My experience with Darrell at the Fife/Tacoma location was good. He explains everything well so I was able to understand the maintenance of my MINI. He is honest and doesnt try to advise things that are not needed to be worked on. He had a nice loaner car for me to borrow as mine was being worked on. He communicated with me throughout the day and contacted me with the details when it was done. He is friendly and personable. I felt satisfied that my car was well cared for and know if anything were to happen I have confidence in their department. I have had a good experiences with the service and sales department at this location.It is nice to deal with pleasant people!

I was impressed how John, who took care of my car, sent video footage of underneath the car while it was on the lift and getting an oil change. I had my share of bad experiences at car dealers but Peter, our salesman, was awesome! We were looking to trade our old Mini for a new one and they had a service loaner that was up for sale that fit our needs. Peter was helpful and courteous, gave us a fair trade-in and didnt run us around at all. He was honestly excellent at what he does and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used Mini, maybe you can even buy our old one :-)

It can be costly at times to be a MINI owner. But I dont hold that against Seattle MINI where the service Ive gotten throughout the years Ive been a customer here has been great. Today, after getting my car serviced, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they even include a video from the technician going over all the services they performed. I would happily give them a 5 star but, back in Hawaii, the MINI dealership always returned my vehicle with a wash and vacuum which I always appreciated. So consider this a 4.5 star review 😊

I took my MINI in for an oil change and was very impressed with the timeliness of service and the fact that they provided a Lyft ride so that I could run an errand while they were working on my car. We have bought or leased many, many cars from this dealership and love the professionalism, expertise and customer service.

Cannot say anything bad about the staff or the experience. My wife LOVES her mini (08 Convertible Sidewalk Edition S) and is very picky about servicing. Our Service Adviser Amanda was extremely attentive and communicative. The Technician Uriah provided topnotch service and everything was done in a single day. One of the coolest and helpful parts of the visit is that they send you a video walkthrough of your inspection so that you can see what they see. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I am so thankful that I found the Mini Countryman of my dreams at Seattle Mini! The process to secure the car over the phone with the salesman Chuvit was easy and he answered all the questions I had. Now that I’m on my second Mini, Seattle Mini is the place I can trust to take my car there for great service. My Service Manager, Jared, was great today keeping me informed while my car was being worked on throughout the day. Even recommended a great breakfast pace near by for me to get my buttermilk pancake cravings met in addition to getting my car in tip top shape.

Seattle MINI was fine. They made good on the discount and offered to finish the detailing at a later time with a discount because they couldn’t get to it.There was one issue that I brought to their attention when I dropped the car off that was not resolved. There was the number 1 visible on the main page of the display that they weren’t sure about.The consensus was that it would reset when they reset the monitors, but it didn’t. I don’t think it impairs the operation of the car, I just want to know what it is.Seattle MINI is fine. I wish they were closer, but I was aware of that issue when I bought the car. I’m still delighted with the car and pleased with the service.

Seattle Mini in Tacoma is one of the best place to go if you want a Mini. The service is amaizing. Everyone is friendly and nice all the time. My cat had service to replace the brakes and with their complimentary full inspection, they found out another problem that has been resolve thanks to the warranty. I have been taking my 2004 mini to Northwest Mini / Tacoma Mini in fife for about 8 years. All service representatives have been great to work with. Thru the years I gave experienced very few issues and all have been resolved to my satisfaction. My most recent service has been replacing the cvt transmission which is a well know time limited component. Car is running great and am very satisfied with the work.

I had a bad experience with another mini dealership where I had purchased my car before coming to Seattle Mini. I was completely blown away by how courteous and timely Seattle Mini was able to see me. Jules, the scheduler, was understanding, empathetic, and got me in for servicing ASAP! Brandon was amazing, and he communicated well with me both over the phone and text throughout my car’s appointment. I loved my experience entirely.

We have a 2007 Mini Cooper which we cherish and take on long vacations to remote spots. When we last brought her in for an oil change. We got the long list of to do’s which were nearly all of the leaking gaskets on our engine: thousands of dollars. Consulting with Zack (Seattle Mini service manager) we decided to start with only the most important of the oil leaks. Over the years that we have had our car serviced at Seattle Mini we’ve never felt forced into repairs we didn’t want or shamed for our cheapness!

I’ve been coming to NW Mini and Seattle Mini ever since purchasing my car from them a few years back and they have always been nothing but amazing. Always super friendly, straight forward, and fair. As long as I have a mini I’ll be doing business here.

I purchased a 2019 countryman about a month ago, after having it a few days the stock battery went bad. It went bad on a Sunday so when I called on Monday to get it replaced under warranty they squeezed me in on Friday. Going a week without the vehicle was fun. While it was in getting the battery changed I had them look at some items to see if they would be covered by warranty. They said they would but they needed to order some parts.Having just purchased the vehicle, I wanted to have them do an inspection on it to make sure everything was okay. I had made a first available appointment for 2 weeks later before the battery had gone bad. I asked if they could replace the parts when I brought it in for that inspection since they had to order them.I sent my wife with the vehicle for the inspection, and they said that they had never seen the vehicle before and they still needed to order parts. But when I was in there for the battery they said the parts would be there the following Tuesday. (I have the paperwork). So now Im going to have to make another appointment, which will probably take weeks to get, and return the vehicle again to get the warranty items fixed.The service representative was nice enough and easy to deal with, but it sounded like my wife talked to the same one that I had talked to. Not sure where the mix-up was.As for the inspection, they send you a video in a text of the inspection as they walk under the vehicle. In the video the service technician states that all the tires have 6 mm of tread depth. I know that one of them has more tread because it was replaced after a blowout. Its not a big deal because its within spec for an all-wheel drive, but it tells me that they didnt really check. I verified it with my own depth gauge just to make sure.As far as communication, they send text to you but if you reply to the text, responses are spotty. I sent them a text outlining what needed to be done so that my wife wouldnt have to when she got there and never got a response.

Brandon at the service desk was great. I had to travel 2 hours from home to get my JCW Mini serviced. Brandon made sure I got taken care of and could best the Seattle afternoon commuter traffic. Trouble shoot Heads up display, new brake pads on rear, oil and filter change, plus 20,000 mile check. Dealership has been around awhile now and it still looks first class and has lots of service bays.

I usually love the service and experience. Have never had any problems except for today. I took my mini in for repair and told me they didnt have a loaner for me. I need a car because my wife has medical problems and have to run her to ER at hospital quite a bit. I also need a car to commute to work. Other than that I like Mini of Seattle

Devin was amazing! I went to Seattle Mini expecting to just browse today and I left with my dream car. He listened to what I needed and made recommendations accordingly, gave me all the information I needed, and led an awesome test drive. He showed me the power of the vehicle by taking me on a route with a hill and an area where I could accelerate. He was so personable and friendly. Very positive service experience overall - Both service and parts team were very friendly and helpful. Typical oil service was hassle free, they provided a free detailed multipoint inspection report and a video as well. I had made a special order for a part and they made sure it was ready upon my arrival (only in 2 days). Id recommend this place.

Would not recommend buying from this dealership this comes from someone who bought multiple cars from this stores partner store in Tacoma I was hoping for a good experience when I called the new car sales manager hoping we could make a deal but what he came back with was a total joke and waste of time I’m not one to let someone take advantage of me or rip me off so that’s why I’m taking the time to let people know this is how mini treats old customers! But if your looking to get ripped off for your trade in then by all means have at it but just a word of advice they are offering below KBB or nada anyways that’s just my opinion

Ive been going to Seattle Mini since getting my 2009 Mini Cooper as a used car. They always did a good Jon but recently my car had 3 engine light issues. The first 2 issues I had the pay (a lot) for them as they were not related but the third time I was pretty upset. The advisor was Aaron who took my complaints patiently and also have me a loaner car. This fix took over 1 week and when I came to collect, it was without charge. This was a pleasant surprise and looks like Aaron really helped with the charges. Hope I wont have to go back except for regular maintenance but hope to have Aaron as the advisor again.

Buying cars is not generally an enjoyable experience. My experience with Seattle Mini is an exception to this rule. Last year I purchased a used Mini as a car for my son to drive. Peter provided such exceptional service that I have now traded in all my family vehicles and converted to be a three Mini family. Historically, I have never been a repeat customer of particular brand or dealer. I recommend Seattle Mini as the customer service is top notch.

Service (10k checkup/fluids) was handled well and I got good advice on rotating tires. But apparently my request to change out the broken phone holder was not communicated to the techs. It wasn’t handled.

The car is running well, better than when taken in for routine maintenance. Also had a set of new tires mounted and balanced and pleased with the way the car is handling.

I have been taking my 2012 mini to the fife location for a little over four years now and Justin is the best service guy they have.

Once again Seattle Mini delivered fabulous service. I worked with Brandon who was helpful and thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done with my car. He also saved me by loaning me a charger for my phone as I was out of juice and knew I’d be waiting for about an hour. I love my Mini Cooper and I’m thrilled with the service I received from Seattle MINI and Brandon.

Never had service this amazing from a dealer before. Brandon and the entire service team surprised us at every turn. ‘15 Mini Convertible with an airbag fault. We were able to secure a loaner car without trouble, then a few hours later we received a video walking us through the completed repair and the overall status of our vehicle. They texted us the next morning and it was ready. We fully expected $1000-$1500 in repair costs, turned out the part we needed was covered by an extended warranty so, we were handed our key and sent on our way for $0.00. Absolutely amazing!

Needed to have my 2020 MINI convertible serviced for the first time. i had to wait for the car so Seattle MINI has a cute waiting area with snacks and coffee. From the time i reserved a place with Brandon in service until my car was ready the whole process was flawless. And the purchasing of the MINI with Devin was also a very positive experience and he has held my hand since 2020 to teach the complexities of the car. I love the car-best car I ever drove.

This was a terrible visit. We took the car in for an oil change and an oil leak.... The service advisor who started the process seemed great. They sent a great video of our car and had some things that might need service. We were told an estimate would be forthcoming.....then crickets. We called and called and they couldnt get it to us. Them the service advisor was fired or quit. The quote finally came and it was absurd. We decided to just pickup the car. We showed up and they couldnt find the car. Took half an hour to close out. Not going back till things change there. Thats absurd.

I recently purchased a 2016 mini countryman from a different dealer and brought it to Seattle Mini to be inspected. David was very friendly and explained everything to me. They found a couple bolts that were loose and tightened them back down. Could have ended badly had I not brought it in! Cant wait to experience all the adventures in my car. He texted me later to say that if I was ready, the Lyft was on its way. I was taken back to the dealership. I paid and got back into my car. I also watched a two minute video of the problems that were found. I didn’t know there was a spare tire under the car!!!

The Service department at Seattle Mini went out of their way to promptly diagnose the problem on my daughters Mini. The bad news is that it is the turbocharger. The good news is that it is covered by warranty. Amanda went out of her way to present me with all the options for a loaner car and the timing of the repair to make sure everything was of max convenience to me. A kaput turbocharger is never a good thing, but Seattle Mini made certain their Service department did everything they could to keep it as painless as possible. Kudos to them!
