Happy repeat customer. Fast convenient service, easy scheduling. There’s an awesome park nearby (Georgetown park) if you have kids. My windshield replacement took an hour. I’ve previously had smaller cracks patched even faster.

I arrived early at the 6th Ave Seattle shop.They took my car in right away and started in on my rock chip repair.I was impressed with the pleasant people working the desk and the technicians.The young man who drove my vehicle easily identified the rock chip that had already been repaired and the new chip on the opposite side.Technician Kevin brought the vehicle back.The new rock chip repair was awesome. The chip in my windshield disappeared.New windshield wipers installed and washed the windshield inside too.Very pleased with the Safelite experience.

This is the second time having to use Safelite to have my windshield replaced. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. The technician called less than 2 hours before my schedule appointment to reschedule twice. Now I am trying to schedule another windshield replacement and was on hold forever finally got an appointment 2 and 1/2 weeks out, thats fine because I understand they are understaffed. Now they call me back 2 days before my scheduled appointment and said they have to reschedule for another 2 and 1/2 weeks out. I would understand if it was 1 or 2 days out but how did I get pushed to the back of the line. I have to use them because its a fleet vehicle but would never recommend them.

This company is extremely unprofessional and called me day of to cancel after they had already sent me several confirmation emails and texts. The person I spoke to on the phone had poor communication and kept forgetting what days would work and ultimately tried scheduling me out for over a month from now. She did offer to have me come in person but could not even give me a specific date to schedule for.

BAD EXPERIENCE. I took my car there for a windshield replacement. Unfortunately, the installation was incorrect, the different gaps between both sides, rubber trim comes out from the top. Nobody apologized. They said they would fix it and scheduled the appointment in 2 weeks. How surprised I was when I came a couple of weeks later and heard they dont have the windshield to fix it. I called them and confirmed my appointment, I got a confirmation message and email the day before my appointment. Nobody called me and notified me. Horrible service. They dont value my time. They promised to call me with updates, still nothing.

I have been working to schedule an appointment since August. Today we had the long-awaited appointment and adjusted work schedules so that the car would be available for them. They called at 9 am to inform us that the service was cancelled. Next available is 3 weeks away. Trying to stay patient but Im less than happy.

As much as I want to give a great review...alas I cannot. I had both front and rear window replacement a few years ago. Im still finding brokn glass cause my window was busted while I was at work. My windshield is not sealed proper it get condensation inside now causes fabric sag🤪 About the best I could say is the price was good and the dude was on time.

I’m rating 5/5 for a few reasons. 1) the technician that worked on my car was super polite and replaced the windshield in about an hour. 2) Safelite made it easy for me to drop my car off, and had a lot of time slots open(they will come to you if needed). Their website also contacted my insurance for me and got it all sorted. 3) Overall the experience was very smooth.

In a 2-week period, I had to have both my windshield and my wifes replaced. Several days before the procedure I got a text message asking if I wanted to be updated as the process transpired when I took my car in. Perhaps they need to change the verbage - would you like to be told when your windshield is done as I got zero updates. I kept wondering when I was going to be updated as to progress or well be done in an hour... Something along the lines of updating me. The quoted two to three hour time window went into about 3 hours and 15 minutes. So today when I took my wifes car in, I asked them what the deal was with the texting updates. Should I only expect to be told when the windshield was done, or would they update me as the procedure progressed? The woman who dealt with me basically told me she had no clue. She then confirmed my phone number, but then when the procedure was done texted my wife and not me - I clearly told them that I was the person dealing with the car, not my wife. They do good work, cant beat a guarantee on workmanship, but they do need to do some serious work on customer service and perhaps reword the text update to say would you like to be texted when your car is done. Because thats all youre going to get

Schedule an appointment a week in advance and they didn’t show up. I drove down to the shop and told me he was coming to the my place when I told them I was gonna take it down there. No call no nothing.Gave them call and they tried to call the technician and he didn’t pick up. Never gonna use the service again

I had a great experience today with Safelite (the one on 6th Ave S in Seattle). After the first glass place my insurance company (State Farm) connected me to lost the referral and then turned out to not have a mobile repair unit, I asked State Farm to find me somewhere that could come fix my vans smashed window at my house. They connected me to Safelite at around 8:45 this morning (the day before Thanksgiving). Within about two hours, a repair person (Esteban) was at my house with the correct parts. Esteban was great! He was polite, professional, appropriately masked and gloved, and the repair and cleanup of all the broken glass only took about an hour and 15 minutes total. It was a great experience all around!

Quick professional service from check-in to Service Agent who explained everything. Worked with insurance so that chip repair was free, or our deductible if not repairable. 37 minutes later we were back in our day. Enjoyed a cookie and found DemocracyNow! On the TV.Thank you!

Great communication and scheduling. Nice reminders to make sure you dont forget that appointment. Also dropping off our car early yielded very fast service. They called us in an hour to let us know our car was already done.They took care of our windshield. Its nice there is a lifetime warranty on the glass if it ever suddenly starts cracking.They worked well with our insurance and we only had to pay the $100 deductible.

The service provided by the technician was excellent. The new windshield looks great. The support experience was HORRIBLE; simply HORRIBLE! I was so frustrated in not being able to speak with someone at the local service center where I had my vehicle repaired. I needed to confirm my appointment and it took me 5 calls to 4 different numbers in order to confirm my appointment time. It was very difficult reaching someone at the local service center I was having my service done. When my vehicle was ready for pickup it was nearly impossible to speak with anyone at the same location. I probably made 10 calls to 4 different phone numbers without ever being able to speak with someone. I left two voice messages asking someone to call me back. This did not happen. When I called the general support number and attempted to get routed to my local location I kept receiving a generic message: Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting phone calls. You may email or text for support. When I attempted to send a text message, it took 4 different attempts to reach someone. I waited for nearly 45 minutes before someone responded. Once I was chatting with someone via text they could not reach the service location. How the f*** is this possible?! Isnt support supposed to be able to help?? Support via email was also a frustrating experience. I needed to coordinate a pickup after hours and the support contact replying to my email messages were not able to assist me and directed me to contact the local service site. I was caught in an incredibly frustrating loop. There is a fundamental disconnect in how Safelite national support works with the local service locations. The national support was completely useless. Contacting the local service location was impossible. In order to pickup my vehicle I had to take off of work and physically go to the location. This was a huge headache and major inconvenience as I had specifically made clear that I needed to pickup after hours. This is the second time I have used Safelite. I will NOT be using Safelite again!!!

Needed a divers-side window replaced. Waited 16 days just to get seen. Another week for parts. After three weeks they tell me the only appointment they have is another three weeks away. They can get it down to one week(one month total) if I drive to another location two hours away. After getting up early and driving two hours, Im told I have no appointment there. My appointment was scheduled in another county entirely. After driving another two hours, they finally take my car, replace the glass, and get me on my way. After 4 visits, a few hundred miles, and a whole month, my glass is replaced. I rolled the window down to celebrate my victory, but it never went back up. Luckily, theyd be happy to look at it in 26 days. The people there are stunningly nice, but cant help you which makes the bad service worse imho. To this day, Ive never gotten an apology or anything. My insurance said theyd pay for all the damage to my car from not having a window for weeks on end, so I got that going for me...

Our windshield was repaired in CO in an efficient and timely manner. At the time of install my husband questioned the placement of the rubber gasket around the drivers side window. He was told it was fine. On the way to Washington state the rubber gasket detached itself! We reached Seattle and began the process of repair. It has been a nightmare! Trying to reach a representative is nearly impossible and yet the appointment cannot be made online. We finally got an appointment and were told when we arrived the part would need to be ordered and would be in 5-7 days. Three weeks later Safelite called to say the part was in and we made an appointment. My husband went to the appointment and wastold they have NO RECORD of the appointment or the part! Customerservice has been awful and we are very disappointed in the whole experience! Im afraid Safelite is forever off our list of recommendations for auto glass repair!

The main problem with Safelite is that when you have a problem it is virtually impossible to reach someone by phone. My glass installation went fine, but a few weeks later we discovered that the windshield wipers were making an annoying noise. After multiple attempts over a couple of weeks I was unable to reach Safelite by phone and needed to take the vehicle to Honda to address the problem. Honda was able to fix the wipers for about $120.00.I finally was able to contact Safelite to ask for reimbursement. The shop refused to return my call, and sent an email initially refusing to reimburse me. They denied causing the problem and refused to pay because it was greater than 30 days from their work. Of course, it was greater than 30 days because it takes time during the dry summer to notice a problem like this and because of the time I wasted trying to reach someone by phone.Eventually by email the manager agreed to reimburse me, but she sent me a Visa gift card in the mail! No letter or explanation was included. I have no way of knowing how much is on the gift card. I dont want a gift card, I want to be reimbursed. This is completely unprofessional. I suspect the manager bought the gift card herself to avoid going through official channels.In my opinion, this could have been avoided if it had been possible to easily speak to someone at Safelite and if the manager called me, rather than insisting on communicating by email.

Started with a mobile windshield installation on a damp, chilly morning. The 2 guys trampled mud and grass throughout my brand new car (had it for 3 weeks and it got a big ding in the glass), they did not wear gloves (during Covid!), leaving dirty hand prints everywhere they touched. After the substandard install (seal was seeping inside the car), they couldnt recalibrate. Told me I had to take it in to the shop. After they left I noticed a trim piece on the passenger side was not attached properly, hardly at all. I brought the car to the shop to recalibrate and was greeted by a lovely lady who actually tried to save the situation. Told her about the trim piece that was barely hanging on (brand new car), she tried reattaching but discovered that 2 brackets were broken!! The 2 yahoos they sent to work on an expensive, brand new car didnt know to wear proper PPE, not track mud and debris into a clients vehicle, AND they break something and not say anything!?! After more than an hour there it was decided she needed to order the new brackets and I would come back for the recalibration. 10 days later, still no safety features working on my car and were now 15 days after the first failed appointment, Im going to get my car back to where it should be. Nope. Wrong. 9 am to 5 pm and no recalibration. They need to keep it overnight. Theyre bringing in the big guy tomorrow to get it done. Nope. Wrong. They call me at 1 pm to come pick up the car. They cant do it. Take it to the dealer, they said. Would I use Safelite AutoGlass again? Never in a million years!!

My wife took her Honda in for a new windshield. They installed it incorrectly, resulting in standing water on the floor of the car. It required extensive removal of the entire interior of the car to repair the water damage. We took it into another Safelite location to repair the botched windshield installation, but their warranty does not cover the extensive damage and expense caused to the car by the water intrusion. Big fail, Safelite.

For starters I share a driveway with my neighbors and this guy pulls down my driveway and I told him oh can you please park behind my car that’s technically my neighbors road and he said okay kept walking towards me I repeated myself and he stopped for a solid 5 seconds then didn’t say anything walked over to check the chips out finally then proceeded back to his car to pull it behind mine. When he was doing the chips I asked him do you think they are so small I should just wait it out because he mentioned he’d have to chip it more to fix it. “Which is fine I’ve had that done in the past and it went fine” so I told him there’s no way to just fill it over and I asked once again if I should wait and he re assured me it’s fine and he could fix it no problem and make it look new. Well after he was finished about an hour went by I went to go run an errand and in both chips that seemed fine until I got the car into some sun the chips spider cracked and the chips were not sealed properly. I called my insurance company zurich shield and they said a new windshield would come out of my total and I find that to be total BS because I asked twice to the technician I can just wait it out because I don’t want it to be worse but yet safelite reassured me oh it’s fine. Total garbage service and highly don’t recommend this company at all. Better off doing it yourself.

Ive had a couple windshields replaced here. If you have a Subaru with Eye-site then you will need to have your system calibrated along with your windshield replacement. Safelite does both at the same time.

I was happy to find an availabilty for replacing my passenger side window and safelite made it easy to book. Everything after that though was difficult largely due to poor communication. They said they would call when it was done. They didnt, even after double checking my phone number. They said I could come pick it up after hours and that wasnt true. I ended up driving down there with my husband to get it just to find out they had the car in the shop until the next morning, which means we had to make another trip. I understand they are busy and I respect that but a little better communication could have prevented me from wasting a lot of time and energy. I would strongly not recommend them based on this experience.

I went to this place because they could take care of the windshield and the camera calibration in one visit. I left the car with them for an entire day. At the very end of the day they tell me they dont have the right windshield to put in. I can pay $400 for different glass that my insurance wont cover or wait two weeks for them to get the glass they should have checked before they even had me show up. My options are to leave the car with them (its my only car) or take it back while they get the new glass. In the meantime they put in a different cracked windshield (mine shattered when they took it out). Theyve taken out the camera (for lane assist, auto highbeam etc), so for the next two weeks plus, I am driving while the car is continuously flashing warnings at me. Finally, I drop the car off again. They call me at the end of the day that they cant do the calibration. I have to take it to the Toyota dealership. If it wasnt to get everything done in one trip I could have easily gone to another windshield place much closer to me! So 4 uber trips later (about $100), I have a new windshield, and still have the car flash warnings at me.

Had a chip repaired by Safelite, after a month the fixed chip turned into a crack. They said the windshield would need to be replaced. The tech came on time but was not prepared for rain and said Id need to bring the vehicle down to the shop. Once the windshield was taken out the shop said due to surface rust they couldnt replace the windshield till a body shop painted it. So they taped the now destroyed window into place and had to drive back across town to a body shop, through the rain. The body shop was very helpful and finished promptly, however Safelite never showed up to replace the glass. When I called again I was told Id needed to reschedule. Meanwhile the vehicle is having to be stored at the body shop. A few days later the wrong window was installed. I paid for a tint strip and the one installed did not have one. But the kicker was that the tech glued the mirror mount in the middle of the glass and cockeyed! So after 4 hours of phone calls the end result was I had to use a heat gun and remove the mount and buy a new mirror for a poorly installed windshield I didnt want. In the end I paid over $900, wasted 6 or so hours on the phone listening to the Safelite call waiting message brag about how strong their repairs are and how convenient the service is. Also the tape they used destroyed the paint around the windshield. To make it worse they never took responsibility for any of it. Smelled almost of a scam, but I think they just didnt give a sh#t. So one star, only because 0 wasnt an option.

They did good a job with the installation of the back window of our car. The only issue we had was that they are so busy they dont answer their phone when trying to call so leave a message. There are no signs on where to drop off your car so park and ask the desk clerk for a tech. Wait for them to call you before heading back to pick up. We thought they forgot to call but when we went they werent quite done yet and we had to wait for them to finish.

Had a terrible experience with this store! I changed my windshield and since they did not fastened the wiper arms tight enough, the wipers popped out and the steel part of the wipers made some scratches on the windshield. I made a guarantee appointment with this store, but when I went there not only the representative (Johnny) was very unprofessional and acted like I was lying and this had never happened, he also said they would give me a call back later to see what his manager thinks, but that never happened. I drove a long way to this place on a Saturday and wasted my time for nothing.

Install took maybe 50 min starting from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. Staff was friendly, lobby have snacks and drinks freely available to people waiting. I showed up about 20 min early for my appointment and they got started immediately anyway. Its so nice to have a beautiful new windshield! Im very pleased 😁

I used Safelite to replace my windshield and scheduled them to come to my house to do the work. Allen was great! He called when he was 30 minutes away and gave me an accurate estimate of when hed arrive. When he arrived Allen called again and was very professional and polite. The replacement was done in about an hour, and having them come to me was SO convenient! I will definitely use the service again.

Multiple poor experiences with this company with several vehicles. Would need to write a short book to describe them all, but had my Porsche Cayenne Turbo windshield replaced. They used a Chinese aftermarket, I should have asked for OEM, but I can live with that. Now the windshield wiper sensor doesnt work. Safelite technician came and looked at it, couldnt figure it out, discussed with his manager, who also apparently had no clue. Took a picture of the sensor, showed to an independent auto glass technician (Leading Edge Auto Glass - highly professional & was recommended by my Porsche mechanic). He quickly pointed out that they had put the sensor back poorly, with air bubbles in the film, causing it to malfunction. Going to pay out of pocket to have him fix it. Wont waste my time with Safelite ever again, a miserable company from top to bottom.

First of all I have to say Ive never received such bad customer service experience in my life until now. And Im writing this because I hope nobody would go through what Ive been through and treated like this!I first called in and wanted to have my back window glass replaced, and was told I would receive the service on the following Monday. I also received the email confirming the afternoon for the service. On Monday morning I received a call and was told they dont have my glass in stock and would need to reschedule to a Thursday morning as the next earliest appointment. Then I received a call on Thursday that my appointment will need to be rescheduled for Friday afternoon, then Friday again the service did not come and I got a call for appointment on Saturday afternoon, and once again I called and was told the glass was shipped out only on Friday afternoon from warehouse in California and would not be able to receive it until the next week Monday and that my appointment will need to be changed again!!!!!Ive called in at least 4 times and each time I was greeted with sorry theres nothing we can do or the shop dont open on weekends. I basically received FAKE and EMPTY Appointments. Not only I had to rearrange my personal work appointments each time and had to patiently wait for their service on specific time slots. I was not being treated with respect especially on my conversation with one of the Manager Josh that theres nothing we can compensate you all we can do is cancel your appointment. Are you kidding me? Thats how you do business? Just walk away after Ive been so patient and understanding that you have a BIG GLITCH on your system that your appointment times are not promising! If you are unable to provide the service then say it in the first place.

I called to schedule an appointment for my 33 year old car in good condition. I verbally confirmed with them on the phone that there would be no issues getting mobile service. I was adamant that they confirm they could perform the service on my specific vehicle and they had all the parts. I then asked to be forwarded to the local shop that would dispatch, so I could confirm with THEM directly that there would be no surprises. They gave me the green light!Fast forward to the day of the appointment. I get a call from the tech on the road and he beats around the bush for a few minutes before being straight with me and admitting he cannot perform mobile service and I must go into a shop. I needed this windshield done asap, but he couldnt meet me at the shop or get an appointment the same day for me at a shop because of their incompetence.I called the safelite 1-800 to complain, the first rep gave me ATTITUDE on the phone so I hung up on them and called again, and they easily got me a same-day appointment 35 minutes away in Seattle. I do the same confirmation, I bring up the age of the car and want to make sure they can perform the job without any issues, and they say they are good to go, I ask to be sent to the local shop for double confirmation and we are good. I sign up and get out of work to drive down there. I get there, I check in with the front desk, sign papers, and sit for about 15 minutes. They call me up and say they need me to schedule for a different day because they need senior techs to work on a car so old. I thank your front desk for wasting my time again and leave.Safelites problems;-When I first called to make an appointment, I did it online then called to confirm and they took over an hour and failed to locate my online quote-They are not knowledgeable in what they are capable of doing-They are brainless on the phone and even if you directly ask them about specific issues you know will occur, they are clueless and tell you everything will be fine-They will disrespect your time making you wait for mobile techs that will flake on you, make you come into their shop to tell you to come back another day

Technician Jonathan Jones (Tech ID 1804-224) went above and beyond to find a solution to a problem and make my experience great! I had my passenger window smashed out and a big crack in my windshield. Jon called me on the morning of the repair and told me that he would need my car key to replace the electric passenger window. I had the car key on me at work and it was my only copy. Working sales full time in the thick of the holiday season, with a wife in finals week and a 2 year old son that I had to drive windowless from Seattle to Federal Way in 35 degree weather the previous morning, I was more than disappointed to find out that I wouldnt be able to have the window fixed on this repair appointment and that I might need to pay another deductible.Jon sensed my disappointed, listened to my concerns, and immediately looked for solutions. He asked where I worked and when he was able to determine that he could make it work, offered to pick the car key up from me and was very thorough about figuring out where to leave it after the repair. Luckily my wife was home and she said that Jon was very friendly and professional.I usually complain when my insurance company insists on using a company rather than letting me use my people for the price of the deductible but I couldnt have gotten better service than Jon gave me. I had my windshield replaced. The technician was Brandon and he did a great job. He saved my toll sticker and transferred it to the new windshield so I didnt have to hassle getting a new one. I would recommend the shop to anyone who has a windshield in need of repair.

I called about my drivers side window and was told over the phone it was a window regulator.I ordered the part, made an appointment.waited while part was installed. Turns out it wasnt the regulator but the motor and no refund for the expensive part. Mike my technician told me of you get the motor Ill install it for free. Got the motor. Made appointment, They called said  Mike had an emergency and had to leave out of state.If you bring it down now 2 hours. I get there they told me they needed it all day Made a new appointment and am currently waiting in the lounge.Nice assortment of coffee, soda, water dish on the tv.Everyone was very nice but was pricey and took a long time. 4 stars was because even after all that they did a great job under the circumstances.Kudos to Mike.The waiting room was busy all 3 visits.

Had a small ding on the windshield from the freeway on my new car! Sad! Never fixed them in the past, but since this was my new baby, I was curious to see if my insurance would cover the cost of the repair. Safelite had great reviews online and they did not disappoint. The website was very easy to use-- i entered in my insurance info and was able to schedule an appointment in no time. I appreciate that they will come out to your location, and that theyll let you know when they are on their way! My Safelite technician, Trinity, was awesome: professional, fast, friendly, and a had great personality to boot. She was able to reduce my windshield ding down to a tiny dot... only noticeable if you were looking for it! She provided a great overall experience, and though Im not wishing any more dings or cracks for my car, I know the sting of it will be lessened because i know a great place that will take care of it!

Ive used Safelite at least 4 times in the past 2-3 years. Most recently to repair nearly all the windows in my truck after they were smashed in a theft/vandalism incident. Safelite was able to do the work the very next day following the incident so I didnt have to drive around with broken/taped up windows. Their mobile service is excellent and every technician Ive had has been great - fast and professional. Highly recommended!

This place is in the SoDo District and a tad hard to find if youre using a GPS so once you get to the vicinity its better to look for the Safelite sign. The customer service is absolutely outstanding; they provide water, soft drinks, granola bars as snacks as you wait. Wonderful people & reasonable pricing.

Once I got to the facility everything went great. My technician was awesome! He cleaned all my windows and even moved my oil sticker and my good to go pass. I found the office staff a little less excellent, so they lose a star there, but they were friendly and efficient once I got there.

Its easy to find, park and check in. Staff is friendly and theyre pretty quick! They really try to be customer service oriented in a genuine real way.Unfortunately, they lose at least one or two stars off because, on three separate occasions, there was a considerable amount of broken glass just scattered -- each time they claimed vacuuming and remove all shards of glass. Imagine the implications, lets turn this around before someone gets hurt.

I would not recommend this company. First of all you can never talk to anyone locally as they only have a 1-800 number on the east coast. I dropped my car off at 9am and noticed they closed at 5pm. I told the receptionist that I could not be there till 530 to pick up my car and she assured me that she or someone else would be there to give me my car. I walked and biked in the rain to arrive at 5:27pm and no one was there. I now have to postpone my road trip by several hours as I have to get my car the next day. I would go somewhere local and with more attentive customer Service.

This is the Warehouse location for the entire region, so they were able to get my vehicle finished in the same day as I brought it in (on a Saturday). Not a bad price with Insurance, and was impressed by the amount of the glass they cleaned up inside of my truck after it was broken into. I appreciated the location, which is South Sodo, and was within Ubering distance to all the good stuff downtown offers. These guys are pros.

The crack was spread right after repair and recommended windshield replacement. Therefore, I rescheduled and received an email confirmation. When I went to shop this morning, they said GEICO cancelled my appointment. I called the insurance company and found out they never cancelled my appointment. I asked who cancelled the appointment, but they didnt reply my question and kept saying We can reschedule for you. They ruined my entire morning and never apologized.

Ive had a very good experience with Safelite. My car was broken into, and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The price of fixing it was $100 less than the price I was quoted online, which is awesome. I also love that they provide coffee and snacks and sodas in the lobby. These guys are trying, and Im glad that a stressful situation was made better by them.

Went here to pick up a friends car being repaired while he was out of town. I had some difficulty finding the place, but when I called they were helpful with landmarks and finding the building. Was not so happy with the car still having broken glass on the floor mat. It did not look as if they took any extra time to make sure the car was free of glass from the broken window.

All day drop off, returned at end of business day to pick up 5pm, found out then they had the wrong part and just got it in so they could do it now and wait till 630pm or “reschedule” absolutely trash communication. Had the service done and sat around and waited, car come back with a dent, no joke on the right front fender from their equipment, avoid these people. Terrible service!

Great location and quick turn around work when my Mitsubishi Eclipse was broken into on the Oregon coast. No one else had passenger window glass that would fit, so we accelerated our road trip slightly to make it to Seattle and it was well worth it. They also gave me a Progressive customer discount even though the cost was well under my deductible.

Everything was stolen from our car.Our vehicle was stored at a Safelite facility for 4 days during the Christmas Holiday in a protected bay (South Seattle Location). During that time over $2000 worth of possessions was stolen from our car. Certain valuable items were left in the car to make it look like nothing was stolen. The management took absolutely no responsibility for what happened and insisted that it couldnt have happened while at the Safelite location. A diamond ring, a pair of $200 sunglasses, and an unopened bottle of liquor were all still in the car after the theft. If it would have been anyone other than a Safelite employee they would have taken everything valuable and not left a few items...This has been an absolutely horrible experience.

I set my appointment last week. I took time off work. I was contacted and given a window 2pm - 4pm. I was not called until 4pm and was told he was running late and still on another job. They are extremely disrespectful of customers time. He could have called much earlier to see if a later time would work but chose to wait until the end of the time window to call. And then tell me to just wait longer. I contacted their office and the girl was just as rude and unsympathetic. I would not use them. I am in the business and should have known. Terrible service!!

Ive had the worst experience with this company I will never ever go back to them again. I called them for a windshield replacement and they said yes we can do that and they told me they have a mobile service I was happy to hear that because I really dont have the time to wait for a couple of hours, so I booked an appointment 4 days later they came to my work two technicians one of them was under training and the other one His Name CHAD I believe if I didnt miss spelling his name hes the one who missed up my car. I talked to them they told me well be done an hour or so I said yeah sure just give me a call then 45 minutes later I got a phone call from them they said were done I was like!!?? OKAY so i went to them the windshield was installed and I got into my car i saw there were two plastic peaces were missing and i asked them where are those peaces they said they should be in the car and I said arent you supposed to do that NOT me he said yeah then he came in AND HE acts like he did it but I went again into my car and I found that pease was loss and he just wanted to leave anyways I had to fix it by myself. The car i replaced the windshild its actually my project i dont use it a lot i use it only on the weekend or for road trips, so i used it two weeks later it was raining bad i had my wipers on I was on I-90 and one of the wipers flow in the air the driver side and the passenger side just stooped working I was freaking out WTH is going on, I had to park and wait for the rain to stop then I went home the next day was Sunday i had sometime to take a look at it then i opened the hood and i found the Passenger side wiper was loss they didnt tie it enough and the driver side was the same then i though about them because theyre the only people who touched my car then i called them they said go to any shop and theyll take care of it i went to the one in Bellevue they said were not the one who does the Mobile service I was like you guys are the same company but different location they said yes but we cant do anything about it now they had to scheduled me with a manager to come and take a look at it then a week later Dan came in and he took a look at it and he said I will have the it all taken care of 5 days later they ordered wiper arm and they said its ready to be installed i droped off the car then when they told me they fixed it i found out they twisted the wiper arm and exchange it the passenger side to the driver side and when i have the wipers on start making nois that ive never heared my car making that nois then i went back to them they said who ever installed these they missed up and it did cause a deep SCRATCH on the edge of the hood their insurance was supposed to take care of it winch is i didnt get in contact with them until a Month later, and the communication with the customer service was the WORST theyre all RUDE I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN AND I WONT REMAINDER ANY ONE TO DO ANY SERVICE THERE

Got my window bashed in on my wrx over the holiday. These guys got me in the same day I called and also had my car ready for me that day. I have had my car broken into a couple times and the worst part is getting back to normal. These guys were friendly and quick. They even found my debit card when they were cleaning out the glass and returned it. All in all great people, great service, and everything you could need/ expect when getting your windows replaced in a timely fashion.

Safelite overall is a company that does good work. I would just avoid this location at all costs. Arrived to my 11 AM appointment 10 minutes early. There were 2 people in the waiting room when I arrived. Soon after 3 other customers entered to check their vehicles in. What was supposed to be an hour and a half job turned into a two and a half hour nightmare. ALL customers that arrived after me had their work completed before mine. This included 2 full windshield replacements which is exactly what my vehicle went in for. Seems that they run a last in first out business rather than a first in first out.
