Amazing! I always get great service here, but today they exceeded my expectations. They had a very rare tire available at a very cheap price, they installed the tire and changed my spare. And everything last minute, at the end of the day on a Saturday. I am very impressed with how courteous, professional and accommodating the entire team was. Thank you!

Quick service, friendly staff. Went in for a minor fix to something dragging on the bottom of my car. The dude fixed it real quick with no charge at all! I will definitely use them again!

It was not a great experience. The salesperson will push for services that you might get elsewhere for cheaper (and in my case, my bro could do my oil change for free) but it is better if you don’t agree to it and think it over. Once they do that push and get you to sign and you change your mind, they will call the service team but they might not be able to change it cause they already opened it up (even though they quoted me hours when it has been less than 30 min since check in). It is an assembly line style of servicing. It is pushy here for their products and services which are way more expensive than other places. If I had more time, I could change my own light for 1/7 of the cost instead of using their factory product and labor. I found the experience not that great and too pushy. There are other places that have better care and services without the pushy sales and assembly line feel.

Ive been getting service/maintenance at Toyota of Seattle for 10+ years, going back to their Belltown days, spanning 3 different vehicles. Their staff and service has been consistent, ranging satisfactory to good (overall).I just had a really good service experience today, so I really want to give a big shout out to LINDSEY HOBBS. Pick this guy to be your Toyota Service Advisor! Other service advisors have been ok to good, but Lindsey is EXCELLENT! Clear communicator, positive energy, humble. I felt no sales pressure to buy in on recommended services but hes knowledgeable like a human wikipedia on vehicle maintenance. Gave me pros/cons, present vs future on servicing. I just really liked working with him, great vibes, he feels like a good human being. Lindsey you are legit!

I recently worked with Trevor Neal and he was really helpful with getting some scratches and dents on my RAV4 repaired. Hes extremely personable and was dedicated to providing the attention and service that would help me get the results I was hoping for. Trevor is friendly, knowledgable, communicative, experienced, reliable and a simply a pleasure to work with. While I was there, I overheard him helping a customer prior to me, and he was thoroughly explaining to them what had happened with their battery and providing the input they needed to confirm next steps with insurance. I was thinking to myself how fortunate they were to have his help. Trevor goes above and beyond and thats so refreshing. I highly recommend asking for him the next time youre in need of service on your vehicle!

Had a fantastic experience buying a used car from Toyota of Seattle. Mostly due to the great, prompt service that Cory Phillips provided. We traveled more than 150 miles to buy this car. Cory was fantastic at communicating to me all the information I needed that justified the long trip. In addition the atmosphere of the facilities was inviting. New, modern and clean. Fairly quiet. No annoying PA announcements. Seemed like a pretty well organized staff. They definitely have the customers care as top priority. I would certainly consider buying my next car from them. I would recommend my family and friends and I would tell them to ask for Cory Phillips.

Came in cause my maintenance required light was on. Made an appointment for 9:50am. service member told me they would have the 5 point safety inspection,wheel alignment done by 1pm to go over what needs fixed. So im told at 1pm that several things need to be done (brake fluid, cleaning some carbon,pcv valve) and a quote price of 565,car should be ready by 1:30 2pm.Okay not the best outcome i want to hear but things need to be done and whats another hour. Im inside the waiting lobby till 4pm to pick up my vehicle and im told the final price is 628. Thats where im disappointed. Yeah 63 dollars and 7 hours total but i wish it was communicated(they have a text to communicate service)that the car would take a little longer and cost a bit more. But hey i got a coupon for a free car wash.

Josh from Toyota of Seattle was of great help to me! I took my car in for its first service and he was very helpful and answer all my questions to the best of his knowledge! I appreciated his professionalism and he got me checked in & out in a timely manner! Thanks Josh!

Lindsey at the reception desk has always been VERY helpful and explains the services well. I know it can be difficult to relay critical information from Auto Tech to customers, but Id have to say LINDSEY does a great job at facilitating. Will return and have,thanks Toyota

They can be very helpful but certain employees have no understanding of basic people skills and communication.

Dont use these guys. They charged me $160 today to hook up the diagnostic computer. I was concerned about the fee and the maintenance guy really sold me on it. Just to tell me I needed a new gas cap. Any auto parts store will do this for free. Oh and my car was in for an oil change so it wasnt like it took any extra time for them.

I always take my car there, even for a routine oil change. Yes, I could go to a discount oil change chain, but the dealer does a multi-point check on my car, so I know when it will need servicing other than an oil change and can plan for it. They offer a free shuttle service so I dont have to wait there for the servicing. And I know they will put the correct oils/fluids in the appropriate receptacles. I have had the opposite experience at one of the discount chains, so now I only go the the dealer, or a nearby reputable independant mechanic.

They are best they give best service all around I service my car every 4 month perfect place perfect people

Absolutely the best service possible!!! Our car broke down in Seattle and we had it towed there. Not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly surprised. We were greated by Trevor when we arrived. He was friendly, professional and put us at ease right away. Trevor helped us secure a rental car as we live in Tumwater. He told us he would call us by the end of the day with a prognosis of what was wrong with the car. At the end of the day true to his word he called and explained everything that needed done to our vehicle and the price. He stated it would be ready 4 days later on a Friday in the afternoon. We asked if it could be done sooner due to Friday traffic. Trevor said they would try but couldnt promise. Friday came and true to his word Trevor called and they finished early in trying to accomodate us. Working with Trevor was such a pleasurable experience that we will drive from Tumwater to have them work on our car. Plus the cost was less than the estimate!!!!!! Thank you Trevor!!!!! If you go there ask for Trevor!!!!
