USA Auto Glass was super friendly and helpful when it came to repairing my rear window. They gave me an accurate estimate the day prior to me bringing the car. Initially, they said it would take two hours to complete the job but they were able to get it done before that. Would highly recommend and will go back if I run into any other issues!

I had to have my RV windshield removed and re-attached (a rust issue). John did a fantastic job. He took photos during the process and kept me informed as to how things were going throughout the job. By the end of the day the job was done perfectly at the quoted price. Cant say enough good about these folks.

I was feeling pretty stressed when every other place we called was scheduling 3-4 weeks out for a windshield replacement, but this gem of a place got us in within a day. They quoted a very fair price and were very patient in working with our insurance company. Had a windshield that needed to be replaced. John did a great job replacing my windshield and doing the calibration for the sensors. I havent been able to tell the difference between the original and the new one. He was able to get me in much quicker than other shops in the area and I am happy that I came here. After having my window broken out in Seattle, I was grateful to have quick and easy service getting my window replaced. They came to my house, wore a mask and stayed socially distanced, were professional and courteous. They did a great job for a competitive price, and Im back on the road.

I used them and for a rear window repair and the installer that came over to fix it didnt finish It 100% correctly and left the sliding window track loose and had an over hang they didnt cut to sizeAfter that I took it back to them so they could finish there work but they caused another problem they left a gap on one side of the window which caused water to leak through it so I had to install a tarp on my rear seats to avoid water damageAfter the 3rd time going there for them to fix there mistakes once again I go there without an appointment cause when I talked to them over the phone they told me to just stop by which I did the tell me in person that I should have made an appointment and made a huge deal about it saying that it would take them at least 2 hours worth of work and that they would try to fit it in and once they finished I looked at it and all he did was add caulk around the leak I mean anyone one can do that in like 5 min I wouldnt recommend them there price is pretty much the same to most other places and for the headache and horrible job they do I would go somewhere else

My father passed in June 2019, he left me his Nissan 350z. Its been a rough road owning this vehicle since he unfortunately took his last breath in it. A few weeks back someone broke into it through the passengers side window. I literally was devastated, there was nothing of value in the car. The car its self is whats valuable to me.They took such great care of it and even returned it in better condition. Also I have a new born, so they went all the way as to picking up an dropping off. I was stuck at work and they offered to come all the way to Renton to fix my windshield while I was at work. I was so worried I couldn’t make it to my appt because of the snow but John was so helpful and quick to come up with another solution. The guys were friendly who came out to fix it and the service was faster than I thought. Highly recommend if you need a window fixed or replaced. I will be going back to them!!

Glass job was great. Price was great. Unfortunately, i had just inventoried all my belongings- both missing and stolen from the broken window and came to realize that i wss now missing new belongings, which i inventoried as still in my vehicle when they took possession of it overnight. I called the owner and he seemed very adamant that he, nor anyone in his crew would steal anything, which I understand and dont want to incorrectly point fingers, so i told him when i returned from my current road trip, that i would fully empty my vehicle to search for the items, as well as be able to search my apartment in case they for some odd reason (these are belongings i always keep in vehicle) they may have been moved.Welp. Back from road trip. Emptied and cleaned vehicle, searched apartment and still missing.Mind you, again, these were items that i inventoried in my police report that were still there and not stolen during the broken glass break in.Hoping owner will reach out or make an attempt to correct things. :/

Great service and great value. Replaced my 99 Pathfinder windshield for $218 including tax. Others quoted me from $257-$363.

Their technician broke the latch on my vehicle when they replaced my broken glass. They made me visit several times stating it was already fixed when it wasn’t and saying I’d need to wait for parts only after I pointed out they didn’t fix my glass. They also blamed me saying I should warn their technician about the latch on my vehicle so they don’t break it. I’m confused here, who’s the technician? Go elsewhere for glass repair. Shady garage.

Top of the line glass replacement! My new car got a rock chip just a couple of days after I got it, and they gave me a great price, great service, and the quality was superior. Weve had company cars that have had to have windows replaced, and our office manager have to have her windshield replaced in her new car as well. They are our go-to place always. I had a crack all across my windshield, called all around North East Seattle and USA Auto Glass gave me the lowest quote, and they worked with my insurance. In just 2 hours I had a brand new windshield, only $100 out of my pocket. When I got in my car it even looked like they had vacuumed the front seats and gave everything a wipe down. I hope I dont need to replace another windshield, but if I do I would absolutely come back here.

Someone decided to break into my truck 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Called around and was told Monday morning by everyone. The great people here made an adjustment and fit me in first thing Saturday morning. Their price was also better than everyone elses.

Got in my car for work and realized my battery was dead. After getting it jumped I drove to this place to see if I needed a new battery or it was a one time thing. I honestly expected to get pushed into buying a new battery either way...but I was pleasantly surprised when they told me no! My battery was fine! They didn’t even charge me. Whenever my battery does need to be replaced I will definitely be coming here.

Right before the holidays, car got broken into in Seattle. The thieves smashed glass in the rear passenger side for my poor Civic. After trying to get insurance to cover the cost. The closest appointment for their contracted company was a few days later. I wanted it fixed quicker so I called these guys and got an appointment the same day since they had the glass in stock.Its a pretty busy place with the staff always on the phone, and continually working, but the whole thing took about 1.5 hrs, and I drove out with a new glass. I appreciate the service and how quickly I was able to get everything done, especially since it rained for the next couple days after that. Thank goodness they had my glass in stock, otherwise Im sure it would have taken longer.

With my own schedule being busy, they helped to find a time when I could have the work performed. When I arrived at the appointed time, they were expecting me and started on the work immediately. Work was completed within the time they allotted. The finished windshield is great looking.

Amazing experience. My car was broken into, and the drivers side rear window was shattered. I drove to USA Auto Glass, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was quoted a reasonable price for the window repair. I arrived at 10:30 am, and I was out by 11:30 am (work completed included window replacement, and vacuuming and cleaning on damaged area). Also, because my wallet was stolen from my car, the employee even gave me some cash to go to McDonalds while waiting. This was a 5 star experience with a reasonable price. Thank you! My drivers side window stopped working. Another shop wanted to replace the regulator + motor for several hundred dollars. USA Auto Glass told me I probably just need the regulator replaced for far cheaper, and they were right. Told me it would take about 90 minutes to fix, About 90 minutes later I was out of there. Very satisfied.

I have quite an old, and somewhat rare vehicle (nearly 25 years old, now and only 1000 of them in the USA) and was quoted exorbitant prices by safélite and others, with long wait times for a new windshield. I called USA Auto Glass, and they gave me a VERY attractive quote. I went in last month and had a new windshield in under an hour! Its held up well in the weather, and doesnt leak any air or water. They took great care not to damage my irreplaceable window trim or the clips that hold it in. They did a fantastic job, and the guy John that i think runs the place also recommended some good places to eat nearby! Excellent customer service!

I was really pleased with the service from John and his guys. They were personable, quick and did what they said they would do. But, when I got my vehicle home I discovered my speaker and defroster grills were broken. No not the end of the world. I do know they were good before I dropped the truck off. I made a point to clean all my stuff away from their work area and prep my truck for showing to a buyer the next day. I was given lip service about the damage. He did give me a discount on the windshield but it doesnt cover my time of going back there, searching on the web for the right part that matches the color, or explaining to the potential buyer why its broken. Bad form John. I have another windshield to service. Someone else will get the work.

I had my car broken into on Friday night. When I woke up Saturday, I called around for prices and availability. Most places did not even picked their phone and those that did could not get me in until Monday. After 7 calls I almost had given up. I was pleasantly surprise that I got an actual customer service rep rather than an answering machine.They were able to get my glass repair on Saturday and their prices is much lower than all of the other quotes. They even vacuumed all the broken glass. I would definitely recommend and go back to them for my next auto glass problem.

Had a small bullseye that would likely get bigger over time. Called this business up, they had an opening and they took care of me, all within 1 hour from the call to job done. Great price and rapport with customers. I will definitely be back to them for all my auto glass needs!

The worst customer server. They broke my windshield and refused to refund the money. Their could not fix their mistakes in 3 tries (spend 11 hours of driving and waiting) and afterwards they refused to refund. After talking to them on the phone, they hand up the phone on you or they just put the phone on a table and walk away. In addition to that, they simultaneously broke my sisters windshield too and refuse to refund. The worst service and the worst workers. I havent seen worst customer server ever! Avoid them at all cost because you would have to go and fix their problems and pay triple the price.UPDATE:Per the owners reply below, I was shocked.I had to go to a different company to fix all of the issues. And the issues count not be fixed at all. They said they never seen this kind of horrible job before. 15 air leaks from all directions and no one does windshield installation like they did, in addition to that, they broke rubber pieces around the windshield. I have prof and evidence on their work. Huge waste of time and money. They offered refund only if I brought the windshield back, which was impossible because they used the worst glue and so much of it, that the windshield had to be broken in multiple places just to remove it. Not polite and horrible service. Never experienced anything like this before!

Run far away from this place as possible. Very unprofessional work and I would not be surprised if the 5 star reviews are fake. I brought my Jeep to this location to have class installed on the top (moon roof). To make a kind story short, when I saw the completed work I was nearly in tears. You can see the glue sticking out, gaps in the glass, broken studs, Very tacky job. When I contacted them about my dissatisfaction, I was told by John “we did the best we could.” I will post photos of the finished work on yelp. It’s so bad to the point it’s embarrassing to drive. All of my neighbors came out laughing at the completed work, my kids laughed at the completed work. Just all bad Go elsewhere.
