Ive always had a great experience here. Ive never had any major car problems, but when I do, without a doubt this is where Ill take my car. While Ive waited for my oil to get changed, Ive watched the employees interactions with customers & the level they give is right on! I come on the weekends and the guy at the front desk Sal is always upbeat, informative & will help & answer every & any question you have with a smile. This place has 4 stars for a reason!

Super friendly with Great sense of humor. And they had our town and country fixed ship shape faster than two shakes of a lambs tail. 10 out of 10 stars. I will recommend these guys to everyone. Definitely will take all my rigs to them.

Brakes were making a sound. They quoted me a price over the phone for the worst case scenario. Made an appointment. They checked it out and told me that the sound was due to the material of the pads used and that there was nothing for them to fix and the parts were good enough that they shouldnt replace them. Left the shop with a peace of mind and was not charged! Grateful and I think Ill bring my car back in next time I need a repair.

Super friendly helpful people here. I went in with a mysterious issue with my car that they were able to help me troubleshoot (after the dealership had happily taken my money to find nothing wrong but no explanation). They talked through this issue with me for a good 15 minutes and at the end we came to the conclusion that there was no work needed for my car at this time. Never felt pressure to buy or pay more for a service that wasnt explained well to me - especially as a young woman going there alone. The shop is small and rough around the edges but I would feel comfortable going there again for future services

I have been dealing with Mike & Tony at SSAC for well over 2 years and I have been dealing with Mike (the current owner) for almost a decade. The reason for this is that I am treated with respect and every vehicle I or anyone I have sent to them is treated as if it were their own. You cant put a price tag on that level of professionalism and dedication to your craft.Mike & Tony are to this day the ONLY people I trust and never question when it comes to my vehicle and its needs.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. These guys are the absolute best. Ive never experience a mechanic shop thats so upfront, so experience, so professional and so caring. Theyve gone above and beyond for me multiple times. Theyve worked on my car and bus. Ill be going to them for the rest of the time I live in WA.

So far, both our cars were repaired by this shop and theyre working great! I tink they are price reasonably and were able to suggest some great ideas on why things werent working properly and what to do in case it will happen in the future. Will definitely be back for annual maintenance and future repairs as needed.

We started using Scott Sherman within the last year to install aftermarket rear leaf springs on our new Nissan NV2500s we use in our fleet. Jeremy & Chris are both always very helpful when it comes to scheduling & getting work done when they say it will be done. Having one of our guys out of his service van is always difficult with any type of repair, but the guys at Scott Sherman sure make it a lot easier on my end & do great work. You cant beat the warranty either!

Came in looking to get my exhaust repaired. Not only was he able to work with lowered cars the prices were great. Highly recommended shop for any and all needs. Will be coming back to michol from now on.

My Mercedes was experiencing a number of problems. At this specific auto shop they took there time to analyze each particular problem, they took time to address each problem I had mentioned myself about my Mercedes. As a person with mild experience with vehicles it was nice to take my car to a trustworthy auto shop. The crew treated myself and my time with dignity and respect. Everything they wanted to do with my car to fix it came with 100% transparency 110% of the time. After getting my vehicle fixed here it running 125% better then it ever has. I am happy and proud to feel a part of the Scott Shermab auto care family! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with any vehicle. This is a two parterFirst one, I needed help with getting a stuck plug loose. I called and told Tony the situation. He said come on by and they will crack it off no charge.A week goes by and I needed a fix on a different plug insert. The situation couldnt of been at a worse time. The crew there handled it in such a timely manner and at a affordable cost.Rockstars work here.

If I could give more stars, I would!Ive been bringing my car here for a couple years now for general maintenance. Im so pleased with my most recent experience -- I brought my car in for new brakes, new tires and an oil change, and they replaced a headlight and reattached my license plate free, without me even asking. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly and the whole process was so easy and stress-free. All of this work came out well below what I was expecting it to. The service is so exceptional here, Ill continue coming back for all my car needs. Super happy and thank you Mike!!

The first time I went to Scott Sherman Auto Care, my explorer was overheating and I had to be on the road two days later.They diagnosed it. Took care of it and had me running the next day.Now, being an older car I brought it back in to have a wheel looked at. They gave me an extremely fair price and overnight service.The folks over there have my business. Autocare you can trust.

Spent 3 hours waiting for a new headlight and axle fluid replacement prior to a cross country trip. Took the whole day off work. 15 minutes before they knew I had to leave for a doctors appointment, they let me know they hadnt done any of the work, but if I could just be late to my doctors appointment, they were calling an auto place to get the light replaced, but no time for the rest of the work that is actually vital for towing. Ive had this appointment for a week and they dont even have the headlamp on the premises. I asked if they could get it in right after my appointment, and they told me I would have to wait around at least another hour before they would even get my vehicle on the lift. I took the day off of work to sit in a waiting room, only to leave without any of the important work done I needed on my truck. Total waste of time, and Im out a whole days wages. Now I have to take another day off, and probably cant afford to make my car insurance payment. No thanks.

***************** WARNING, WILL GET RIPPED OFF*****************Made an 8:00 AM appointment for a diagnostic and smog check. Upon arrival the service technician or manager took my vehicle in very swiftly. Was told it would be about an hour or less wait time, no problem, I came prepared with my homework. On occasion he asked what I studied, I digress. Approaching 180 minutes later, sitting in a very cozy ice box (showroom), I was finally summoned to hear of new discoveries on the diagnostic. After being told that I had to pay for new oxygen sensors to pass a smog, I was surprised of that, and more surprised of paying $925 for 4 new sensors on a 13 year old vehicle. Once I declined, the manager generated an invoice for the diagnostic of $180...??? Since when did a diagnostic or smog check cost almost double the amount as opposed to Joes shop down the road. So out come the discount cards, Im a student, wearing college memorabilia, vehicle has a university sticker on the back, AND he knew I was working on my college homework. With that in mind, I asked for a student discount, his utter response was, let me see and followed by looks like we do have a student discount. Why not offer that in the first place. After reading all the bogus reviews of great customer service, why was my visit not as phenomenal? The bottom line is why was I mistreated differently or perceived that way? Why did I have to fish for a discount, given a false hope of a promised wait time when no other customer were there on what was a simple plug and play electronic device, and why did I leave that shop with such disgust? With one to many strikes against this shop from myself, Im obviously not taking my business here or recommending my tremendous network of friends here indefinitely. On what was and should have been routine for these trusted experts, felt like I was at backyard garage and on the other end of a good morning.

Suggested a complete transmission and clutch replacement, I took it to another shop that fixed it for 1/5 the price. Also: dont give them your e-mail, youll go on a list that you CANNOT unsubscribe from. Avoid this place.
