As far as the sales side of Carter I loved it. My salesman and finance were awesome. As far as service goes, Id go probably anywhere else. Really slow. Little to no communication about the products and terrible response time as far as calls backs and time line estimation.

I am always happy with my service at Carter Subaru. My 9+ year old Subaru gets the care it needs, and the process is really easy and stress-free. The waiting room is always nice and quiet. The person I check in with always comes to give me updates on its progress and let me know if they find any problems that need addressing.

I bought my first Subaru and serviced my first oil change with this Carter Subaru dealer. I loved their professional customer communication and respect I received and was excited to make this my place of service. unfortunately today I felt devalued,chastise and reprimanded with a very condescending voice tone by JP, (He is done this before-after reading these complains). I was mad that I wasted my time driving for over 18 miles to go this dealer to get this kind of behavior. I just made a quick get away and will not return.

Good service, they work hard to fix the problem even when the cause is unclear. Prices are high but its what you expect from a dealership.

I am totally blown away by the wonderful support and customer service from the service department at Carter Subaru Shoreline. This was my first time going to any Carter Subaru and everyone, from top to bottom, helped me to understand what was going on with my car. Carlos was particularly awesome in updating me and helping me to understand what was needed. I will be going back, thank you!

Beth, you are a star. You were friendly and knowledgeable and took extra time to work with me on using an insurance plan that I purchased at an out-of-State dealership and who was initially being difficult on the phone! Glad to have a fresh tire and your attitude brightened my day.

They give clear costs up front...nice reception personnel, seems they fixed the car just fine.

Really unhelpful and unfriendly service desk staff. Ill be getting my service done elsewhere from now on!
