Between Mountain Hardware and Patagonia here in Seattle Im never short of high quality, high end and environmentally aware outerwear retail companies to purchase my outerwear, knowing there is always a lifetime warranty and/or repair service available. This store in particular is always meticulously organized, stocked and displaying the seasons latest and greatest essentials...In addition the sheer volume of amazing accoutrements and outdoor accessories that are available throughout the store is nothing short of tempting and fascinating for the modern urban shopper who thought he had everything..Enjoy the over-the-top customer service while they answer your questions and lend whatever Level of product education youre seeking.

Very helpful stuff, great place to try different sizes. The store might not have all the colours available, however, once you figure out the size, its easy to order online. I wish they had such a store in Vancouver!

The Mountain Hardware location in Seattle, Wa. seems to have had the best selection of clothes for the active outdoors individual to layer w/ throughout the various parts of each Season that are better quality, longer- lasting,an reliable when in the Nature of Adventure of the Pacific NW territories, comparable to its sister company Columbia Sportwear or Northface for reliability.TheRealI nternetMan😎

Very customer friendly and great staff, especially Mary!! I got just the RIGHT amount of attention/help needed throughout my visit - not always behind but there when needed, when I was trying out a jacket sheve voluntarily stepped up and helped me with the adjustable-ties for me to feel the look and fit of it - which I liked/bought. They take an extra step to make sure of a Great customer service, I really appreciate it!!

Had a situation last weekend and thought I would have to wait until Monday to call someone to fix it. I m now glad I decided to check the internet. I found their number and called just in case they were open on Sundays, and they were. Awesome!

Seattle-based, great clothing quality and top-notch customer service. I love their policy to make any repairs possible, rather than replacing gear. That makes me their loyal customer.

Nice staff, clean store though somewhat small, I think all pricing was at MSRP.Only 4 stars because they do not have the full Mountain Hardwear line in store. I drove over an hour each way and had to paid for parking just to find out they didnt carry the jacket that I was looking for...bummer.But if I was in the area again and already parked I would stop in.Parking here was pretty miserable, expect to pay $5.00 per half hour.

Bought a jacket on vacation that tore after one hour and they refused to refund my money. Had to ship it to them at my own expense. Had to get my credit card company to charge it back to get my money back. If I could give zero starts I would.

Reasonable selection of gear, a bit on the price side (as all mountain hardwear gear is), tough parking.

The luxury version of the columbia store next-door, complete with high-intensity salesmen (probably the best of the best from columbia) to close the deal (but still reasonably friendly). Went in wanting a specific product, found it 50% clearance discount cause the style is about to change (and got a less-popular color).
