Great to be able to find this bike rental, especially with the slim pickings on bike rentals these days due to supply chain issues. Would have loved a carbon frame with a little nicer components, but this definitely did the job for a longer day of riding. Price + convenience + communication from the shop were top-notch!

I rented a bike during a vacation trip to Seattle, and was extremely happy with the bike / service provided by Pedal Anywhere. The delivery and pick-up service is outstanding- it saved me needing to rent a car to transport the bike, and left me more time to enjoy my vacation. They also delivered the bike with my preferred pedals installed, and included a helmet and lock so I could ride right away. I will absolutely rent from Pedal Anywhere again the next time I visit Seattle.

My husband and I rented two hybrid bikes on our recent trip to Seattle. We normally bike everywhere at home, but couldn’t bring our bikes along since we flew. We were in Seattle for several days just touring around, checking out Seattle’s many parks, breweries, eateries and attending some music. After spending the two previous days on foot, putting in something like 10 miles/day, it was soooo refreshing to have bikes! The city is REALLY well set up for bikes. Even not being super familiar with Seattle, we had no trouble navigating the many bike trails and bike lanes. The rental was super quick, the gentleman that assisted us was ready right when we arrived and made himself available by phone if we needed anything throughout the day, he gave us helpful tips on getting around, and the return was easy. Also, the bikes were well tuned and performed great even on the many hills. Rental came with easy to use and reliable Ulocks and helmets. Would totally do this again next time we’re in town!

Impossible to get ahold of anyone to answer my questions about selecting a bike. No one answered the phone. Greeting tells you to leave a message but voicemail is full. No reply to my emails. I emailed and called weeks in advance. Rental durations inconsistent across bike types. Hybrid was adequate. Hated the combination u-lock. Would have rather had a key. Also found it odd that I was prompted to get insurance. Ive never been asked that by a bike rental agency before.

Bikes were in very good condition and were dropped off on-time. We were able to leave bikes locked to post in front of our Airbnb in the morning for pickup which was very convenient. They were prompt to respond to my questions.

Horrible experience, no communication at all - highly recommend going to a bike company anywhere but in seattle(Redmond has much better bike shops). I booked two bikes for memorial day weekend at 9am and received an email the morning of that the bikes would be delayed until 11am. At 12pm, I tried contacting them again through email/phone, but received no response.I understand that memorial day weekend can be busy and that issues arrive with bike returns from other customers. However, the very least this bike shop could have done is reply with a text message. They completed ghosted us and clearly do not care about their customers. Find a different bike shop.

I had a great experience with Pedal Anywhere when renting a touring bike for a weekend excursion. It arrived right on time as promised, and communication with them was easy. I had an issue with a flat tire the night before we left, and with very little notice, Pedal Anywhere graciously came by early in the morning with a new tire to swap it out before we left on our trip. Would recommend this company for your bike rental needs!

Pick up and drop off was easy, road bike was just like my one at home. Took it 60 miles on the Lake Washington Loop with no issues.

I was visiting Seattle on an impromptu trip and was looking online to find any easy-to-rent bikes... and Pedal Anywhere was the perfect place! It was so easy to reserve and pick up a road bike (Fuji), and everything went as planned all the way up to returning the bike. They provide you with a map, a bike lock, and helmet along with the reservation too! If I need to rent a bike again, I am definitely coming back here.

Rented a hybrid bike to ride the Burke Gilman trail and explore parts of Seattle. Great bike, on time delivery. Put about 45 miles on the bike without any issues. Rental includes a helmet and lock. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seattle that wants to explore the city.

I have rented several times from Pedal Anywhere from both Downtown Seattle and Bellevue. The bikes have always been exactly as expected and drop off and pickup have been very punctual. I won’t rent anywhere else - it doesn’t get better than this level of service.

Pedal Anywhere hooked it up!! I did a bike tour from Seattle to LA and rented a Fuji touring bike in perfect shape as well as panniers, insurance, and a repair kit. Not only did it last nearly 1700 miles, it also didnt require any repairs or adjustments at all! For the bike tourists out there, yall know that is a huge feat. Sending it back was simple. Before getting on my flight I dropped it off at the Amtrack station and shipped it back up the coast. Could not recommend Pedal Anywhere higher for all people interested in doing bike tours, but are weary of the steep entry cost or flying with a bike. Thanks again!!!

I emailed with a bunch of questions prior to booking online and they were super responsive every time. Once we made a reservation we picked up our bikes at their Eastlake Ave location, which was two doors north from the Bike Swift bike shop. Their shop signage was a little hard to spot but we found them. The bikes were in good shape and well maintained as well as the helmets. Pick up was a breeze and so was drop off. I would definitely recommend them!

My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding and wanted to make sure we didnt miss getting a long ride in. Always a challenge when youre traveling, but especially so during a jam-packed wedding weekend.Pedal Anywhere came up in my Google search and it sounded too good to be true - a selection of bikes in our sizes at very reasonable rates plus free delivery. Helmets, locks, and your choice of pedals are included, and they also have reasonable options for panniers, bottles, repair kits, damage waiver, roadside assistance, and theft insurance. We selected the type of pedals we both normally use (SPD and SPD-SL), and all we had to worry about was packing our cycling shoes and bottles.The delivery was the best part since we werent totally sure when we would have free time to ride. We made a 24 hour reservation and had the bikes delivered Saturday, hoping we would get our ride in that day. An employee delivered the bikes on a cart behind his own bike, met me, completed the payment and locked them up for us outside our hotel. We didnt actually get to ride until the following morning but that still worked out perfectly for us since the bikes were already delivered and locked up outside. We got our ride in, saw the sights around the city, then locked the bikes up outside our hotel and they came and got them. It couldnt have been easier.

Great service, convenient and good price. Came to Seattle for a conference and had a good quality hybrid bike delivered to and picked up from my hotel. Bike came with a lock, helmet and bike map... everything that I needed. Rode about 100 miles on some great trails and protected bike lanes. Great value. Very satisfied.

Pedal’s staff was super nice and accommodating. They had a bike ready to go when I arrived, helped me figure out a couple route questions I had for my ride, and got me riding in a jiff.

I love this business! They will deliver a bike to you on a bike, not car. I was really close to their office so I opted to pick it up instead, a nice option so I could select a good fit. They will provide you with a helmet, quality lock, map, and even water bottle. Optional insurance option too. I was able to rent a very nice bike for 3 days for a really fair price. Definitely recommend!!
