to Erik the service manager which was a complete class act throughout the process, their Ferrari wiz Nick brought my old Ferrari back to its former glory, so glad I took a chance taking my car to Ferrari of Seattle. Any Canadian customers looking for a Ferrari wiz dont hesitate taking your car here, its worth the trip.

We just completed the purchase and delivery of a new Levante. From ordering to delivery our experience with Eric Apple was 5 star and amazing. He was great at keeping us updated on the cars status and even tracked down a giant bow for delivery since it was my wifes birthday. I recently purchased a used Porsche from Ferrari of Seattle and had a very pleasant buying experience. Salesman Eric Apple was attentive to my questions and requests, going so far as to take numerous pictures of the vehicle before the pre-purchased inspection (that they facilitated), after the actual purchase and during the loading up of the vehicle for its journey across the country. He also made himself available to speak at off hours and accurately described the vehicle in all dealings rather than trying to sell me a bill of goods. Most importantly, we were able to negotiate a fair price without low balling/high balling each other and engaging in the types of games I have experienced with other dealerships. In all, i would recommend Ferrari of Seattle and think they buck the trend of what many people think they will get when dealing with a Ferrari franchise dealership. Although I didnt purchase a Ferrari, i was treated as if i did. They earned the five-star review.

You can see (and buy) the most exotic cars in the city. I mean, a Ferrari is not something you see every day. However when I was checking out the cars, I got too close and it started an annoying alarm that went on until the manager turned it off. This happened again, so with the people giving me the evil eye, I kicked myself out.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at this dealership. I live 3 hours away and found a car in their inventory that I was interested in. I submitted a request for more information on the car and I was given a call by Darion Kalegi, one of their sales team. He was able to send me more information about the car and set up a convenient time for me to meet with him and see the car. I was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived and was treated throughout the whole process with kindness and with dignity. The car was exactly as Darion had told me — even exceeded my wildest imagination. I custom ordered a new 488 Spider last year in October 2016 and took delivery in May 2017. Jordan Fisher was absolutely brilliant and helped me through the process of specking out the perfect car to making sure paperwork and delivery took less than 20 minutes once it was ready for collection. I can recommend Jordan and Ferrari of Seattle to anyone who is considering investing in a Ferrari. In short, its an excellent experience.

Made a new car purchase this weekend at Maserati of Seattle. Great experience from the sale with Eric thru the paperwork with Royce. All other employees were helpful and considerate to all of our familys needs during the process. It took us 3 visits and a lot of help from Eric before buying but I feel really happy and secure with our decision to purchase here. To my surprise, I bought another Ferrari from Ferrari of Seattle already! I went from planning on 1 Ferrari in 2017 to 3 (currently waiting for the third one). Since Im only able to keep one at a time, I traded the one I bought 2 months ago in. Jordan, once again, was a great partner in this experience and we were able to arrive at a deal that Im happy with. The deal happened very quickly and Ferrari of Seattle didnt have much time to get my new car ready. I bought a Ferrari California from this dealership recently all the way from NC. My Salesperson was Darion Kalegi. I cant say enough positive things about Darion and this dealership. When you buy a car from so far away you have to put a lot of trust in who you are dealing with. Darion was first class all the way...always very responsive and polite. He bent over backwards to do the right thing at all times...very customer focused. I was so pleases with the car when I received it. It was a 9 out of 10 cosmetically like Darion promised. There were a couple issues that reared up with the engine however but Darion and the Ferrari Seattle team stepped up and took care of them right away. If you are in the market for a Ferrari these guys are easy to deal with, honest and first class. Ask for Darion you wont be disappointed.

I cannot give Ferrari of Seattle and my sales associate Eric Apple anything less than 5 stars. I recently purchased a 1988 Ferrari 328 GTS. I was initially hesitant to purchase such an old car given the potential for significant mechanical problems and the high cost of repair. When I contacted Ferrari of Seattle, Eric Apple responded in a timely manner. We talked about the car over the phone and he was very up front about the condition (especially the imperfections) of the car and what service was performed. I decided to see the car in person a few weeks later and I found the car to be exactly as described.After some though I decided to purchase the car. However, there were some concerns I had. First, I did not live in the area and needed the car shipped. Second, I was leaving town and could not take delivery for 3 weeks. This is were the dealership and Eric distinguished themselves from other car dealers I have worked with in the past. AFTER I purchased the car, I found the service continued to be excellent if not better. The car was stored for me till I returned and all the shipping was co-ordinated so there was not follow up needed on my part. Eric kept me up to date on the cars pick up date and expected delivery. When I needed to email Eric questions about the out of state buying process, I would receive a response within a hour.I am very happy with the buying exeprience at Ferrari of Seattle. I was extremely impressed by the honesty and transparency they demonstrated during the buying process. I am even more impressed with the customer service I received after I had purchased the car. If I ever have the chance to purchase another Ferrari, I would not hesitate to buy it from Eric Apple at Ferrari of Seattle.

I recently took delivery of a new 488 GTB and my experience with Ferrari of Seattle, and my salesman Jordan Fisher, was very positive. My son and I met with Jordan in May of last year to configure the 488 GTB details. Jordan demonstrated how the features appeared using the large screen simulation tool and also features available on vehicles at the dealership. After the order was placed, Jordan stayed in touch via emails and phone calls to provide status of the order.Finally, in March of this year (2017), my new Ferrari was delivered to Ferrari of Seattle. Jordan took the time to communicate the process of inspection, preparation and finally delivery to the client. I am very pleased.

I went there for warranty repair for my 2014 Ghibli, they told me everything will be FREE, at last they GIVE ME A 3000$ BILL, saying that they did 20 HRS ON INSPECTION which is not free, without any announcement ahead. The service manager is very impatient and threaten me if I don`t pay they will hold the car and charge me 100$ additionally per day!!!

Went to buy a watch and other swag. Was told they couldnt help me until Monday. Wasted trip. Didnt know they only sold items on certain days. So disappointed.

Today, I drove my Audi to this car dealer to buy oil for my Bentley, but the staff didnt want to talk to me and answer my questions casually. Ill never come to this car dealer again.
