They were nice and responsive and gave me a quote for my car. Seems easy enough to do business with. Newer cars, with stay in lane or self driving features, rely on the windshield mounted camera(s), so be prepared to pay for recalibration in addition to the glass replacement. Nice thing is, the shop can do this. Gone are the days they can come to your house or work and do a windshield replacement, if your car has these features.

They were able to do a side window replacement with my car parked on the street and it only took an hour from the time the technician arrived. Need auto glass? Look no further, seriously, this place is the BEST. My car was broken into, two windows smashed out after a dirt bag broke into the actual building, just to get into the secured garage.I called so many places, and either nobody answered, at all, or I was told that it was a special glass order they didnt handle. One place told me to go to the junkyard to find a window and put it myself. Seriously?!Im so fortunate to have found these folks. Paula was so helpful and patient to explain every step, how to work with my insurance, and, yes, no problem, they do special order from the dealer. Basically, they will go to the ends of the earth to get the glass you need, even if it is for an older car. Mine is a 2008, but a German car that requires OEM glass, which is why places were telling me they couldnt do it.But, Paula said it was easy, she contacted the dealer, called me back, and the glass would be there in a few days, and ready to install.She explained all the options, and guided me through the process, which really helped to lower my stress from this awful event.Installer, Dan, was equally fantastic. They come to you (all mobile service) so no need to even go find a shop location. He vacuumed and cleaned out all the broken glass, and spent a ton of extra time adjusting the window, since the window motor was being uncooperative, as is sometimes the case with these German cars.Flawless installation, and even just patiently eyeballing and adjusting the window, without the window motor being helpful, he nailed it and its just as good as new.Cant say enough good things about this place! Wish Id had them for my last car, a Lexus, that was broken into. I went to one of the big chain companies, and they did a poor job, fitment was not good, and car was left dirty with spare parts left on my seat, and grease on the leather seats.If you check reviews, youll see a lot of 3.5 star places, and its just not worth it, for your beloved ride. Come here, for the best care. Definitely a five star experience for me!

Overall great experience with Auto Glass Solutions replacing one of my rear door windows that was broken into. I wanted the job done as quick as possible and had had a hard time with another company getting the parts in soon enough. But when I called Auto Glass Solutions on a Monday, they found the last part available in the area, had it shipped up to Seattle and came to install it Thursday! Paula kept me constantly up to date on the shipping status and was super helpful. She really put my mind at ease. The repair itself took about 45 minutes, a clean job, and they even swept up all the broken glass that was still littering my car. The technician, Dan, was also super friendly. Overall great team and great service at Auto Glass Solutions.

After someone broke into my car, I searched a couple places for window repair and went with auto glass solutions. Excellent service and I highly recommend. I was within close enough range and they sent someone out to replace my window. Took about 40 minutes and they even vacuumed the broken glass in the car. Thank you again Dan!

Convenient, cheap, good work. Not the friendliest

AutoGlass Solutions really turned a frustrating situation around. They sourced the part for the best price, helped me understand insurance options, got the part quickly, and installed it even faster. All throughout, the communication from Paula and Dan was excellent. Very very pleased with my interaction with them!

Don’t be wary of the uniformly positive reviews — Paula and Dan lived up to them. After I submitted an insurance claim for a cracked windshield, Paula was able to schedule me for a replacement the next business day. Dan showed up on time and completed the replacement faster than advertised. Both were transparent and communicative throughout, and now, a few weeks later, my new windshield is still firmly in place and working great!

Auto Glass Solutions did a great job put in a new windshield for me - even though I was a bad customer. I told them the wrong model year by mistake, so Dan brought a part that fit into the upper frame - but not the cowling at the bottom. He then had to take that one out, temporarily put the old one back in, drive to the other end of town to get the right part, and drive back to put it in the same day. All done with perfect professionalism and a smile - if our roles had been reversed, I would have been hard pressed to be as polite and cheerful.

Another quality job by Dan and Paula. Easy scheduling, fantastic attitudes, and this-I was told that it would be a little extra if they had to repair some rust under the seal on my windshield. They did the job while I was at work so I had no way to verify if there was rust. My seals were failing and it seemed obvious to me that there would be rust. There wasn’t and they didn’t charge me. That’s honesty people and that is HARD to find these days! Dan, you the man!!! And Paula, thank you for keeping Dan punctual, on track, and for your wonderful attitude. Called first thing in the morning after a 2 window smash and they were there the same day around noon. Faster then they said and service well done.

My rear driver window was busted on a Friday night, and these folks squeezed me in on a Saturday afternoon. Not only was it very convenient, they came to my house, but their price for my needs was cheaper than their competitors who said they had to order the glass, and said I needed to drive an hour to their place to have it installed 3 days later...and Auto Glass Solutions was STILL the better bargain at a cheaper price. Luke did a great job on my window, and the staff was very helpful and polite getting it scheduled. These people are top notch! Very pleased customer here.

Quick, responsive and friendly! Starting off the day with a broken drivers side window was a bummer, but they helped to brighten my day by being able to fix it just a few hours later.

Good experience. They showed up in the 2 hour window we agreed upon and the work was done well (no leaks). BTW, one thing to remember is that the car will need to sit in place for 3 hours afterwards to let the adhesives or whatever cure.

Thank you guys for making my 1st car break in experience a little less miserable.Came out to my car Friday morning to a smashed passenger front window. My insurance referred me to another company but they wouldnt be able to get to me until Tuesday. Happened to find these guys online. They made my stressful day so much easier! They had my part and told me they would get to me between 2pm and 4pm but called back at 11 am and told me they could come then. When the guy got to my place he just took my keys and 30 minutes later my broken glass was gone and my window was fixed. All for only about $240! Less than what the other company was going to charge me.
