The staff at The North face store at U Village is top notch! There was a mix up with a backpack order to their store and they took care of it efficiently and promptly with just the most phenomenal customer service. The floor sales staff is attentive but not overly pushy and they really know The North Face in and out and make shopping so easy with their thoughtful suggestions. I usually dont take the time to write reviews for larger companies but I just had to give a shout out to them because they are deserving of it. Im looking forward to my order. Make sure you sign up for their XPLR pass. Its definitely worth it.

A not too old pair of boots cracked right before a big trip and I had no time to shop. Jeff, the store manager, was amazing in helping me find what I needed in record time.NorthFace is a big company, but it is only as good as it’s employees. Jeff did a fantastic job and went out of his way to be helpful. I highly recommend this store (and the brand too).

Whats not to love? Too much cool stuff, great customer service, and an awesome warranty. I came here a decade ago to see if I could PAY to have the zipper on my (at that time) TWENTY + year old down TNF sleeping bag repaired. Not only did they take it in, ship it off for repair (replacement of the zipper) at no cost - and a beefier/improved zipper at that, but they also washed the bag, and re-stuffed it with at least 3/4 of a pound of fresh feathers. Talk about getting your moneys worth. I like me some Arcteryx gear too, but they get stiff competition from the O.G. of outdoor wear - The North Face.

This is truly one of the best store managers I have ever met He greeted us at the door and was incredibly professional and safe. He worked with a great deal of limitations including diminished supply and long waits and handled everything with ease. Truly impressed with him!

I like their store sales. They have two huge sales. One in the spring/summer and the other one is fall/winter. They currently have 40% off. I like that this store features two artists. Though the artists are not local in the PNW, it is still cool that Northface features them.

I keep coming back here because the staff is so great. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful. Can’t say enough good things about this location.

I recently received a bag pack as a gift and it was 31 liter. Without a receipt I wondered if the folks at Retail store would exchange it with a 40 liter backpack. The store manager and staff were very cordial and accommodating. I was welcomed and was able to exchange with the larger backpack paying the difference. My 5 star to the staff and North Face policies.

The product quality is phenomenal but the first two employees I tried to gather their attention but they were so focused on a conversation between each other they didnt even acknowledge I wanted help. The gentleman behind the counter was fantastic though and really helped me find what I needed

Stopped in and traded in a sweatshirt that was gifted and too large for a couple of t-shirts and a new ballcap on Tuesday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sad to report that Ive somehow already lost said ballcap, but am very appreciative of the willingness to honor a trade-in and the help I received!

The North Face has good jackets, but the staff at this location were rude. I was trying to look at and raincoat, and one of the clerks was hovering nearby and was being very curt about me trying on the jacket. She seemed to think I was trying to steal. I probably would have bought the raincoat if the staff wasnt so suspicious of me.

Great service! Non-commission sales staff, limited product in store but great place to get your right size before ordering. Recommend ordering in store or on their website, be cautious of north face stuff that not really theirs from other online sites.

Pretty standard brand store. Do not expect to see entire collection, and dont expect to have professional advice on how to and where to use their clothing (yes, clothing only are in store). I suggest to go REI or similar store for serious stuff (where NF are always in stock)

Feels stuffy to me. I came in and was ready to buy. They werent busy but the attention I got was below sub-par. They showed me a rack of jackets and walked away. I wasnt wearing trendy expensive clothes and felt as though I was not given the same attention that others in the store who fit the U-Village demographics were. Might as well order online and save yourself the trip and aggravation.
