I hate to rate low, but thats on this businessI used them once a year ago, they came out right away and fixed my shattered window for 200.00 Now the power window stopped working, I did not think it had anything to do with them working on itTold me they we be out to fix it no calls no show . I tried to see if I could fix it myself, Found fasters that were never put back in. what a shame. I enjoyed working them a year ago. Just wanted to give them the return business I found someone else to do the work and take my money

I got my window repaired by this company 5/19/21. They replaced my passenger side window. After the tech left I noticed there was still glass left inside the door. I originally sent an email explaining the issue. I got a response from Wilson Croasdaile saying, I will take care of it. Send the year and make and model and  the address I would be happy to fixed it for you. That was on 5/21. 5/26 I sent a text to the companies contact number as well. I was told someone would come that Tuesday between 11AM - 1PM. No one showed up. I recommend going to a name brand reputable company. Customer service isnt at the top of this businesses list. Im going to report them to the BBB etc.

Scheduled and appointment to replace my broken window. An hour late, and they just stopped answering the phone.Never arrived, never contacted me, aside from claiming to be on the way.I looked around at other places to find that the window isnt in stock for anyone else for at least a few more days.I doubt they ever had the part.Cant do zero stars, but Id like to.

It was a lovely experience. It was simple and efficient. They missed my call at first but they called me back! After 1 short phone call, I got my cheap quote and an appointment for tomorrow morning. When you have your car window smashed, having the next day installation is nothing short of what you would like.Next day, they arrived just shortly after the scheduled time. The glass installation is fast and trouble-free. Even though they were not fluent in English, communication was still good. After the installation, I was delightful that they also cleaned up the glass fragments inside the car for me! And the window just looks like nothing happened! With such a low price, that is all I care about. Even if they do not show the same level of proficiency as other places, it does not matter!

Please do not use this service. They no called/no showed TWICE. Then come to find out, my car is actually quite unique when it comes to windshields and it requires the car to be serviced for several hours, driven and the parts are harder to source, they were going to come to my house and install, who knows what - but regardless, no call/no show is totally unacceptable and we will be notifying my insurance company of the issues, so they dont recommend them.

It’s batter if I could rate him o star This guy is not a professional he did not install properly for my windshield replacement my windshield is leaking from the car wash when you call for him he will disappear from you so I will encourage you guys don’t go such bad person I have to spend 120 dollar to fix his work

Same day replacement, service was on time and fast. It took them 45 or so minutes to replace my window and clean the glass out of my car. They came to me and were pretty cheap especially given the other quotes I received. Very professional. 10/10 would get my window replaced by them again.

These guys are awesome. No other auto glass company had my car window in stock but they were able to get the parts I needed and did the repair the same day. The price was a little steep but this was an emergency and they pulled through. They were quick and efficient. I recommend them to anyone that needs an emergency fix.

Down side is the glass is warped and wavy. I got it tinted and you can literally see the waves across the glass both inside and outside the truck. Have made appointments multiple times for them to come look and they have not shown up or called. Last time I called I was dismissively promised a call back with no results. Just glad I didnt pay cash so I could report them to the bank.

I booked and appointment, we confirmed the time, my vehicle, I sent pictures, etc. I followed up 1hr before the appointment, they hadnt showed up yet or responded so I reached out again 1hr after the appointment was supposed to start, no response... I said if they dont get back to me I have to call someone else, again no response. Still no response two days later. Completely unprofessional.

Dont waste your time. I attempted to have them replace my Jeeps windshield. After a few unprofessional calls, an appointment was made over the phone saying they could replace the windshield between 11am - 1pm on Monday. Monday comes and goes without any contact. I call him and he hangs up on me. He then ignores my calls, texts, and voicemail for 2 days before I finally gave up and took my business to a real business.

I’ve never taken the time to leave reviews, but when you have excellent service you have to return the favor. The guys from EAG were awesome, they did the installation in half the time they quoted me. The cost of their services was also a quarter of what I would have paid compared to what competitors were quoting me I.e. Toyota dealership and safelite Auto. I had a windshield and side mirror replaced for a 2016 Toyota Prius. If I could figure out how to attach photos on this, I would share the quality of their work, which is exceptional. I read reviews of people being upset with how these guys arrive late. I would recommend patience because these guys are mobile and don’t carry parts with with them on hand. They have to pick up the items from their partnered distributors and then deal with bullsh** like daily traffic to get to you. Other than that, you’re getting quality service for a significant discount willing to come all the way to your door so you can be at home comfortably doing whatever you’re doing while they get the job done. You can’t beat that, save yourself the hassle of dealing with sales guys who will charge you markup for parts and insane installation costs and call these guys up.Edit**Figured it out, I will update this review if any issues come up.

Place saved me! everywhere else I looked was booked, EAG was quick! came next day to fix my car and the price was 300$ less than competitor quotes. Service installers where friendly and professional . USE THIS COMPANY

I called around 10am after my rear windshield was smashed during a break in. My front windshield had also needed replacing due to a large crack. They came the same day, and finished replacing both before 3pm. Very attentive to detail-- all the broken glass was vacuumed, and my car looks better than ever. Amazing people, quality work, at a reasonable price. Id definitely recommend, and will certainly call again if I need any glass replaced in the future!

April 9th: Car was broken into, and I called all over, EAG was able to come by the next day.April 10th: EAG came by at 8am and was done by 9am.April 11-14: I found there was still alot of glass in the car & the broken glass was still in the door.April 15th: EAG came back and got the glass out of the door, but notified me that my car needed a plastic part as it creaked when it was closed all the way & to call the office and confirm with them.April 28th: I have been calling almost daily, and havent gotten a call back or any update on this part for my vehicle, no call back or communication.(All in All, replacement was $275.00, you pay for what you pay for)

I was told that the windshield replacement would be completed between 9 and 11am. They arrived at noon, but were fair with their pricing, had great in-person customer service, and replaced my windshield in less than an hour. I recommend them, but with the addendum that you anticipate tardiness.

Friendly, quick, and affordable

I received great service from this establishment from start to finish. When I called I got an immediate quote that was less than most of the other companies I received quotes from. The repair took place the same day I called, the person repairing came to me. He was quick and even cleaned the broken glass from around my car and in my trunk, which was not expected at all. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future if ever needed.

I was seduced by the low price and the convenience of not having to bring my car in—they come to you. However, after they replaced my busted passenger rear window, the window started moving up and down very slowly. I showed them the problem and they said it was fine, and to call them if the window got stuck. Well it did get stuck and they have failed to show up to two appointments to correct the problem. I tried calling again to set up a third appointment, but they did not answer and their mailbox is full. So here I am.Sketchy work performed by sketchy people. Dont make the same mistake I did. Had my car window busted out Saturday nite. Called EAG at 10am Sunday morning and Wilson was at my house at 12:30, and had it fixed by 1pm. And the cost was $120 cheaper than all the brand name auto Glass shops.Fantastic service. Highly recommended

These guys are awesome! I was having a crappy Saturday waking up to a shattered window on my car. They were able to come out that day and fix it! Cheaper than the rest too. I really appreciated them turning my weekend around. Anyone else couldn’t repair for a few days. Thank you Wilson!

They were amazing! Someone smashed my window at the dog park yesterday and these guys came the same night, in the dark and rain to repair it. Not only were they quick and professional, but they were $150 cheaper than the estimate from safelite!

So, Long story short .I was scheduling an appointments with those guys two days in a row. First day they said that they can do it,but 1 hour after they called me back and ask if they can replace my windshield next day, I said OK. We scheduled an appointment for next day afternoon. Next day at appointment time they didnt show up and denied to answer on a phone calls so because of their unprofessional and unresponsible have to struggle for a third day. Hopefully i found other guys whos was able to come next day and fix my windshield for 20 min for a better price.If you ever will choose to call them Expect to be denied, In a rude manner by not even answering a phone.

Wow...I should have listened to the first review. Same thing happened to me but even worse. Window was smashed out on saturday. I called wilson he said he would be by the following day between 10-12. Never showed. I called him three times and he never picked up or returned my calls after I left two messages. Its nice to sit around all day and wait for some clown who never shows while your vehicle sits prone to theft with no window. FYI -DONT EVER USE THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING

They are open on weekends, got it done for the price I expected, called once it was done and it took as long as they said it would, and cleaned up almost all of the broken glass.

Made an appointment and was told they would come between 9-11am. Here is 430 PM they never showed up, called, texted or returned any messages. Thanks for nothing. Made an appointment with another shop which is also cheaper

Fast and efficient!

Like everybody else who gave a 1 star for this company- I was told they would come to my house and they never showed up and never answered my calls or texts. The address listed on google is a residential address. Their mailbox is also full so you can’t leave a message.

Wilson was professional and the price was half what I was quoted elsewhere.

Very good people
