The employees were so sweet and helpful. I went for my first time ever, Ive been missing out! They wished me happy birthday and made my day wonderful. The service was fast, the food amazing, and the store was very clean. Cant wait to go back!

I really did not like their bagel at all! The person who made applied hardly any avocado on half of the bagels I ordered, it was not toasted properly with too hard on one side and too chewy on the other. They did not even applied onions as written in the item description. I applied some cream cheese in case if it improved the taste but nope! And there it is in the trash. Food wasted. If you don’t want to cook and serve properly then please don’t be in this business!

Came here for my bday free sandwich. The employee was so helpful, warm and nice. I was served with patience and kindness, on top of the amazing food. Will definitely come back to support their business!

This location is bomb dot com and I just cannot not rave about how friendly the staff is here at Westlake. I dont know what they do during the hiring process but literally every employee there is so into it and I love it! With every visit, the greet me with a smile and pretty much hit every order with perfection. Yes, they slip up once in a while putting the wrong cream cheese on the bagel (with large orders) but Im not concerned about it at all as theyre so eager to fix it but I often ask them not to fix it because all their shmears are yummy regardless! Everything is fresh with tons of bagel sammies to choose from and you can pretty much customize any order. Great for office!

Thought the bagel tasted pretty good and at a decent price. Couple of issues though… first of all, seems like this place isn’t very well managed. The whole experience of getting my food felt pretty convoluted (order incorrectly taken, took a while to get the food, bagel was sent out way before my coffee and was sort of just left waiting for a coffee for a while, no napkins in the bag, etc). Maybe I just caught them on an off day…

The guy was incredibly nice, and was super helpful on helping us choose, as we have never been before. Ordered the farmhouse and was just as happy with the order as the service! I am super excited to get to enjoy this place again! Prices were also GREAT!!! Super inexpensive! I am now an Einstein Bagel loyal customer!

Extremely delicious bagels!

Walked into a confusing sh*t show, at least 5 employees behind the counter yet none of them bothered to greet me, offer to take my order, or even let me know theyd be with me when they could. Not exactly sure what everyone was doing, as I was only one of three customers in the store. After about 2 minutes of being ignored I walked out and got my bagel at Whole Foods across the street. (Cheaper there too) So I wont ever be returning to this location, Boo.

The best breakfast spot!! Great coffee and pretty much anyway you can imagine wanting on a bagel. Loved it!!!

Still confused by my experience here yesterday. Ordered a simple bagel and cream cheese and it took 6 employees 35 minutes to make it. Checked in several times about the hold up and finally asked them to just hand me a bagel so I could leave. No one seems to be leading the group working, and online orders were prioritized leaving 10-15 people in the store all waiting 30+ minutes. Wild.

Good coffee, cold better than hot (They add too much sugar). The bagels are more like burgers, kinda unhealthy and fatty. Good taste.

Chai and bagels were okay but nothing special. Service is terrible though. I ordered on their app and waited about 20 minutes but they never put my order on their order-ahead pickup area. I asked them about my order and they were basically like oh oops your bagel is done but has been sitting here behind the counter. I guess they forgot about it? It wasnt even warm when I got it. They also hadnt even made my drink yet at that point, so I guess they forgot about that too. In total it took them ~25 minutes to toast a bagel, put cream cheese on it, and brew a tea. How disappointing.

While this einstein location lives up to the quality weve come to expect from Einstein Bagels. I found the location severely understaffed. 2 employees trying to handle a deluge of bagel-seekers with a 20 min backlog. I ended up taking a small walk to pass the time, and they had given away my order to somebody else. I claimed a refund and walked away. Dont want to blame the staff who were trying to do the best they can, but honestly the company could hire people to better their customer experience.

Service was very good, but bagel was a super cakey and lacked bagel texture. Still in the hunt for a great bagel in Seattle.

Order was not correct but since there was no inside dining it wasnt realized until we were out of the restaurant. They did not wrap the toaster bagels individually and just tossed then in the bag resulting in butter leaking everywhere.

They have some delicious breakfast sandwiches. I love the Chorizo Avocado Sunrise, especially with onion bagel or green chili bagel. They have a wide variety of bagels, so it’s fun to try them all even with an otherwise same sandwich and see how the flavor profile of the overall sandwich changes. The first time I went there I wasn’t carrying a card and was hoping they would accept Apple Pay. Unfortunately they don’t accept Apple Pay but as soon as I turned around to walk out one of the associates (probably the store manager) asked me to place the order with them anyway. I thought that was a very nice gesture. I obviously went back to pay them the next morning (and bought another delicious sandwich) but it saved me from having to make a trip back home to get my wallet on that day.

Definitely a good bagel. A little more dough and mass than a traditional New York style bagel, but still flavourful. The cream cheese selection is decent, however, I would love to see some more savoury flavours like perhaps dill, feta, etc. Still highly recommended.

One of the better Einstein chains Ive been to. Employees are always friendly and the drip coffee is always delicious.(By the way, you honestly cant compare a bagel chain to a coffee shop, theyre two entirely different things.)Sandwiches are usually consistent, but always delicious!

I love their 🥯 Bagels!! I am very partial to potatoes and love their potato bagel and potato rolls. I’ve tried some of their other bagels - onion, cheddar, chili and a chocolate flavored one. I like to pair them with their signature cream cheese spreads. And they’re all delicious!! This makes for a quick breakfast! When work from home wasn’t this big, I’d often pick up bagels from here for breakfast!

Recently moved to the area and tried this place three days in one week as I was really hoping to make this my morning breakfast stop. First day, I tried the Bagelrito and it was inedible due to the paper packaging sticking to it like glue. Second day I tried a bagel with cream cheese and it was burnt so bad it was also indelible. Third day I tried this place I got the turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel and although edible, was just not that good. Sorry to say, I won’t be trying this place again. 😤

Best bagel shop EVER. A cheese and hashbrowns bagel...???!!! Then use that to make a loaded breakfast sandwich...insanely delicious. Turkey, bacon and avocado just as good. Highly recommend.And the women that worked there were so friendly!

Worst experience Ive ever had. The customer service was HORRIBLE. IAN and the female working this morning have so much attitude that they should not be working at a customer service based store. As soon as we walked in Ian was rude and while ordering was rude. After 20 minutes of waiting for 2 bagel sandwiches I said something after 3 other people got orders before us when we arrived earlier then them. The female basically threw my bagles over the counter at me and said here bye now with so much attitude I wanted to throw them back in her face. Worst experience. I will NOT be returning.

Einstein is always solid. We got the lox bagel and the breakfast bagel. The location is nice and fast.

Good place, although a corporate feel. The bacon, cheese, egg croissant was really tasty and the caramel latte with pretty good. The chai tea latte was better. It didnt feel as cozy or inviting as some other mom and pops coffee shops. I gave a bump on the stars because the service was good and the staff was friendly. The store itself offered many different selections of food and drink.

I got bagels for the team as well as a carton of coffee. They have pre selected version or you choose your own selections with a few spread. Its pretty convenient for the area. I parked on the street since its still free at that t hours.Will definitely stop by there again when its my turn.Also helpful and friendly staff at a very early time too! They actually open earlier than the listed hours (I went 15 minutes early)

Every single time I come to this location (Westlake) I have a pleasant experience. They have so many choices of delicious bagels with great toppings. The guy with the long hair...is amazing! He does his best to remember your typical order and your name. Each employee is exceptionally nice. I typically get the original bagel with honey!!! Amazing!! You will definitely enjoy this location!

This is my go to place for office treats. I visit frequently and love that I can always grab to go boxes quickly. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The store is always clean and well maintained. The coffee is always delicious.

Service was fine. Food was fine. The dining area, however, was wanting. Not terribly pleasant for someone looking to plop down on a laptop for a couple of hours.

Great place for breakfast. Variety of bagels, including pumpkin, chocolate chip and my favorite, cranberry. Its delicious with peanut butter or with eggs and bacon. It is worth the walk for me to come here.

I get a six cheese bagel here every morning before work. The bagels are delicious, and the staff are friendly. After a couple of weeks, they started recognizing me, and now they usually have my six cheese bagel packed and ready by the time I reach the checkstand. Nice loyalty program too.

The food and service fantastic as usual. The only reason I did not give five stars was the wait...a few people that ordered after me received bagels before me and when I asked about it the woman behind the counter said it was because mine was a cooked food. Mine wasnt cooked.

Fast service, friendly staff and boxes of 13 bagels for $8! I love that the box the bagels come in has a handle on top and slots for the cream cheese to sit in.

Excellent breakfast and lunch menu. From bagels and a variety of cream cheese flavors to full toasted breakfast sandwiches and even great lunch menu sandwiches. Best place for anything made fresh and either on the go or a nice sit in for a bite and their Caribou Coffee drinks.

I love Einstein bagels... Im not a huge fan of bagels in general, but I really love these bagels. Theyre the very definition of what a bagel should be. Soft in the middle and that difficult to describe outside heartiness. I love their jalapeno cheese. Best I have ever had.

DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible, horrible experience. The employee was super hassled and rude. I ordered a bakers dozen (13 bagels, the usual amount at Einstein). Then when I got home I realized that I was only given 10 bagels, 3 less than I paid for. I will never go back and I highly recommend you dont go here either.

Nice bagel with great amount variety. The staff was really friendly and patient with my order. I would give 4.5 star. I order a dozen (baker dozen) bagel. I only got 12 (cant really complain cause that is what a dozen is but he say you can choose 13)

Good tasty bagels. The bagels are soft and have a great texture. Many flavours of really good cream cheese.

Dont expect a New York bagel. Pretty good by Seattle standards. Usual Einstein quality. Its really crowded in the morning but you usually get your bagel relatively quickly

The best bagel place ever ! I was in Seattle for two weeks and I visited them 8 times ! Love their savoury bagels esp jalapeno cheddar and green chily, with garden herbs cheese spread or garlic and herb ! I cant have enough of this. Coffee is not bad either.

They serve Caribou Coffee, its always hot and fresh. I stop in for their breakfast sandwiches when Im in the area. The bagels and pastries are delicious.

Good taste bagels and kind people

These guys cannot make the right sandwich to save their life. This is the second time that I have ordered a spinach mushroom and swiss to go. The first time they put some kind of spicy sauce that has never been on it before and this time it had asparagus instead of spinach and the same spicy sauce. Next time Ill be sure to double check my order before I walk out the door

As the other location (in downtown Seattle) at the Seattle City Hall - location is the ONLY thing that deserves a thumb up.food and beverages are MEDIOCRE, staff and managers have less customer service awareness, not to mention skills, than a 10 year old kid in a lemonade stand.Definitely fall far behind their local competitors - Blazing Bagels.

Love that they are on the way for my walk to work.I always get the asiago (cheese) bagel with smoked salmon shmear which is $3.50 after tax. They lather on the shmear its amazing.This doesnt taste any different than other Einsteins. Im only writing a review because they kinda took forever on my order and didnt call my name? I dont understand what happened but they were really professional and immediately made mine and gave me a free bagel and shmear card for next time! I honestly wasnt expecting that, especially not from a chain restaurant. Thanks guys!
