Visited at 3pm 10/23Cashier was incredibly kind and professional. She made my exchange smoothly!

Really wide variety of activities covered. Decent exercise/yoga mat selection, somewhat limited golf disc selection. Little pricey. Everyone was really helpful

I just went to shop in this store today. The selection is so limited. I was wearing my mask, just pulled my mask down for a second and had a bite of my cookie, there was a young slim blonde guy working there, he was fallowing me every step. He was so rude, and said get out from the store, instead of asking me nicely please keep your mask all the times in the store. I wanted to talk to the manager, he even lied to me and said he was the manager. I will never go back to that store. I wish I could give it a 0 for review.

Instead of greeting customers the staff says “Do you have a mask?” If you’re keeping up with the CDC guidelines, they said masks are not mandatory. Do you really think demanding useless masks will attract more customers and help your business? Forget you and your mask policy! I’ll go shopping to Cabella’s and Sportsman warehouse. Keep treating customers like that that and it’ll be another Big5 closing its doors forever.

No help unless you ask and then you get attitude. Not like the old days.

Unhelpful staff. Terrible merchandising- tall store employee couldnt even reach the item I wanted to price check. I asked the manager if they had any fleece gloves for men and where in the store are they located... His reply, I sh*t you not: We havent had any of those in for like 3 years now. Nobody really wears them anymore..I proceeded to find them after searching all over that pisspoor example of outdoor retail.

Terrible experience here. The store was destroyed and clothing and gear was all over the place. There was one employee on the floor and they didn’t know how to run the register. There was a line of customers who began leaving because there was no employees who could assist and ring them up.

I came in to look for weights to strengthen my core (past back injury) and the older manager sent a young man to watch me, he was helpful and agreed on the weights I had picked out. I came to the register and there were coolers in the way so you had to bend over with your weight to put it on the counter)there was plexiglass as well, and we were all masked) i paid and guy just left my reciept on the counter and looked away. No thank you or anything. It was just really weird. I wont be coming back.

Came in to get a discover pass and the person was super helpful and fast. Will definitely come back!

The store is pretty small, so options are limited. Not a great selection of camping equipment. There was also a man near the front of the store who was actively stealing. I felt bad for the cashier who clearly could not do anything about it. The cashier was very friendly, though and was doing a good job.

Bummed they dont sell ammo anymore (by law I guess) but they have solid sport equipment. Id hit this place maybe 2nd or 3rd during the zombie outbreak.

Very friendly and helpful place had some returns they had no issue returning plus were very helpful. I come to the store quite often they usually have what Im looking for and its a friendly environment.

Been shop at Big 5 for years now. One of the best places to come shop at during the holidays low key. They have some great deals during that time. Spent well a little over $300 and got so many gifts for the family. Stopped my for a bow and arrow set for my daughter. Shes so loving it right now!

My son was at this store this afternoon and the sales person followed him around the store asking him if he was ready. My son told him he was still shopping and the sales person was rude and continued to followed him. Perhaps because he is Latino. This was done by the store manager who himself is of indian origin. This guy needs major sales and customer service training.

Got a good deal on hiking boots. Store isnt super large but had a fairly good selection. Was here on Black Friday but there wasnt a lot of business. Lots of staff ready to provide help.

Although the store is fairly small, the merchandise they have for sell is very diverse. The staff there were very helpful. Instead of just pointing me in the direction of where I could find the item I was looking for, they personaly helped me look. Then when we were unable to find the correct size, he called around to the other Big 5s in the surrounding area to find it. I really appreciate Connor (the young man who helped me) for doing that. He was very friendly and professional.

No sale items

The manager was super mean. He thought he saw me “dumpster diving” and refused to let me in the store. I make up cycled furniture out of pallets, I’m not whatever riff raff he thought I was. Very rude.

Ive shopped here many time,s. The saving,s and good service help,s to. As we see big supper stores crush the life out of smaller one,s we all lose the freedom to shop and feel good about helping the little store,s in our mist.

Tadd the manager is such a wealth of knowledge. The man helped me with all my questions and broke down the reasons why certain products are better than others. What an amazing guy. Thanks for all the assistance.

Amazing store with a lot of variety of products. Never disapointing. The best product I found was a fabric sleeping bag for the home.

Decent selection. Every time I go in there I get tons of attention as I walk in because they act like I’m going to shoplift. Yet when I want help with shoes I’m treated like I’m inconveniencing them. Not a fan of the store, my experience.

Great Experience at this particular Big 5. They had a large selection of Soccer Cleats and allowed my teammate and I to take all the time we needed to find exactly what we wanted. Plus, all returns as long as you have the receipt are exchangeable for anything in the store or they will give you cash even if you made the purchase with a Card. Big ups to this Big 5!

Based simply on customer service they were awful. Were too busy straightening things (3 of them) to help me find tiki torch fluid. Completely unhelpful. More concerned with the way they looked than their customer service. It was totally dead, we were the only customers and they had several hours before closing.

Best place to buy inexpensive running shoes, $20 to $100 and lots of sizes. The help is much better than the high priced sports stores

Selection was really limited. We wound up going to another sporting goods store to get what we needed.

Knives are good here

I visited this store to buy a stationary bike & couldnt resist returning to shop for more items. Good prices & really good quality products, excellent salespeople.

I bought three pairs of shoes for my boyfriend and I went in to do an exchange for a bigger size. Never worn. Still in boxes. Had a receipt. NEXT DAY. Assistant manager EJ said he could not do the exchange. He said that the computer denied it. Before all this my boyfriend and I spent at least an hour and a half picking out shoes that actually fit. Imagine the disappointment. EJ told me to call customer service but never gave me the number and I had to look it up. NEVER WILL I SHOP HERE. Beware purchases might be final.

Manager helped me find camping supplies I needed and he was patient with my questions. Big 5 has many sale items that are cheaper and better brands than other larger stores. Will be back for more.

Nobody mentioned a single word about the new Seattle gun tax at the first visit for my first gun. A few days later, my background check was cleared and I was called in for the purchase. Still nobody say any single word about $25 on the receipt until my sense told me the total cost was not match. Then the cashier started to explain to me the new gun tax. I felt they just tried to hide and hoped I didnt pay attention. It was not a happy purchase at this place and I should have selected Bothell or other stores.

Good situation overall my experience at Big 5 Sporting Goods went well I needed to return a few items after Christmas and this was easily done with good customer service overall Big 5 Sporting Goods always offers a good array of quality knives and thats one of the major reasons that I shop at Big 5 got a great knife this year thanks guys
