Had new windshield and rubber seal installed. Windshield cracking on both sides and rubber seal at top coming off. Called to report and sent pictures no one has called me back or contacted me.

When I contacted them online, they called me immediately and scheduled me an appointment. However, when I arrived for my appointment they were closed and the door was locked. I called the business and left a message. I waited there for 45 minutes because I really wanted to get my windshield replaced and I thought maybe they were running late on a mobile call. They never called me back. A complete waste of time and very disappointing experience.

In & out in an hour! Amazing service and a waiting lounge that rivals most premier airport clubs. Got my right quarter panel replaced at a better quote than everyone else I asked. I had to source the glass myself because otherwise the quote from my own dealer-recommended company was insane. After sourcing the part myself and going with Dealership Glass, I saved $560. Highly recommend these guys. They even fixed a chip I didnt know I had in my front windshield and pointed out that my tabs were overdue. Added bonus: Bill Pierre Auto License is right next door. Thanks guys! And to the guy who tried to smash my glass in the first place- you stressed my dog out- may karma visit you soon.

I was very appreciative that my sister gave me the information to this place. They inspected the original windshield they ordered, and it was defective. Instead of trying to make a fast dollar, they called me to let me know. They reschedulexd me to the next day and ordered a new windshield. They came to my work, which was very convienent. They told me what the last guy did that installed my last windshield 3 1/2 years ago. Yikes! I am very thankful for their professionalism and workmanship. I definitely recommend them! Had my truck broken into on 8/19 and I was leaving town 8/21. Started calling around and no one was able to see me but These guys not only got me in, was able to have it in installed faster then quoted. Thomas was friendly and very welcoming. They came to my work place equiped to replace my windshield gasket. Noticing there were a couple rock chips they had brought a new windshield and molding clips. Upon disassembly they noticed an easier fix and gave me the the alternative. Being this is a project truck and not a daily driver I chose the alternative and they did it for free! Awesome business, honest, and I will continue to give them our business.

Windshield replacement leaks like a sieve after about a year. Inspection reveals improper placement of windshield and inadequate amount of sealant. Would never go to Dealership Glass again.
